I love it
We just purchased the humidifier and my allergies have lessen drastically. I use to hack all day now it’s a few times a day. Doctors don’t know how to treat it but the humidifier really worked.

Finally - everything I wanted
I bought this after frustrations with “cool” humidifiers and using the old fashioned vaporizer that was either “off” or “on”. With respiratory issues - I need “warm” and living in a dry area I need to be able to regulate the level of humidity in my bedroom. This unit has everything! The “cool” one left a white film on everything and I was breathing it in too! AND love that this has a timer on it! I can start it before bed and turns off a couple hours later! It’s awesome! Wish I hadn’t wasted my money on the “cool” humidifiers. Will be purchasing another one!

Life changing for us
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this humidifier for about a month and it has been life changing for our family. Since moving to an extremely dry climate my sinuses and skin have seriously suffered and it took a couple years to make the connection that I needed some humidity. Growing up on the east coast I always needed to take humidity out of the air so it wasn’t a natural instinct for me to put some in instead.
The various settings all work as described, it is easy to clean and maintain and my electric bill hasn’t skyrocketed.
My senior aged dog also loves it. The weather is already getting hot and dry and he cozies up in front of it to get what we lovingly call “getting his treatment”. He had a bit of a cough before we started using it and I’m sure it cleared up because of the humidifier. He was also getting a dry nose that has gotten noticeably better as well.
Altogether, I am incredibly happy with the design and quality of this humidifier. I will never again be without one for as long as I am in a hot and dry climate. Life changing.

Exactly What I Needed!

The best thing we've done for allergy season
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Allergy season is always pretty cruddy at our house. Constant sniffles and runny noses and ALL the sneezing. I've use a few humidifiers in the past as i've always been told that keeping your rooms at a good moisture level would help reduce allergies.
So I put this in the bedroom to run all night while we slept. We've been waking up with less and less allergy symptoms and breathing better all around. I'll be keeping this thing going year round at this rate!

Large humidifier for allergies and clean air!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HoMedics TotalComfort Deluxe Warm & Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier is an amazing cool or warm mist humidifier that runs really quiet! It works great in the kids room for their allergies and lets them breathe great all through the night. We have moved it around from different rooms and it is very portable to move. This 1.38 gallon tank is a large machine that gets the job done. Whether you want a cool or warm mist, just a touch of the settings and it is sending out a visible mist. The digital display has all the settings and there is 5 mist settings as well. The ultrasonic mist is visible and in the warm setting it will kill 99.9% bacteria. There is also a programmable humidistat and it will cover an area of 500+ square feet. It has an 85 hour runtime along with an auto off timer for up to 8 hours. Also added is night light settings so that you don't disturb anyone in the middle of the night. Clean tank technology is included to make it very easy to clean and stay clean and free of mold/mildew with the top fill tank. They even added an essential oil tray with 3 pads included and a demineralization cartridge is also in the box. HoMedics thought of everything when they made this amazing humidifier and I would highly recommend it for all your humidity, allergies, breathing and just clean air needs!

My husband threw away the instructions but the touch panel is very intuitive and easy to figure out. There are settings to adjust the amount of humidity, run time, etc. You can also point the stream in any direction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned soooooo any humidifiers in my lifetime. I've tried warm and cool mist and have seen era of each for different seasons or usage. One thing that is fairly consistent across brands is needing one machine for each with a max run time of 24ish hours. So when I saw a machine that combined both with an 85 hour run time I knew I bad to have it. It works flawlessly! And with Only filling it every 3 1/2 days it has made life soooooo easy. I don't spend ten minutes refilling humidifiers daily now! I didn't realize how annoying it was until I didn't have to do it anymore. It also has a night light and an auto off feature should you have a need for those. As well as a tray for essential oils which I love! On top of all these amazing features it looks better than any machine I have ever owned. Sleek and modern...instead of a big blue unsightly machine. I have since bought a second unit and gave all my others away.

The top fill is ultra convenient, and the water tank is large. The tank holds 1.38 gallons/5.2 liters, more than enough to meet my needs. It provides 85 hours of continuous runtime. This machine has a programmable humidistat, an auto-off timer up to 8 hours, 5 mist settings, and a on/off night light. The LED digital display is easy to read, and is straightforward to operate. It will automatically turn off if it runs out of water. It is made with Clean Tank Technology to help protect the tank from dreaded mold or mildew. It comes with an essential oil tray, and 3 pads if you want to add some scent. Also included is 1 demineralization cartridge, so if you have hard water, fear not. It is aesthetically pleasing, definitely not an eye sore. It is super quiet, you do not hear this running. It measures approximately 19”H x 8”W (at it’s widest part), and the cord is long, about 70”. The coverage area is 521 ft sq/48.4 m sq. I have mine in my bedroom. I am obsessed with this humidifier. I am simply loving the benefits of the increased humidity. My skin, and hair feel nice. I feel like I sleep better. I am very happy with this humidifier.

Options!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this humidifier. You have the ability to program it for cold or warm and keep your humidity at a certain %. It has a large enough tank that I'm not updating it constantly, but also small enough that I can move it around the house. Sometimes I don't even need the extra humidity in the air (because I'm in Texas), but I use it with essential oils at night as we wind down for bed.
