Nice printer
This was a replacement for my HP 8600 office jet pro. This new printer has the same features as my old one and the profile is not as bulky as the old one. Happy with my decision.

Meets my needs
This printer does all the things I need it to do--copy, fax, scan. While some of the pieces seem like lower quality plastic, the low price makes it a great deal.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8138
This printer is quite similar to my previous HP OfficeJet. I don't believe I am putting too much paper into the paper tray, however I'm experiencing paper jams now and then, and I'm not sure why.

The wireless feature is fast and reliable
What could be better is the installation process for older computers. Looking to download the software may need to be improved

I have an older IMac, which does cause a few problems
I like the printer, however, I am having problems setting up scan. Other than that setting up the printer has been easy

Best printer
This is literally the best printer I’ve ever had. It’s so easy to set up, it practically sets up itself and I love that I can print from my phone.

New HP Performs Nicely
The set up was relatively easy. But I prefer detailed, written instructions over pictures. I was confused by the plastic piece on the bottom of the cartridges and took some time to realize that they needed to be removed. I was also unsure about some of the extra material that needed to be removed from the ink cartridge bay.

Fantastic Printer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a printer for my classroom and this one does not disappoint! It prints fast and the color is nice, and vibrant. The only downfall is the price of the ink refills, too expensive! Luckily this model came with a free 1-year subscription of Instant Ink.
