great freezer
The capacity is great in this upright freezer & I really like the temp control being on the front of the unit. It has all the bells & whistles with an alarm when the door is opened longer that 2 minutes & when the temp starts to rise inside the freezer.

Great size, features and very sturdily made!
Had to make a quick freezer purchase when my old Kenmore gave out. I checked several sites to see what was available and found this GE, I had my sons pick it up for me while I emptied the old freezer. When we got it into place I was first of all impressed with the size overall. I plugged it in and had no choice but to start putting in all my frozen foods. The configuration was very good, storage drawers were convenient and I was impressed with the glass shelves. It started right out cooling to the needed temp. By the next morning it had the food frozen solid, although I was quick enough not to lose anything.

Great space!
I’ve had this freezer for a few weeks and I really like it! The space is just what I needed. I love the glass shelves and drawer compartments. It didn’t take long to get the initial temperature to where it needed to be (4 hrs. or less), and so far, it’s stayed constant. It has great suction when opening and closing (sometimes it takes a real tug to open). This freezer is replacing a much smaller one, and so far, I haven’t noticed much difference, if any, in our daily utility usage report. Overall, it’s been a great purchase!

Our 2nd one!!!
We bought the identical model in 2020 and it's been amazing. High capacity and very energy efficient and reliable. We love ours so much be bought another for the garage as well. AAAAAA+++++++++++++ My highest recommendation.

Very spacious with options of drawers/shelves
I was happy with the spacious interior. The interior light makes it easy to see what I’ve got inside. I did have to buy some organizers for the shelves since I use a vacuum sealer for a lot of my freezer items, but realize that may not be the case for everyone. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the freezer.

Awesome upright freezer
More than enough room, set up perfectly for frozen goods, very energy efficient, more than enough shelves, and drawers I bought a probe to check constant temperature or if the power goes out so nothing will get ruined. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Exactly what we were looking for
Great size, space, variety of shelving, love that we can easily see and change the temperature. The only complaint I have is that the cord is very short, so we were forced to put it in an inconvenient spot in the garage.

This is one nice freezer!
Dang, this freezer is nice and big! Looks stately; love the shelves and drawers. There is a lot of extra space in the door too - great for bacon, smaller items. This is our second GE Freezer - we just had it delivered today and definitely prefer the glass shelves over the wire. Nice upgrade.

Very nice freezer
This is a very nice freezer. Nice glass shelves, much better than out last wire shelf freezer. For a plus, this is very quiet running freezer. We are very happy with our new freezer.

It Freezes
I have only had this freezer fora year, so I cannot speak to its longevity, but in the time I have had it it has served me very well. There is plenty of storage for meats and garden vegetables that I preserve for the winter months. Last years harvest all fit with room to spare. It seals very well, requiring a strong pull to open (which I like). This freezer is located in my unconditioned garage and has no issue keeping up in the summer heat.

Great so far!!!
Seems to be working great so far after a few weeks - seals great after closing door and holds a cold temperature that is indicated on the outside of the door - instead of having to open it to check. The Freezer is very light and after putting some food inside, the door opened easier as the seal would move the freezer when I tried to open it. I like this as it means no cold air escapes!

Easy to start up and set the temperature.
It is a lot bigger than I thought. It has a lot of room it. I just installed it today and very pleased with it so far. Set up was very simple and start up was even easier, (other than getting it down into the basement).

Love this freezer.
Great quality. Plenty room. Quiet. Delivered on time. Easy set up. Reached required temperature within a few hours. Doesn't take up much space (old freezer was a chest type). According to specs, should be more conservative on utility usage. Love the glass shelves. Will help with any spillage. Love the number of shelves, that they are adjustable and all the bens on the doors really come in handy.

Great Freezer Unit
An excellent unit, so far. It has plenty of storage space, and keeps everything cold, as expected. It hasn't been running in the garage during the Summer weather yet, but I have no doubts about it performing very well.

Freezer storage!
Wow! A standup freezer that is garage ready... and it was easy to set up and fill. Large shelves and door shelves keep all frozen foods organized and easy to see. Love the large capacity drawer.... and the two drawers at the bottom also hold a lot.
