Dubious so far. We'll see about performance.
1-Mounting bracket seems not as sturdy as it could be, there's a lot of movement side to side after mounting the heater and I'll probably add a bracket under the heater because of this; it will be even heavier when full of water.
2-I screwed into the studs with the provided hardware and one of the screws just snapped in half with very little torque, even pre-drilled the holes-luckily I had a threaded bolt that is the right size which I used instead. Not a huge deal, but doesn't scream top quality.
3-The water heater itself has inlet and outlet on the top, and no drain. It says if the heater won't be used for awhile, to disconnect the connections and drain it. Used swivel unions so it will be easier to disconnect, but the idea that the manual says I should take the heater off the wall and tip it over to drain it and siphon as needed, seems ludicrous. Not convenient.
It seems like a good size, so we'll see how the performance is. So far not super impressed.
