I like the modern look of the ceiling fan. There are two options on blade colors- White or natural wood. I like the wall switch control. I did have to special order a wall switch plate cover.

Nice and elegant

Great investment
Crisp clean design and we love the wall panel control. We have 8 foot ceilings and they would be too low if we had people in the family over 6’ or so. Light is bright, fan is quiet. Worth the price and will be back for matching light fixtures.

Installation instructions are very clear.
This Fan has a hardwired wall controller only, which works very well - there is no remote handheld controller.

Not your Grandmother's ceiling fan
Beautiful ceiling fan that added instant glamour to my guest bedroom. I got the white with brass and it is stunning. I am so happy with the way it looks and bonus because it is a dimmer as well. The wall switch makes it so easy to use. I would buy again and I would recommend to others.

Love this fan!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed this fan since installing it and recommend it. It was fairly easy to install, pretty straightfoward. It's good quality, the fan blades and the center piece are sturdy and well made. It works well, and sufficiently circulates the air in my living room which is the point of a fan I suppose! Its quiet and doesn't make noise which I like too.

Easy install, Nice looking, QUIET fan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hepburn fan with LED light is a total package--it is easy to install (if I can do it, anyone can!), it looks awesome in the room (nice contrast because of how dark the fan color is compared to the light ceiling and walls), and it's QUIET when it's on. Hunter fans never disappoint! Highly recommended!

Beautiful fan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan is beautiful. We installed it in our toddlers room, it fits her vintage decor perfectly! It was very easy to install, the instructions were very clear. My husband was out of town and I decided to tackel it myself. It took me about an hour alone, and this is the first I have ever installed alone. It is sleek and beautiful in her room. Definately finished off the look I was going for in there. I love the remote feature. I actually mounted it outside of her room so I can control it without going in!

Plenty of extra wire, but the wiring is somewhat complicated, the directions are thorough though. There isn’t a ton of extra room for wiring and the receiver in the top and control panel was also a tight fit, although the switch box in my house is probably a little smaller than what is standard nowadays.
Very beautiful, quiet fan. The light isn’t burn your corneas bright, but I’m okay with that, I’m certain you could put a brighter bulb in it.

Nice modern style fan
Nice modern style fan. Installation is a little more difficult than other fans I have done due to the way the blades install and the wired-in wall-mounted remote control. Support when I lost a screw was very responsive in getting a replacement out.

Looks nice but light on features
Fan looks nice, good clean styling. Quiet. Only three speeds and the high speed is very high and medium is a big step down in rpms. Fan can't be reversed without removing the light cover. 5 speeds and remote reversing would make this one 5 stars.

Rhythmic hum. The wall switch is not intuitive. Need to turn on the light to find out how to turn on the light or run the fan.

Great fan, Poor Remote
The fan is quiet and great looking. The remote is more of a wall switch and not usable as a remote. A standard remote would be preferred over the provided wall switch.

BEAUTIFUL BUT TOO LOUD!
This fan is exactly what I was looking for in our master bedroom. It is beautiful and classic! The noise from the motor is so loud we cannot sleep with the fan on high speed as it wakes us at night! We can tolerate it on low/ med but with Texas heat we need it on high most of the time. The nosie is not related to unstable motion as it does not move from the downrod which we have it hung close to the ceiling. It is from the motor in the fan. I would not purchase it again and will likely have to replace it in the near future. Very disappointed from a Hunter fan.

Controls
Why can’t modern fans use a switch and pull chain. The complicated controls drive me insane. If you have a historic home and don’t want a panel of buttons on your wall, I would buy another model. We swapped for the viola

It’s just not a great fan

Wish this was better, expected more from Hunter
It's very beautiful, and when it is working, it is great. But I don't understand why the switch wasn't hardwired in. It's basically a remote with batteries that you mount on your wall, so there's a delay when you press the buttons (but the main power is hardwired - what the heck). Also, when you dim the light it cuts in and out (a LOT) at times. I wish the connection quality was just a little better.

Missing parts
I expected the ceiling fan to arrive with the angle unit in the box. Also thought an extension rod would be part of this purchase. I have no idea how I like the fan itself. Without the angle mount and rod we were not able to have our electrician install the unit. I suggest you send fewer surveys. Just ask customers if they are ready to rate the product. Peter

Poor design
This fan is not great design. The switch panel on the wall for adjusting the fan and light has 7 buttons, and is essentially a remote control for the fan. When installing the fan, I noticed 2 double A batteries in the fan unit. When those batteries run out, we’ll have to take out the entire fixture to replace it or else it won’t work!

Installation is a nightmare!
I just finished installing this fan. It works great and looks nice, but was AWFUL to install. Directions are not linear. There is way to much back and forth. Wire compartments are cramped and difficult to work with. The blade attachment process was unnecessarily difficult. Finally, the wall switch cover/faceplate has the “Hunter” logo on the front. It looks ridiculous. If you did not see in the description, the wall switch requires batteries as well, so that will be fun to change in the dark. If you are looking only for appearance, this fan is great. The installation and maintenance are cumbersome.

Disappointment
Bought this fan to update existing installed Hunter fans with wall unit controls and associated wiring. It turns out that the wall control with this fan is just a remote placed in the wall and would not take advantage of the wiring of the existing fans. Would not have bought the Hepburn model if I knew the controls were not consistent with our existing wiring. Only chose the Hepburn fan for the wall control. Returned the Hepburn fan and will keep looking for one we really like.

Faulty
I owned this same fan in one room so purchased a second one. However, I am incredibly displeased with the second purchase. The light flickers all the time, the buttons on the wall mount do not work independently and the worst part of it all is that randomly the light will turn on! This is in my baby's nursery so to have a light turn on in the middle of the night is absolutely unacceptable.
