Rated 1 out of 5 by from No filters Purchsed this vent only to discover charcoal filters not supplied. WHy wouldn't GE supply a pair to start you off with. I have been unable to use my new appliance for 1 month now. Posts stating the same are years old - why has this issue not been resolved. WHne are parts due in?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Filters do not fit I purchased the charcoal filters JXCF72 and they do not fit. Where can I find the correct size filters? I would not buy the ductless range hood as it does not come with filters and finding the correct ones seem impossible.
