Large single ovens take TOO LONG to preheat, and other brands vent out the heat IN THE FRONT WHERE I AM COOKING during baking and during the cool down period. Front venting is an abomination! I hope GE never changes that particular design function.

The True Convention bottom oven takes time to get use too even if it is on Bake mode since there are no bottom elements, so when baking cookies and using several trays you should rearrange half way through the cooking time. I will update if I find any flaws.

I would purchase this item again. One thing to note is the short lip on the back is a vent that runs along the edge so not sure if placing a cutting board on the back of the stove would be a good idea.

Does the range come with a plug from the factory?

No it does not. But I was able to use the one from my oven being replaced.
