Got for our bridal shower - great gift!!

Love.

Nice style and very sharp
My husband and I love this sleek style. It’s almost concerning how sleek the knives are when washing because the knives are so sharp and you don’t want it to slide out of your hands. Just handle with caution is my advice; otherwise very sharp and looks nice.

Great set of knives
We received a Henckel knife set when we got married 15 years ago. The set was great but seen better days. Dropped a few steak knives and broke the tips off, chipped blades... it was time for a new set. These new Graphite knives are so sharp, we have had them a few months and use them every day. The sharpening block seems to work, they are just as sharp now as when we bought them.

Love my new knifes
I absolutely love my new henckles knifes! They came quickly and packaged well. Now the best part is these babies are sharp! Balance, is also very nice for the price point of these knifes! They aren't German made knifes but do use German steel! Cant recommended these enough if your on a budget and want a decent set!

Knives are all very sharp and durable. Sharpening block does a good job at keeping straight edge. Grip on handles are great for at home use. Third set of Henckels I’ve bought and always loved the quality.

Great set of knives
These knives are SHARP! I waited a month or so to review. They are nice. I’ve purchased several sets of various brands of trying to find the right one. Now I can stop looking. The only thing I don’t like is hand washing, otherwise a great set of knives!

So far so good!
So far these seem like really great knives. I'm hoping to enjoy them for years to come!
There was a small spot on the front of the wood block that was wet. I wiped it off with a paper towel and it was actually the wood stain - still wet. It was weird. My towel was stained brown when I pulled it away. I guess there was something on the wood that prevented it from drying.
Luckily the spot was between the slots for the steak knives, so once they were placed in there, you could no longer see the spot.

Intense heat 😏
The perfect weight ratio, handles feel like they are converting my energy to being a better knife. They handle my overtly sweaty hands by never slipping- and are so sharp you could cut a tomato into paper thin slices with just gravitational pull. block size is comically large but the wood is a wonderful deep tone that smells devine- so I’m in love.

I love this knife set. Super long lasting and quality knifes. My sister has had hers going strong for 2 years and I ended up purchasing. Definitely worth your money. They always are sharp and haven’t had an issue with dulling. Beware that the knife block is pretty deep so it takes up some counter space and can be difficult in small kitchens.

Sleek and stylish
Arrived today and as soon as I opened the box, the smell of fresh wood permiated my nose. The block is beautiful and each knife placement is labeled. The weight and feel of the knifes is equally impressive. Self-sharpening blades ensures a sharp cut every time you use it. My only disappointment is the scissors. I wish the blades would separate for proper cleaning but that's not a huge concern as I have other kitchen shears and I bought this for the knife quality.
