Gorgeous fan that works perfectly!
We just had this fan installed in our new home and I couldnt be more pleased with it. The fan is super modern and looks great in our room. It works perfectly and really pushes air. We have 12 foot ceilings and even on the lowest setting it makes a difference.

Love the look and quality
We were looking for a fan that would pop a bit in our living room. While browsing, we found this fan and loved the color and look. So, we decided to order.
First impression was how the color matched exactly what was specified. Sometimes, the color on websites differ from what you actually receive.
Installation was as instructed. Very thorough instructions. Though, one of the screws bags that states different shapes of what should be used did not have anything on it, but I as able to figure it out. Main thing, all screws were provided.
Nonetheless, I am happy with the results. I love how you can screw the remote into the existing light/fan switch, so I didn’t have to screw/drill any holes into my wall to hold the remote.

Great looking fan. The remote is a game changer

This guy has some character with the multiple colors and the fan blades are reversible with two wood color options. The greatest thing had to be the remote though... No more having to get up out of bed to turn the light off or adjust the fan.. you can get it done from the comfort of your bed

Super quiet and efficient!

This Hunter ceiling fan is absolutely gorgeous! It was so easy to install, that I was able to do it myself while my husband was at work. The remote control is so convenient and it's super quiet. I love that there's a light with this as well, as my other one didn't have one. I was also really impressed to find that two shades came with this, black and white, though I was really hoping for the teal. I think I'll end up painting mine. The style, ease of installation, remote and extras are certainly worth every penny!

Stylish, and customizable with the right equipment
Honestly, this is the best looking fan we've seen on the market thus far -- and quiet, too! While I wasn't a fan of the remote switch since it's in the bedroom, I've learned and adjusted. I think the remote could be made with a better design and higher quality materials. It's a sleek lighting fixture with a dinky-feeling remote, so that's a little bit of a bummer. I saw a review saying that the light is dim, and that's true for 60w bulbs; however, if you replace it with a higher wattage light it lights up the room just fine. We purchased smart lightbulbs and have really loved the ability to customize the lighting in the room based on the time of day. Well worth the additional investment.

Beautiful fan, missing a wire connector

It comes with double sided blades so you can choose light or dark wood depending on your preference. The Edison style bulb gives off plenty of light without being TOO bright.

This fan is a little larger than I thought. Mainly the part around the light bulb. Just looks kinda awkward aesthetically. Not sure why I couldn’t figure this out from the picture but I’m not loving this look. Works great though lol.

Super cute, but basically a night light. Too Dim!
I asked for this fan as a birthday gift from my Dad. He happily obliged. I had waited for many years to find one good enough to replace my vintage fan with awesome details. I figured this would be the one. After my husband installed it and turned on the light I felt like I made a huge mistake taking my old one down. So disappointed in the dimness of the light. I can barely even see in my room. It’s almost like being in an old tavern. I cannot figure out how to make this thing any brighter. For the price of this fan you should have several levels of brightness. I cannot figure out who would even be able to use this light and for what room because it’s just too dark to see anything normal. The color is pretty I received the teal. I just wish i could actually see it.

Beautiful, but has some electrical issues
Installation was easy, fan is quiet and beautiful. However, the light bulb flickers sporadically when the light switch is on, even when fan isn't turned on with remote. Since this is for an office and not a bedroom, I'm living with it, but if this were blinking and waking me up all night I'd be ready to burn the house down. As it is, it's just really annoying. I remember seeing another reviewer who had this issue before I bought this fan. Can it be fixed?

Attractive Fan, but Very Dim
The fan is beautiful, no question there. It is a bit large, so I wouldn't recommend i for a smaller room or one with low ceiling. My main complaint is regarding the lighting. It's so dim you would get more light from lighting a candle in the room. I tried higher wattage bubbles and it wasn't helpful. If you are looking for a fan that will also serve as lighting for a room, this isn't the fan for you.

Looks beautiful. Light goes off randomly
I've had this fan installed for several months now. If we have the light turned on, it randomly turns off for a few seconds then comes back on. It's an issue others have noted as well. The look of the lighting is not what I hoped for. It's very "spot light" in nature and not ambient. I like a nice soft and we'll lit room. This fan does not offer that.

Kind of trash for the price
Looks nice and that's about it. Poor quality. The canopy cover did not fit over the mounting bracket.
Beyond that issue, the electrical on it is really poor. The light flickers when it receives power and is unable to be resolved.

Hopefully you get some that work
We bought four of these for the kids bedrooms in our newly remodeled home. Loved the look, and although the lighting is pretty lackluster, we could deal with that. BUT out of the four of them, we have two that seem to work fine, one that has the random light flashing issue, even when the light is off, so we cannot use the fan at night...and the 4th fan simply doesn't work. After power cycling the switch, it works for may 20 seconds before turning off. Had an electrician out to troubleshoot and found all house wiring was fine, and had never seen a fan do that..... Trying to work with Hunter to resolve, but really hoping not to get another lemon.

DON’T BUY - known flickering issue
I bought one for our nursery and one for our spare room. Both installed by an electrician. Both flicker when on. Apparently this is a known issue. These fans are not cheap. Very disappointing as we went with a name we knew. I worry about them starting a fire so we started using floor lamps instead.

Do Not Buy!
The light is nice looking, so much so that I bought two. However, as others have mentioned, the light will randomly turn off and then back on. These lights are in my kids room, so the first few times it happened, they of course thought we had ghosts. We’ve had an electrician come out to check the wiring for both lights, and he found no issues. We’ve changed the light bulbs, etc and the issue persist. After being frustrated, I came back to the reviews, and I see this is recurring issue with this light fixture. Save yourself the trouble, and keep looking. This is not the one to buy!

Fan doesn't work and horrible customer service.
I just installed a new Cranbrook ceiling fan in my office. (Purchased it directly from their website.). The light flashes every now and then and it is just frequent enough to drive me crazy. I replaced the old Lutron dimmer switch with a single pole on/off switch hoping that would fix it but I still have the same problem. Went back and double checked my connections and still the same problem. Getting help from Hunter has been like pulling teeth. I asked them three questions...Is it a known issue. Is there a workaround? Is the fan compatible with other bulbs?
They tell me that it is rare. (Spend a few minutes on this site or searching online and you'll find that isn't true.). Then they recommend that I activate the dimmer function. (I had already done this once but tried again at their direction and it failed to fix the problem.). They are not quick to respond so all of this is happening over the course of days. At this point they tell me I need to show proof of purchase. Unfortunately my wife deleted the email so we're getting PROOF from the credit card company.
They never bothered to answer my third question.
The fan looks good but, unless you're looking for a flashing party fan, it doesn't work. Even if it did, I've lost faith that Hunter is going to back it should I have issues in the future.

Impossible to find parts, install (professional)
1) In order to install this from an angled ceiling, you need to order two separate parts, which are impsosible to find. I've had mild success ordering them from vendors 2 and 3 (vendor 1 who I bought the fan from didn't have them)
2) there's some kind of remote setup that makes it impossible for my professional to install this.
We were able to install two other lighting products - not Hunter brand - WITH ceiling angle (hardware included) but so far we are 0-for-2 in getting a successful install on these Hunter ceiling fans.
I'm having to spend all kinds of extra hours getting this thing installed correctly. If you have an angled ceiling, beware.
