The burners have plenty of room in the configuration to fit large and small pots. Oven heats quickly as well, and holds its temperature very well (I measured, because that was the problem with my old one.) Haven't yet tried the stovetop griddle, but for just the two of us, it looks like it would work just fine. I may need to season it a bit first. The oven size is just as spacious as my old one, if not more so. I haven't yet used the broiler, but that's not something I use all that much anyway.
