Rated 5 out of 5 by from Substantial Griddle The griddle is very useful. I leave it on the cook top all of the time to make it easier to use. I have cooked fajitas, salmon, pancakes, breakfast sausage and eggs. It's versatile. It's heavy. It needs to be oiled and front cooks a little hotter than back. You have to experiment with the temperature a little. For instance pancakes can be cooked on medium, then turn to low after you flip them. It's fun to cook on it.
