Why I’m loving the GE Profile double drawer dishwa
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a convenient upgrade for my kitchen! The double drawer setup is my FAVORITE feature. I love that I can run one drawer for a small load, or both when I need extra space. The cleaning performance has been solid. This has six wash cycles, and I’ve never had issues with dishes coming out damp or spotty. Noise wise, it’s pretty quiet. While it’s not the quietest dishwasher ever, it blends into the background easily when running. The smart features that connect to your phone is also a nice bonus. I can check the cycle, start a load, or schedule washes when I’m not home. The capacity of the drawers have surprised me as well, and the adjustable tines and shelves make it easy to fit different type of dishes.
A couple things to be aware of: the inside is plastic, not stainless which may matter to some people. And like any newer design, long term reliability can vary depending on installation and use. But overall, the convenience and features has made this dishwasher a really strong addition to my kitchen!

Beautiful Drawer Style Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a GE Profile - Smart Double Drawer Dishwasher from Influenster in exchange for my honest, review. The dishwasher is Energy Star certified.
The GE Profile Dishwasher was very easy to install. The dishwasher came with an outlet cord pre-installed allowing for very DIY friendly installation. And, included instructions on how to hardwire. The drain hose was also pre-installed and the instructions provided 3 installation options to ensure it drains properly. Finally, the water line was also pre-installed. If you are installing the dishwasher a standard distance from your sink this was the easiest installation ever!!! And the instructions were very thorough and easy to follow.
The GE Profile - Smart Double Drawer Dishwasher is very quiet and cleans great! The drawers are easy to use and are spacious. I was able to fit baking trays, mixing bowls, and pans along with my dishes. Everything comes out spotless. Additionally, I can choose what drawers to wash, what type of cycle, and through wifi when to start washing. The dishwasher has a minimal, clean design and a very easy to read display.

LOVE this dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a two drawer dishwasher from kitchen aid for 20 years and had to get another one when that one quit. Easy to load and run. Always nice to be able to fill one up and while it is running start loading the second drawer

Highly Functional with Two Drawers and Great Clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was a breeze. It's much quieter than expected. The design is quite nice and intuitive. It cleans way better than I expected for the two drawers. And having two drawers is amazing, especially if you have small loads that you'd previously let sit around. My electrical bill was smaller than my old washer, so it seems I've saved a little money as a result. Nothing but wins for this thing!

Amazing Addition To Our Kitchen Appliances

The best feature - that we didn’t realize we needed - is the ability to wash some dishes in one drawer, while being able to store/load dirty dishes in the other. Such a cool idea! It works amazingly in both drawers and is incredibly silent when running.

Very Nice Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our Profile Double Drawer! When needed, we can just use one drawer for fewer number of dishes. And of course, both drawers when a full load is required. The wash and dry performance are exceptional, and the unit is very quiet. We also connected to the SmartHQ home app, which provides notifications when the cycles are finished.

Love this new style of dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our double dishwasher drawers! I can save time, energy and water by running one (or both) drawers each night and not wait for a full load in a regular dishwasher over multiple days. Our habit has become to load the top drawer, keeping the dirty dishes out of the sink, and having that load clean in the morning. We then use the bottom drawer for extra items or the next load. Sometimes I unload directly from the top drawer to the dinner table, saving an extra step! This dishwasher is super quiet, washes and dries well, and fits all my odd serving items. Since it's connected on SmartHQ, I can get notifications about its status and important alerts. Finally, it looks great in my kitchen, so I regularly get inquiries and compliments about it.

Love the double drawer design!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this new GE Profile double drawer dishwasher with Microban for free from GE Appliances and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I’m really impressed with how easy it is to use. The double drawer design is my favorite feature I can run just one drawer for a small load or both when I have more dishes. It’s so convenient and also helps save water and energy when I don’t need the full capacity. The drawers slide smoothly and make loading and unloading much easier compared to a regular dishwasher with one big door.
I also appreciate the Microban antimicrobial protection because it feels cleaner and fresher inside. The stainless steel interior looks modern and is easy to keep clean. Another feature I enjoy is the Wi-Fi connection. The SmartHQ app lets me check the status of the cycle, get notifications when it’s finished, and even adjust settings from my phone. It feels modern and makes daily chores easier.
Overall, this dishwasher is stylish, functional, and smart a great upgrade that makes kitchen life more convenient.

Nice to have two wash drawers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i am totally loving this dishwasher so far. I was a little hesitant about switching from a front door pull down style to two drawer drop in but so far it feels just as much room with the convenience of having two drawers. I like the idea of a smaller load option below because sometimes we just have breakfast dishes and it feels rather wasteful to use a whole dishwasher for it so this will be nice. The pull down racks are nice for cups as it kinda gives you a second row , I do with they were longer so be able to get a full second row. It runs pretty quietly and there's numerous wash settings on both drawers which is quite nice ! It also looks very nice in our kitchen as well ! Overall very happy with it.

Delightful dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the two drawer option for when you have smaller loads or larger pots or bowls to enable you to separate out the dishes from the larger items. I can run one drawer or both independently. It's cleans my dishes without spots or leaving any food on. Its a fantastic dishwasher and whisper quite. Relatively easy to install as my husband did it on his own and he is not what one would call super handy. This one is wonderful. Overall we are very happy and hope it's lasts as long as my old one.

Quiet and spacious

A lot of cleaning options. My only complaint is that the space for the dishwashing pod is small so I had to jam it in.

I really like this dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dishwasher. It does take some getting used to when loading it. However, it is very quiet that you can barely hear when it is running. I like that the drawers run separately so we can run the top when it is full, but then add dirty dishes to the bottom instead of waiting for the washer to finish its cycle. The dishes come out nice and dry as well. We did have to switch back to powder soap as it did not come with the soap holder for the soap paks, and putting the soap pak in the alternate area did not seem to work very well.

Great dishwasher, but needs some better instructio
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with a drawer-style dishwasher, having previously owned traditional single-door models. Upon delivery, I was disappointed to find no physical manual included. Instead, GE directs users to access information online through QR codes located on the top of the unit within the door frame.
The first QR code links to a GE YouTube playlist that provides general operating instructions. However, the video production quality leaves much to be desired. The background music (heavy on drums and bass, wasn’t sure if I was watching an EDC recap or an instructional video on a dishwasher?) is surprisingly distracting and often drowns out the narrator, making it difficult to follow along with the instructions. This seems like an oversight for what should be straightforward instructional dishwasher content.
The second QR code downloads GE’s companion app, which enables WiFi connectivity and remote operation of the dishwasher. While the app setup was relatively straightforward, having a physical quick-start guide would have been more convenient. The third QR code provides installation videos, though we used professional installers so I didn’t need this.
The dual-drawer design is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. The unit looks beautiful in my kitchen and goes with the overall design. Each drawer operates independently, with rinse aid dispensers conveniently located behind each drawer’s door. The utensil basket design is well-thought-out, accommodating detergent pods easily. The drawer mechanism feels sturdy and smooth during operation.
What makes this design particularly awesome is the flexibility it offers. For someone like me who goes through a lot of cups and dishes throughout the day, being able to run just one drawer for lighter loads makes things easier. The independent operation means you’re not wasting water and energy on half-empty loads.
The cleaning performance is genuinely impressive and has exceeded my expectations. For single-drawer loads with everyday items like cups and dishes, everything comes out spotless and pristine. The real test came when I used both drawers for heavily soiled pots and pans from a particularly greasy cooking session. Items came not just clean, but often looking better than they had before use, almost like they’d been restored.
This level of cleaning power has completely changed my approach to dishwashing. I’ve shifted away from my usual hand-washing routine because the dishwasher consistently delivers superior results with less effort on my part.
The ability to run single drawers when needed provides excellent energy efficiency for smaller households. Rather than running a full traditional dishwasher cycle for just a few items, I can use only one drawer, which is both more economical and environmentally conscious. This means I’m using only the water and energy needed for the actual load size.
The GE companion app adds convenience, for sure. Being able to start and stop cycles remotely is surprisingly useful, comparable to my car’s remote start feature. Whether I forgot to run the dishes before leaving the house or simply can’t be bothered when I get home, I can set a cycle or even schedule runs through the app. The app works reliably and even includes options to purchase detergent, though I haven’t used that feature yet.
The dishwasher operates quietly, which is a big deal to me because our kitchen opens directly to the living room. Even during operation, normal conversations and TV watching remain completely undisturbed. This quietness makes it practical to run cycles at any time of day without disrupting the household.

Don’t buy this
I hate this. The controls are confusing and unnecessarily complicated. The dishes often do not get clean. Frequently, the cycle fails to complete, leaving dirty dishes that mistakenly get put away. This clearly was designed to look good on the showroom. I regret buying it.
