Great portable AC unit! The wheels make it easy to move around if needed. The manual does not give specific details regarding setup and securing in place, but using a nail or screw is helpful for security in the window.

The AC unit is small but works great. Does take a minute to cool everything down but when it gets down to temperature works really well. Using it for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment built in the 70s, 680sqft.

Portable AC
Great product, this portable AC came in handy during hurricane Beryl since my house lost power for 6 days. A generator paired with this portable AC worked wonders. My house is 2100 Sqft and kept my bedroom at 68°

The remote needs glow in the dark buttons and the sound made when a button is pushed is quite loud but good for accessibility proposes. It would be great if the sound could be turned off.

For a small room this is ideal. I find the sound minimal and it doesn’t interfere with my sleep. It’s a compact size so it fits well in the room. So far no issues or complaints.

AWESOME PORTABLE AC UNIT!
This Portable AC Unit is Awesome for the size room I'm in, in fact it's the right size. Now for those that may wonder why the hose attachment falls out, you may have not been aware that once you insert it into the plastic frame,you know the one that the window close onto, you have to either while its inserted, either slid it to the far left or the far right, that in itself will lock it from coming out, second, you take the one screw that it comes with in the bag and then use either the right pre-drilled hole or the left predrilled hole that is in the house attachment that is on the left and right side of it depending if you have it either slid to the far left you will need to use the pre-drilled hole on the left or the right side of the hose attachment to screw into flat piece that the widow closes on and using a very small drill bit to drill through the flat piece of plastic that the window clamps down on to hold into place, for example, you insert the plastic piece that the hose screws into, I would highly recommend before screwing the hose into the plastic duct piece to go ahead get that basically inserted and slip it to the far left the host duct piece you know the piece that the hose screws into then goes into the window outfit that the window closes onto, then once you have that portion done, THEN, you can take the hose duct and slowly screw it into the hose outlet duct that will already be secured by either having it either slid to the far left and the one screw mounted to it, OR if you have it inserted and slid to the far right, you use the right side hole to secure it, then your all set to screw the hose into and then take the other piece that slides on the back of the ac, screw that on the hose, then Viola! you done, plug the ac in turn it on and let er rip :)

Got us through a heat wave!
When our central A/C was down for repairs, this got us through a very dangerous heat wave. It only kept one room cooled, but it was enough to tide us and our dog over til the central air was fixed.

Great Value
I use this to cool my home office space, which is about 165sq ft, and this thing has no problem cooling the space. I also move it into my bedroom at night , which is about 250 sq ft, and it will cool that space pretty well, better than I expected. Its a little noisy, but that always been my experience with A/C units. They're inherently just noisy. Over all. Good bang for the buck. I would buy it again.
