[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received it as an anniversary gift from the Company. It is exactly what I need. The self sharpening feature is very appealing. I already have a few Henckels knives but I decided to choose this set. It looks great. I cannot wait to use it.

Amazing. Recommend
I’ve been using the Henckels Graphite 20-Piece Self-Sharpening Knife Block Set for about a week now, and I’m already blown away. I’ve owned Henckels knives before, so I expected good quality but this set goes above and beyond.
I cook every day for my family and also handle big holiday meals, so I need knives that can keep up. These do everything well. Every knife feels perfectly balanced, incredibly sharp, and surprisingly comfortable to use for long prep sessions. The built-in sharpening slots are a game-changer every time I pull a knife out, it feels like new.
One thing I wasn’t expecting is how gorgeous this set looks. The graphite finish and the clean, modern block make it a real countertop upgrade. It’s one of the nicest-looking knife sets I’ve ever owned. I will say though, the block it comes with is extremely large and barely fits on my counter.
Whether I’m chopping veggies, slicing meat, or doing more detailed prep, every knife performs flawlessly. For a home cook with a bit of a “pro” mindset, this set hits the sweet spot between performance, durability, and design.

Best knife set I’ve ever purchased
First time purchasing a complete knife set and I’m super impressed and happy with its sharpness, easy handling. I can tell that I’ll be able to use them for years and years. Super easy to take care of and clean. Love that the block comes with each of its own knife sharpener. Well worth the money spent!

Viola clean cut every time
I love my new knives. When I first tried the chef’s I threw a lime into the air and sliced it clean. I could not believe it was clean through. I tried it a few more times and viola it worked every time. I don’t recommend trying this but it was fun.

Amazing!
I live these knives so much. They are such a game changer for my kitchen. The sheer quantity of them allows you to always have the right knife for what you need. The block itself it’s quite long so prepare to have some counter space for it, but so worth it!

We haven’t had them long enough to know whether the self-sharpening components work, but from the quality of the knives and the block, I would be surprised if they did not. I might have chosen a textured handle instead if I knew about this. However, we do only like purchasing single-piece knives, so this still fits the bill. Sharpness out of the box was great so far also as well.
