Does its job well
Does it’s job just as well as competitors costing triple. My only negative comment is I wish the top would open wider for filling

Hamilton Beach has continued to improve on what's already a excellent product. I use my electric kettle everyday, often three or four times a day. Especially early each morning for a cup of tea.

Great Kettle & Lasts A Long Time
This is my 2nd Hamilton Beach electric kettle. I loved the first one I had so much, which lasted me for almost 10yrs, that I tried to buy the same model. The main difference is the on/off switch goes in a different direction. I have it connected to a Smart plug so when I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is ask Alexa to turn on the tea kettle & by the time I’m able to get out of bed, etc., it’s almost done boiling. My mom & my brother also bought the same exact kettle, all three of us without realizing it. I do not understand why more Americans do not use electric kettles? If you’re looking for an excellent product that is going to last very long time, I highly recommend this one or prob any HB electric kettle. It’s almost an extension of my arm at this point! Don’t delay, buy today.
