Easy set up

We have carpet, tiles, and hardwood floors throughout and it did such a great job vacuuming and mopping. It was easy to set up and get it started right out of the box. I love how the app gives you the status of all the parts making maintenance so easy.

Worth the investment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the robot vacuum for almost a month to clean my main floor home. I have set to daily vacuum once a day and mop the floors three times a week.
My household consists of two adults 1 toddler and two medium sized dogs.
So far the vacuum has performed amazing and helps maintain my floors clean especially in our busy home. The vacuum does require to fill and dispense the clean/dirty water for mopping but it’s such a small task for this workhorse.
The setup and app are very user friendly. The app notifies you for all the routines and gives you reminders to make sure proper maintenance is done to the vacuum.
Overall it’s a robot vacuum worth the investment.

Amazing robot vacuum!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now this is what I’m talking about when I say I want a do-it-all robot vacuum! This is a completely hands-free device, which is the most important thing for me when it comes to robotic vacuums. Not only does it vacuum, it also mops, and then it cleans the mop head on its own and dries it, so you don’t even have to take it apart to clean. The performance is excellent. It even has the ability to sense dirtier spots and can scrub and vacuum harder in those areas. It comes with both a clean water tank and a dirty water tank, and both last a significant amount of time. I love that you can connect this to your smart home. I’m able to run it whenever and wherever I am. You also can use the app to run this and create programs. Overall, I’m highly impressed and I absolutely love this robot vacuum!

Handy little thing!!!

This Roomba has made such a huge difference. Just daily the floors are clean and spotless which I love especially during the winter months with everyone tracking leaves in. It works magically it gets all the areas and surfaces. And I love that the dock cleans it! Who would’ve thought technology would be so advanced. It can handle everything so far that’s been on our floors. It holds the charge really well which is a plus! Our puppy loves to chase it around too haha!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I don’t have much time for cleaning, this robot vacuum has made a big difference in my daily routine. I can start cleaning from anywhere using the app, which is super convenient when I’m busy. I love that it avoids obstacles instead of constantly bumping into everything, and it even cleans my rugs. Since I got it, I’ve been able to keep my house much cleaner and more organized without spending so much time on it. Honestly, it’s been such a great help for my home!

Easy way to keep floors clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this product so far! The set up was easy, charged quickly. I have mainly hardwood floors with some area rugs and it transitions to both with ease. Much quieter than I anticipated and seems to navigate better than the Roomba's I remember. Doesn't keep hitting into corners and seems very intuitive with where items are which I anticipate helps keep it durable and last longer. The floor mapping is a nice touch as well. I love that I can go to bed, turn it on from the app, and wake up with clean floors.

Easy assembly and worth the money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant about getting a robot vacuum/mop combo, but the auto wash dock makes this completely hassle free. It auto empties the dirt, washes its own mop pad, and keeps the water/solution refilled on its own. It mapped my layout on the first try and handles the pet hair on carpet and messes on hard floors without ever getting my rugs wet. Truly set-it-and-forget-it- worth every penny.

A life saver and way more advanced than the first gen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me tell you. Had this product for a few days and it DOPE! first start up and it mapped my house out in detail. Self cleaning emptying mode works well but large clumps of carpet got stuck so I had to remove it. Other than that this this is perfection.

Easy add to clean fast!

It gets virtually everywhere in the house, & even navigates around objects! When needed, it takes its self right to the charging dock and then completes the task flawlessly.

Great! Even for small spaces

Its a great feeling knowing your floor is clean! Will have to try a stronger mopping option for our grooved tile, but overall im satisfied.

I love this iRobot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Roomba 678 Plus Combo Robot with AutoWash Dock is such a game changer! I’m so happy I can now let the robot not only vacuum but also mop my floors, saving me so much time and effort keeping my house clean.
Setup and charging are straightforward and quick, and the battery lasts long enough to clean several rooms on one charge. The SprayForce AI mop function sprays and cleans really well, even tackling tough dust and messes. The 140°F Heated Mopping helps lift dried-on stains and sticky messes, while SealForce Technology provides powerful suction for deep-cleaning carpets and reaching every corner of my home.
I also love that I can control the robot right from my phone. It’s so convenient and smart! The sleek, compact design is another plus. Definitely a great addition to my home cleaning routine!

Great product ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Roomba Plus combo is a must-have. It senses the carpet and doesn’t go down to the stairs. Very effective for mopping,the spinning roller scrubs hard floors instead of just dragging the pad. It is low maintenance, the self cleaning dock is amazing. It self-empties debris for up to 90 days. So easy to control, I downloaded the app and I can clean the house with just a touch!!

Making daily cleaning easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had roombas and shark robots in the past but this one is the absolute best. The fact that it maps the rooms and can vacuum and then mop each room and then go on to the next is incredible. I have two kids at home and they are constantly spilling food and drinks on the floor. This makes it easy to set a schedule for it to run at night and first thing in the morning. Set up is super easy and it’s nice and heavy duty. I love hearing it empty the bin and the mopping works great. I emptied the tank today and the water was so grey but I was so happy that it mopped the dirty floors. It’s perfect for daily cleaning. I’ll still have to deep clean and move furniture but for a busy working mom and dad, this helps make life so much easier and cleaning the spills easy! I don’t worry so much about the mess cause my roomba will get it while I’m sleeping!

You wanted a maid, you got a Roomba! 😂🧹
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a little while to get used to the Roomba Plus 678 Combo, but overall, I’ve really enjoyed having it around. Setup was pretty easy—you just remove the packaging, attach the brush, fill the water tank, and plug in the dock. The only part that gave me a little trouble was having to switch my Wi-Fi to 2.4 GHz to connect it to the app.
Once it was set up, I had fun exploring all of the features. The app lets you create maps, set cleaning zones and no-go zones, and even add information about pets and household members. I really like how it usually recognizes objects in its way and cleans around them. It did manage to suck up my phone charger once, but thankfully I was able to get it back out!
The cleaning and suction have been great, and the AutoWash dock makes everything much more convenient. I also really like that I don’t have to constantly empty or maintain it after every cleaning.
And of course, I had to take this picture because I was told, “I want a maid!” 😂 So I said, “You wanted a maid, you got one!” Honestly, having a little robot help keep the floors clean isn't a bad deal! 😆

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially skeptical about the Roomba as I had a couple of the very early models that I ended up getting rid of as they were very loud and kept getting stuck. I should not have worried. This is a far more advanced machine that I have been impressed with after using for a few weeks.
I have two dogs and keeping the floors clean is a job in itself. I was excited that this Roomba both vacuumed and mopped and did its own self cleaning (one thing I hate about my upright mopping vacuum is cleaning it). There are tanks for clean and dirty water and the debris that is vacuumed up is moved to a vacuum bag when the machine docks and the rollers are cleaned with hot water. I do empty the dirty water after use even though you don’t have to.
Setting up the machine was very easy and it comes with an extra bag, duster attachment, and filter. Eventually I will have to buy new filters/bags and the cleaning solution, but likely not for a while. My house is kind of a minefield so the mapping that the machine generated (the first time you use it you have it map your house so it can delineate rooms which you can then select to be vacuumed, mopped, or both) is confusing but I’ve now figured it out. I only use it controlled by the app and I don’t really know how to use it without the app. I haven’t set up any routines yet but it looks pretty easy.
It seems pretty thorough when it sweeps and the sweeper attachment extends out for corners and edges and seems to work really well. Obviously due to its size it can’t get into every crevice, such as between the toilet and the wall, but otherwise it can get a lot of places. I don’t know how effective it is on my shag rug but it tries (I wish there was the ability to tell it not to vacuum on rugs but there isn’t). Most of my floors are bamboo and tile and it does well on those. It has good sensors and has only gotten stuck once. The marketing says that it uses extra time on stains but I haven’t noticed this yet.
The downsides (and why it gets 4 instead of 5 stars) are that it doesn’t always clean everything (see picture of stain it bypassed three times until I ended up cleaning it up - it is near where I have the dock so it may not have gotten mapped, although it did sweep there), I did get a couple errors already (mop cleaning error which I rectified by making sure the vacuum and the tanks were solidly in place - I’m still not sure what caused it, I wish it would say), it has a large footprint for the dock, and it does take a while to do a sweep than vacuum (definitely longer than I would take but also I don’t have to do it so that is nice).
Overall I’m happy with this and it is keeping my floors clean if I run it every other day.
I included a picture of my bathroom floor that one of my dogs had decided to use as his bed when it was hot - before and after.

Roomba mop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the roomba and that I don’t have to worry about it. I do worry about the inside of it getting moldy and smelly. It’s compact which is perfect and does a great job cleaning. I have two pets and this is wonderful for those muddy paws.

Amazing helper

The vacuum is solid and well built. The design is conveniently size for easy placement. It does require bag replacements. Overall love the product. The price is however over my budget.
