Long Lasting
Our old GE Profile builtin microwave went out after 17 years. After that long it was hard to find a built in replacement. This was the only one they had. If this one goes out, we will have to remodel our kitchen. Hope it last another 17 years....

Great Product does very well on heating up items and all the touch buttons are excellent in using this microwave. It has a great feature
of adding 30min and you can add
more minutes. It has a timer to
use for your cooking projects. It has a pause button to use and continue & start your remaining time. You can also mute the sound on the microwave if you prefer not to hear the sound. It also has a reheat, popcorn, potato, veggie or beverage button. Pretty cool features. I LOVE all the features of this microwave and the looks of the stylish microwave on the inside and the outside. I am happy with my product, I think it was worth the money invested.

Excellent Choice, Super Easy
Forst and foremost this microwave is so much quieter than my last microwave. Quiet is good, but there are times I have to get up close to make sure it is still on. I noted this microwave is much more efficient than my last one.and settings like the popcorn setting is so much more accurate. As far as ease of use and features, I couldn’t be more pleased. My last microwave was a Kenmore Elite, which is no longer manufactured, but I like this one so much better. As far as blending in with our other appliances, it is perfect. I am very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!

Question for GE team!?!?
This looks like a PERFECT replacement for our current microwave which is a PEB 7226 SFSS. The dimensions are quite close to the cut out for the install. The question I have is to confirm this can be used in a built in arrangement where there is ample open space around the microwave body. it says countertop but appears it could be built in. I need a stainless model and all of my kitchen is GE and I am hoping to keep the similarity!

Reliable

Going with what we know…
I had a GE Profile for over 17 years. It finally expired. We looked at a number of microwaves and not many microwaves had the bells and whistles we enjoyed on the other Profile. So, we decided to get a microwave that we knew. Hopefully, this new microwave will last for at least half that of the old one.
