It bakes a beautiful loaf of sourdough or focaccia bread. It bakes evenly. The capacity is perfect for baking cookies or a turkey. It is programmable so you can set a delayed start time. I love it so much that when we moved and I remodeled my kitchen I took out the gas oven and replaced it with the same GE Profile double wall ovens I had in my previous 2 homes. It’s so reliable why would I buy anything else!
