The oven is real easy to clean, no chemicals needed just water. If your busy or you get easly distracted like me lol. The burners are great and we love the middle griddle, make s for an easy breakfast, for larger stuff we have a Blackstone and Weber but this is suer convenient for the mall meals. We usually just kept junk in the bottom drawer so we love the fact that this is a bottom broiler, we cook a lot of dishes with cheese and makes for an easy broil.

After being without an oven for a week I'm anxious to make some homemade crackers but I don't want to get the range dirty. Lol. The griddle is an awesome add on for me. I was happy with the dual natural gas or propane. I chose the broiler instead of the bottom drawer. You will won't be sorry with this range at all.

No. Self clean brings the temperature of the oven close to about 800 Degrees Fahrenheit. All dirt and grime burns away. Steam clean begins with you adding a cup of water to the oven, then setting the steam clean. It cases all the dirt and grime in the oven to come loose so that it is much easier to wipe everything down and clean it yourself.
