Awesome Machine
Have only had for a couple weeks, but it is all that it’s advertised to be. Makes great ice and is quick in doing so. I read it was noisy before buying, but it isn’t bad at all. Highly recommend

The Best nugget ice maker ever.
So far this machine is top notch. We love nugget ice. The ice is fresh tasting, very soft. We followed the directions for set up, which is very easy. This machine started making ice right away. We purchased extra filters and cleaning solution to maintain the machine. All instructions are easy to read and understand. I will send further reviews as we use the machine. We intend to run the machine daily so it will get used a lot. Thank you for a wonderful product. We have gone through 3 prior machines from other makers, they didn’t last more 3 months. This machine is quiet when running, makes ice fast. Perfect nuggets every time. Thanks Debra

Nice upgrade from previous model.
I bought the previous generation to this machine a few years ago and it ended up conking out. My wife and I use it non-stop, so I can't blame the machine. This newer one is nice and more user-friendly. People complaining have to understand the U.S. has a lot of hard water and deposits build up quickly. You have to clean the icemaker or it will malfunction. The only other option is to spring for a commercially rated machine that will cost way more than this. I hope I can get 5 years from this one, and if so, I'll be happy.

Perfect for the small family
For the DIYer this is a great easy to use ice maker. I have since found out that there is a water reservoir that can be used with this item. It would be great if it were listed with the ice maker because many consumers would defiantly want this feature.

Love my ICE MAKER
Love the ice maker. Better size cubes than my refrigerator. Also like the texture. I find it interesting that the ice melts and is recycled. I wish there was an adapter to hook up to continuos water source. This was a gift so this feature was probably overlooked. I like the compact size so as to fit under a cabinet. Kind regards,

The Best on the Market
Wife had been wanting one of these for quite a while. I spoil her when i can so i decided to bite the bullet and get her one this year and what a cream of the crop. This has the best ice i have ever had. An abolute great choice. I knew that the cost didn't matter when it comes to getting what you want and not have to worry about getting a different one later, cause this is it. we even went ahead and got the filter and side water containter and are very pleased with our choice. My wife loves it and so does my entire family my sons wife even ask to take some home when they stop by... Great !
