Love my icemaker!

Awesome nugget Ice Maker

Quiet machine

Perfect machine
I am in love with my opal machine so much that I bought my dad one. I have an addiction to ice and this machine makes the perfect ice. It’s the best when it is fresh but it’s great all the time!

Small but Mighty
We got this due to our current fridge not having an ice maker and so glad we did! This ice maker is perfect size and makes the perfect amount of ice for my husband and I. The cleaning process takes time but well worth it and simple!

Great ice maker
Great product! The first one we lasted about 6 months and just got the new one! Not sure what went wrong. Stuff happens no big deal but they replaced it with a new one so I’m satisfied !

Love it!!!
Love my new ice maker! Had experience using it for at least a year and loved it so much I just had to buy one of my own. Before I used one of the two they got for us at work. Cleaning is easy and with my cerebral palsy i couldn’t get just any ice maker. I had to be able to physically be able to drain the water, rinse it out, clean it, and get the ice. The long drain tubes at the back was such a god send. I didn’t have to pick up the machine and unplug the little thing on the bottom. I just unsnap the back and pull the gray plug off and put back when done. The noise level to me isn’t bad and it’s not super loud as some say. Sounds like my frig ice maker. I absolutely love it!!!

Slick looking, easy to install, & quiet!
Unit was easy to install, it made ice right away. Makes plenty of ice for a family of four. Machine is very quiet, compact, and slick looking. My family loves the nugget ice just like the one we get from Sonic.

Easy Setup
Easy set up with clear instructions. The app was also user friendly and picked up on the device to pair it right away. Definitely only worth buying direct from the website to make sure you have all of the right warranty.

Worth it for THIS WONDERFUL ICE!
I love my Opal Nugget Ice Maker. This is actually my 2nd one. I had the first one for 4 years. I use it every day all day long because this is my FAVORITE ice. Everyone that comes to my house loves it too. Yes, it squeaks occasionally, but I just clean it according to the directions and that takes care of the issue. I highly recommend this product if you are willing to take care of it!

Hands down—best ice maker around
It’s so quiet. Installing was easy and only took a few minutes for the initial clean. Once ready, it was satisfying to watch the ice production happen right away. The size of the pebble ice is perfect and I love the soft crunch. The capacity is big enough for my little family.

Amazing ice machine!!
It was hard to choose a topic because the capacity dimensions installation noise, and product production are all fantastic!! I’ve had this since May 20 of 2024 and it’s still chugging along perfectly! It works beautifully with Alexa. I have mindset to turn off at 11 PM and it turns back on at 9 AM. It even dims the light for me when it turns off. It gives a nice ambience.

Love the ice and ease of use! This product is sleek and fits perfectly in my home. It’s the perfect size. The ice machine sounds like what an ice maker would so the sound doesn’t bother me. It produces a decent amount of ice for a party. Installation, instructions to clean were easy to understand.

Great Ice & Easy Maintenance
We love this machine! It produces ice fairly quickly and quietly. I appreciate that it is not constantly loud as we typically leave it on all day. Even though it is small enough to fit on our counter below the upper cabinets, it stays mostly full all day. Especially with the additional side tank, it doesn't need to be refilled annoyingly often. Additionally, the cleaning instructions are easy to follow. My only complaint would be that our last one stopped working after ~11 months. However, the warranty team is great and was able to provide a replacement and now it is back up and running again.

So far I really like this product. I have to comment on some of the reviews I see online talking about the nooses this product makes. I notice that when it makes certain noises it needs attention such as cleaning. I am very happy with this product and will update if anything changes bit so far. . . . so good!

Completely satisfied.
I am extremely satisfied with this ice maker. The size is perfect for where I need to put it and the amount of Ice it holds is just amazing. There is basically nothing to installing it. Just set it where you need it. Fill it with water turn it on and you are in business. The production is also fantastic. But in my opinion, one of the best selling points is how quite it is when it is running. Overall. It's a great product.
