These are so much better with many more features such as convection, air fry and the probe for cooking meats. So far they hold temp really well. Controls are easy to use. The ONLY down side is that the bell for the timer is soooo soft there is no way you will hear it across the room or with a TV on...so use a different timer if you have one.
