Easy to set up

App is fantastic with this Roomba 415!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Roomba vacuum and mop set rocks! It is super easy to set up right out of the box and add the solution to the docking station. It does make some noise but not enough that I have to plan my day around it. It works amazing on the carpet & rugs and picks up every bit from fuzzies to dirt to bits of food like cereal or chopped onions. It grabs every part of the rugs and carpets and evenly glides up and down in a pattern that doesn't miss anything. It easily goes around obstacles in its way instead of them accidentally getting stuck or sucked into it. It's also very easy to empty it as it does the vacuum part itself and the solution is easy to dump and replace it. Overall,I don't miss vacuuming or mopping and it does a great job- one of my favorite things about it is that I can set it on the app for the days and hours that I want it to mop and vacuum,which rooms/areas, and after setting it the first time I don't have to reset it ever again,unless I want to change something.

Cleans well

Love this vacuum and mop roomba
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roomba is honestly amazing and changed my life. The ability to vacuum and mop has saved me so much time and kept my home so much cleaner. I have a cat and there’s no more hair/dustballs rolling around. You can schedule cleanings, so when I go to the gym it runs and I come home to a clean house. The battery lasts for hours and navigates any obstacles easily. It took a few minutes to setup and was easy to do so.

Makes it easier to keep up with cleaning.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ll start off by saying this has been amazing for my family, It makes it so much easier to keep the floors nice and clean. Some of the features I absolutely love are it vacuums and mops. I really like how well the app works with mapping and helping. Now let’s talk about setup. I have no complaints on setup at all. From start to finish it was so simple and easy to setup both the docking station and the app. Everything was pretty much put together just had to add water to the tank on the docking station during set up and attach the sweeper brush for corners etc and add the room a to the app so it knows which one . That’s all it took to setup so easy and quick. I really like how easy it is to setup and use. The water tank is pretty big so no worry about it running out to quickly I really like the mopping feature as it has serveral ways to mop the whole floor or you can customize to only do spots. The battery life I think is great as it returns to its docking station. When it’s low. So overall great battery life. There’s not a particular water you have to use. The battery charges quickly. This cleans very well and even mops good I’ve used it on carpet and regular floors and love it and how easy it is to use

A luxury upgraded
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This luxury model is an enhancement over my current Roomba device. Its powerful suction and dual-clean mop pads deliver vacuuming and mopping in a single run.
This slim design not only reaches hard-to-access areas like under bed, furniture, and along edges, but also mops wood floors at the same time.
One of the features I enjoy most is the self-maintaining dock automatically empties debris, re-wets the mop pads, then washes and heat-dries mop pads after every clean, making the entire process convenient and efficient.
I can customize which rooms are vacuumed or mopped and easily schedule cleaning sessions for each area of my home.
I like the App, which is simple and easy to follow. It would be even better if the manufacturer included more detailed instructions of the various attached parts in the device. I had to search YouTube to find clearer guidance.

Love how clean the Roomba Plus makes my floors!

Downloading the app from the App Store and connecting the Roomba was very simple as well. It took a very short amount of time to map the rooms in my home for the set up of the Roomba plus. I like that it has the option of being able to set a room for mop on one setting and mop and vacuum on another setting. I will be using this on a daily basis. It is so easy and convenient!

A time-saving addition to my home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!! The iRobot Roomba Plus 415 Combo has been such an upgrade for my cleaning routine! I love that it can vacuum and mop at the same time. It does a great job picking up crumbs and dust on the floors. My floors have never looked cleaner! It was very easy to setup using the instruction guide. This Roomba is so convenient and time-saving for me because I can be doing other things while it works. I have a big apartment so it took me forever to clean. I have carpets and it goes around them. Been loving the Rooma Plus 415 in my home and has made cleaning less of a chore!

Incredible and efficient

I’ve had other remote vacuums before, but nothing like THIS!! so easy to set up, so quiet, so efficient!!! it easily maps the house, and the app is so easy to use. I can remotely tell it to run different routines, including deep vacuum of my bedroom, which actually works to get cat hair out of my rug. Or I can send it to mop the bathroom, and come home to clean floors!!  This is a complete game changer! Seems to be well built, the battery lasts for several rooms, and then it goes home to charge itself, it empties itself smoothly, and is able to dock here, even though it’s less space than recommended

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an old row house with lots of wood floors and one rug on the main floor. I could vacuum every day but of course do not. Until now. I’ve always been curious but skeptical about Roombas. No more! My first follow is vacuumed every week day now and it’s mopping my floors as I type this. The only downside, depending on the size of your space, is the size of the base unit, which is not insubstantial. I’m a concert, though. Love it!

Game changer for frequent cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a game changer for households that need daily vacuuming and mopping with minimal effort. I still plan to manually vacuum occasion to get behind doors and reach areas that need a small attachment, but overall I’m extremely pleased with the performance of the Roomba mop/vacuum combo.
I’m amazed at the immediate transition between mopping and vacuuming on hard floors vs carpets. The sensors are incredible. I’ve run through several cycles and it’s so impressive how the machine takes care of itself: it empties the dust bin and cleans then dries its own mop pads! It easily docks and charges in between cleaning cycles .
The only pain point was the set up, due to the buggy app. One crucial point is that you need a 2.4ghz network to connect, which is common for devices like this and smart plugs, for example. I was able to connect and set up very quickly, but then the app needed to update and after that it couldn’t find the Roomba. Once I restarted my phone, my machine showed in the app again. Since then, everything has run really well.
It takes about 1.5 hours to finish a 1200 sq ft place. The app makes it easy to track its location and progress and keeps a cleaning history. This is a big step up from the original Roomba we had years ago.

So thorough and convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this little roomba! I’m so impressed with how it was able to map out my home and maneuver itself around. It is also quite powerful and has great capacity for dirt. I have a cat so there’s always hair everywhere and this does such a better job than my upright vacuum. It’s so thorough and I love the mopping feature. I usually do a light sweep and vacuum before I set the roomba to go to pick up larger bits but I’m just amazed by how clean my floors are now. The dock is a bit large because of the water tanks but the different compartments are designed so well. I also love that once it’s finished cleaning it will rinse and dry the mopping pads. It’s the coolest thing ever.

No Manual Vacuum and Mopping Anymore
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been testing out the iRobot Roomba Plus 415 Combo with the AutoWash dock, and it has genuinely made my daily routine so much easier. It takes care of both vacuuming and mopping on its own, so I do not have to worry about taking time out of my day to keep the floors looking clean. The dock is easily my favorite feature because it handles washing the mop pads and getting the unit ready for the next round completely hands free. Setup was quick, and it navigates around my space with zero hassle. It has saved me a ton of time every week, and I love coming home to spotless floors without doing any heavy lifting. It is definitely a great investment for simple automated cleaning.

Wonderfully cleans hard to reach areas.

I’m very happy with the way it reach the corners and under the furnitures. I’m using it since last two weeks so haven’t come across any maintenance needs yet. Comes it additional brush and trash collector bags so you don’t need to buy. Really happy with the product.

Life changing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product blew me away! We already had another brand’s robot vac that was probably 6 years old. It was never great at mapping the house or cleaning super well but it did enough to keep up with our dog until we could get in there for a weekly deep clean. Now we have a toddler and a dog so the other vacuum is truly not doing a single thing for us lol. This vacuum is SO quiet, small, and speedy! It mapped super quickly, correctly, and efficiently. The. First. Time! My favorite feature is the little brush that goes against floorboards to push any junk out so that it can get stuff in those tight spaces. Our current vacuum never did that. It works so quickly and when it finds spots that are extra dirty, it stops, revs up and spends extra time/power on that spot until it’s clean. The mop function is so cool too. We originally didn’t think we wanted or needed it but holy life changing. I love that it has a heated dry function so you don’t have to worry about mold growth or anything. I would buy this product 100 times over. What a massive improvement over what we had. We had no idea what we were missing! Also I included a pic of it next to our current vacuum. You can see with the tank it has a taller/bigger footprint but the vacuum itself is smaller and it’s really not cumbersome at all. Buy this!!!

Definitely Worth Buying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say that I adore this Roomba would be an understatement. I am in awe of this roomba. It is so efficient. I love the sleek design of the Roomba. The set up was super easy. I love how customizable the settings are and how I can track the progress of the cleaning via the app. I am amazed that it also cleans the corners and edges so well. The feature where I can customize how frequently the roomba returns to the docking station to clean its mop is also impressive. The Rooma is evidently very silent as compared to the prior models I have tried. The battery life is also pretty decent.

An absolute must have!

The floors have never been cleaner and you can tell a difference immediately. It’s easy to use from the app, it goes around the entire first floor with a map that it created on its own, and the setup took less than 10 minutes. It’s really convenient to set from your phone when you are not home or create a routine for it to run in the middle of the night so you wake up to clean floors. I would highly recommend this to all of my friends and family.

Amazing mop and vacuum combo

Fantastic addition to our house!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Roomba Plus 415 Combo has completely transformed our cleaning routine.
One of the best surprises was how easily it navigates our home. It has absolutely no problem getting over our floor thresholds, which our older robot vacuum constantly struggled with!
The first time I used it to mop our kitchen floor, the amount of dirty water it pulled up was way more than I expected—it really shows how deeply it cleans!
The AutoWash dock is a total game-changer. It automatically empties the debris, washes the mopping pad, and refills the tank, making the entire process completely hands-free.
Connecting it to our network was incredibly smooth with zero issues. It immediately triggered a firmware update right out of the box. Just a heads up for new buyers: right after the firmware update, it disconnected for about 30 seconds. Don’t panic, just be patient! It automatically reconnected right after that and has worked perfectly ever since.
My only minor critique is that I wish iRobot included an easy-to-read physical user manual. Trying to figure everything out strictly from the mobile app was a bit difficult. I definitely recommend hitting YouTube for setup videos, as they were a massive help. Once it is up and running, this system is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

The best vacuum

This Roomba plus 415 is all controlled by your phone with easy to store maps and times to get the job done. It cleans and emptied itself each time. Efficient and Smart Cleaning!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iRobot Roomba 415+ Vacuum and Mop is honestly one of the easiest to live with day-to-day. It does a great job handling both vacuuming and mopping without needing much attention, which is exactly what I wow looking for.
Right out of the box, the vacuum is really simple to setup. No pieces to put together, simply plug in the base, put the side brush kn the robot and setup the map in the roomba home and and your on your way to smarter and less stressful cleaning whenever you want.
Navigation is smooth and pretty smart. It moves in an organized pattern, maps out rooms accurately, took literally about 5 minutes to map out my first floor and doesn’t constantly bump into everything like some older models. Setting up schedules and cleaning zones in the app is simple, so once it’s up and running, you can pretty much forget about it.
The self-emptying bin is a huge win. Not having to empty it after every run makes the whole experience feel a lot more hands-off.
The mopping features is also another plus. The robot will come back to clean the mop pads between cleaning and goes back out to clean.
Overall, the Roomba 415+ is a super convenient, low-maintenance option that keeps floors consistently clean without much effort. This is an easy recommendation.

So Easy

My little helper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is so handy in our household with constantly shedding two dogs, cat and myself. It has three different suction/cleaning options. I usually use automatic/medium one for every day cleaning and Deep for the days when I’m out of with dogs. It does pretty nice job swiping the corners and washing edges.
Another thing I’m loving about this machine because it operated by app, has child/pet preventative option. Shows exactly what it’s doing and how much battery left. I can choose option to vacuum and mop, just mop or vacuum, vacuum or wash only. And, you can choose which room you want to be cleaned.
You still need to clean small areas, where it can’t fit, and I use different vacuum and mop to clean those areas whenever I need it.

Sucks up small things, but not great at slightly bigger
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first robot vacuum so there is definitely a learning curve lol. it’s very smart and honestly may be a little too smart for what I’m used to. I’m still trying to figure out the mapping system and what all it can do.
The vacuuming is okay but it does miss stuff and it doesn’t seem to pick up the bigger pieces very well, like stuffing from my dogs toy after he ripped it up. It ran over a little pebble by my front door that must’ve gotten stuck in someone’s shoe, and it made the worst rattling noise. We ended up having to pick up the vacuum because it wouldn’t stop, and when we checked it, the pebble hadn’t even been picked up. It was just sitting under the vacuum, causing all the noise.
I have waist length hair and shed a lot, so the hair getting wrapped around the rotating brush underneath happens pretty easily. My dog doesn’t shed, so this is definitely my hair. They do give you a little cutter tool for cutting the hair off the rotating brush, which is actually really useful and convenient. But I do wish there was somewhere to store that tool, whether by the docking station or on the vacuum somehow, that way it’s more convenient and I don’t have to go find it in a drawer.
It’s pretty quiet while running, which I wasn’t expecting. There is a buzzing sound while charging, though, which can be a little annoying.
I do like having the mopping feature included so the two-in-one aspect is really nice. I do wish there were more options for cleaning solution though. I was pretty disappointed to find out that you have to use the Roomba brand cleaning solution, otherwise anything else will void your warranty. I don’t like being locked into one brand, especially when it comes to floor cleaner, not all scents are the same, personal preference, cleaning power, etc.
I’m still getting used to having a robot vacuum/ cleaner in general and figuring out the mapping and settings. It definitely does make things easier, but I’m finding myself still needing to keep an eye on it and sometimes pick up certain things myself.

Needs improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Box is heavy so be cautious when lifting. Easy installation to put roomba together. It stands about 20 inches tall and about 18 inches wide when installed. There is no instruction manual and you must scan the QR code to set up the account. There is a booklet for a little troubleshooting and it has multiple languages. I wish it had some basic set up instructions in the booklet instead of using the app. The most difficult part of install was connecting to the WiFi. You must connect to a 2.4 ghz WiFi or you will get errors. (if you use a lot of WiFi and have multiple things connected such as Ring cameras or surround sound you should have two or more WiFi’s depending on your internet package). It kept giving us an error and told us to check the router settings. We had to unsync our devices to get the roomba connected after several tries. We had to look up research videos on You Tube to troubleshoot and figure out basic things like where the vacuum bag went, filling tanks with water and cleaning solution, and recommended brands. For someone who is not tech savvy, this product is not recommended. My dogs absolutely hated the beeps and voice overs and were trying to attack the roomba when we ran it. I would definitely use it at night if you have animals. The app allows you to set up a map and schedule times when to run. The mopping feature worked well and we did not have any issues with the mop pads falling off. I wanted to purchase more mop pads but replacement parts are not available at the time of this review.
