Works Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted an IRobot and was very thankful to be given the chance to review for my opinion thanks to BzzAgent. The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to setup. The app really is such a great feature to accompany the vacuum. I also like how thorough it cleaned my floors. Most robot vacuums, end up sucking up cords or bumping into things. This vacuum identifies obstacles and avoids hazards. The Roomba combo J7 plus has some really great features such as automatic dirt disposal. I also noticed how powerful the suction was and it made my floors look better than they have looked in a year. I love that it vacuums and mops simultaneously so I don't have to go back and mop later on. The mop also passes the paper towel test which is shocking to me. Whenever I have mopped in the past with other methods I always have to go over with a paper towel to wipe away excess dirt. With this the paper towel came back clean.

Roomba Combo j7+ - First robotic vacuum - Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first robotic vacuum of any type and I'm not sure how I've done without one for so long. Great product overall and I definitely recommend to my friends and family. The initial setup was simple, find a home for the Roomba, plug it in, download the app and get started. I have a combination of carpet/rugs/hardwood throughout my house so I was curious how the Roomba would do recognizing everything. The initial mapping of my first floor, which consists of about 1300 sq. ft, took about 2.5 hours went smoothly. After it was done it returned to the charger as I hadn't charged it right out of the box. The app is easy to use and I made a few rooms adjustments on the app, straightening a few door lines etc..., then was ready for its first run. Been using it for close to a month now and it has worked great. I like the scheduling features, as well as the notifications about what it is doing. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and the dogs could care less about it running, the cats are still curious each time it ventures out to clean however...lol. It is fairly quiet in my opinion, except when it returns home to empty itself, when it sounds like a shop vac. Other than that I really like this unit and expect it to last and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a mop/vacuum combo!

A total game changer

It saves me a ton of time, the fact that I can come home to already clean floors is amazing. It goes back to its holder when it is finished and I don't have to think about it. I have floors with a variety of materials and it works well. I highly recommend this and can safely say I am a true iRobot fan girl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum is easy to set up and connect to WiFi. It took about 3 hours to map out my house on the initial set up and after that it works like a charm. I love that it can either do a schedule or you can pick a room that needs a clean up. I had a previous roomba and I would always find it stuck in a hard to get to place. This vacuum easily navigates around and I have yet to have any issues with it getting stuck. It easily navigates over room dividers, but stops when it sees there is a step to navigate. It does a great job vacuuming and mopping the floor. I have to ensure my kids don't leave any tiny accessories on the floor or they get cleaned up in the process. The vacuum is a little louder then I would like, however that doesn't stop me from using it. I originally envisioned using this overnight to clean while we slept, however when it unloads it blows a lot of air which wakes the kids up.

Life made simple!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are previous Shark vacuum owners, but we had the opportunity to try the iRobot Roomba Combo j7+. Let me start by saying this Roomba Combo vacuum is extremely smart, thorough & perceptive. We found it really easy to set up and I am absolutely thrilled about the camera function, it's fascinating watching it do its magic. We used our phone to set it up & it took only a few minutes. I absolutely love the App, it sends me notifications on my phone when the cleaning starts, if it runs into a problem and when the cleaning is done and a bunch of other cool things. The first section of our house is tile and the Roomba did a fantastic job with the food crumbs, dust bunnies and the abundance of MooseyMoo hair (dog hair). The second area of our house is all carpet. I was extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning too it has excellent suction power there are no dog hair clumps, leaves that blew in or dirt left behind and the cleaning pattern is also brilliant. Let's move onto the volume of the Roomba while it's doing it's magic. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner would, it's just a whole lot quieter. My husband said it's about as loud as a microwave oven. I dunno if it's that quiet, but it's certainly tolerable. We can carry on a conversation in the room while it's cleaning, although if you're like me you may have to turn up the TV a tad to hear it better (getting old stinks) I would compare it to someone using a blow dryer in the next room. You can hear it, but can still function completely normally. The Roomba Combo j7+ is extremely efficient and works amazingly well.

Wow this is great!

I love the app and felt it was super easy to use. I set up a map and could program the roomba while I was gone. It was easy to use and empty the bag and filters. I felt it did a great job with pet hair and really loved the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] iRobot Roomba Combo™ j7+ Robot Vacuum and Mop is a game changer!! Very quiet. I run the Roomba on vacuum mode in the evening after I put the kids to bed and read while it vaccums. When it's done, I swap it to mop mode and then I go to bed and my floors are immaculate in the morning. I have a fairly large main level, all hardwoods. It's about 2,000-3,000 sqft and this little guy gets every corner. I absolutely love the mopping aspect of this robot! It cleans my floors perfectly and I love that it goes back to home base to wash the mop heads periodically. Vacuum feature works well and I have no issues with it. The mapping system works amazing, it gets between all of the chairs and barstools very well. The mop is actually a scrubbing action and not just a cloth getting dragged across the floor like other robots. Can clear large area without having to change pads.I am running it every other day since we have two fur babies and one sheds ALOT! This is a very nice feeling to walk around our home with our bare feet without collecting "crumbs" on the bottom of our foot . I like this one better than i3 that I have as well.The i3 doesn't have the custom maps so it just cleans everywhere when it is scheduled.And it doesn't have the obstacles review option that the j7 does.I would 100% recommend it. It is worth every cent.

Will never own another besides this!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have had a couple robot vacuums before and they would only last maybe a month or two before I gave up on them. They would either get stuck behind a door, under a bed or just wouldn't pick anything up. I thought I had given up on them until I got this one. It is really like there is someone going around my house vacuuming. This thing is so smart it is actually pretty amazing. First, it is very easy to set up. Even someone that is not experienced in technology could do it. Love that I was able to set a schedule for vacuuming and mopping. I have 3 huskies so needless to say it is scheduled daily while I am at work. When I come home my floors are spotless. I absolutely love that when it is finished it goes back and home and empties itself. It truly gives me more time for other chores. Definitely recommend this item. So smart and SO needed for any household!

Outstanding Robotic Vacuum and Mop in one!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with a robotic vacuum and WOW is all I can say. iRobot has knocked it out of the park with this robot. Starting with the premium yet environmentally friendly packaging I knew that this company has consumers in mind. It was extremely simple to unbox and every piece was easy to find and simple to take out. The set up of the robot was very straightforward and I was able to get the base set up and plugged in and the robot hooked up while following along with the iRobot app. The app is great! I like the color scheme and how easy it is to use. I paired up the robot right away and got it on my wifi. After that I followed the simple on screen guide to get everything going. Once everything was set up I did my first cleaning. SO COOL I am shocked that this robot knows where hardwood and tile floors are vs. rugs and carpeting. The action of the arm coming down and under the robot while it's going while mopping the floor is just astonishing. It really is like a "Next Level" type of device seeing how smart it is. Once a first cleaning was done I was able to mark rooms in my home and set up schedules as well as connect the robot to 3rd party services. Now I can have it clean on a set schedule, use voice assistants to have it clean certain rooms. etc. Lastly, the base station is VERY powerful and all the debris out of the bin is suctioned out so minimal interaction is needed from me. Only thing that I need to do is refill the tank of water when it gets low. There are so many neat little settings and tweaks that I can do I have honestly not tried them all out yet, but it's so great that they are there. For a day to day robot that vacuums AND mops with little interaction needed from me I am just blown away on how well it works. I HIGHLY recommend this robot vacuum. It's like I'm living in the future!

Love My Roomba Combo J7+ !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying out the Roomba now for about weeks and it's been great . It was super easy to set up right out of the box . Once you connect it to the App you download for free it's ready to go . Clear your area and under the couch or small tables so it can map out the area as best it can . It's a little while to do but once it's done it's ready to vacuum and or mop . Be sure to check underneath fir hairs around the wheels . It's just like any other vacuum especially if you have dogs or cats . You can schedule it to vacuum / mop on the App for whenever you want . I usually do 2x a week but that's more because I have 2 dogs . You can also start it anytime you want and also from anywhere you want . Like if you're out and you want it to clean before you get home or if you got company coming over you can use the app to get it to start cleaning . I used it from Colorado while I live in NY . For scheduling I set it up for after we wake up . It's not that loud but it's still a vacuum and if a small vacuum might wake you then in the morning or while you're out might be best . So overall our Rosie the Robot .. oh yeah you get to name your Roomba in the app as well . Is a great product . I would highly recommend it . I wish I had a negative thing to say but I don't .

J7+ aka Robby Roomba too
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, you think you want a robot vacuum cleaner? Well let me tell you about this one. The hardest part will be coming up with a name. We had a Roomba already before this guy and his name was Robby. He did a pretty good job of keeping the dust from piling up under the couch but he wasn't the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree when going to dock. Fast forward to today. Robby Too apparently received all the nutrients in the womb because he knows what's going on. This guy not only vacuums but he mops behind him. He knows to avoid items on the floor where his older sibling would just run them over and then get all tangled up. Just be prepared for the nose the first time he docks because it sounds like he's going to take off. In reality, the dock is sucking all the dust and debris out of the dust cup and into a bag inside the dock. This thing is pretty amazing. It has an app the you're able to control him and even locate where he may be in case he gets lost. Robby Too has a new forever home.

Between the slick design, the fully retractable mop pad, advanced navigation/performance and the self emptying bin, the Roomba Combo j7+ is definitely a must have in your home. The 2-in-1 vacuuming/mopping technology created with this product is definitely a long awaited upgrade to the premium autonomous experience iRobot is known for!

Simply the best!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a couple robot vacuums in the past but this one blows all of them out of the water. Very easy to set up out of the box and the app does a great job of making set up easy. The way the dual vacuum /mop combo works is simply amazing. It learns where the carpets are quickly and will pull the mop up so no carpet gets wet. The bot is so smart it easily maneuvers around furniture and virtual no spot is missed. When it is time to go back to its home base it finds it easily and empties all the waste it collected into the bin. So much less work for me to take care of versus other bots and will help greatly reduce the manual cleaning I will have to do. If anyone one is looking for a combo vac/mop this is the only one I will recommend .

Finally combo robot!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously we used a vacuum robot and a mopping robot, but with this unit, we can use only one device. We oned multiple irobot devices, and this is definitely our favorite. The only disadvantage is that it is loud when it starts emptying itself. Is it noisy when You start vacuuming? No, not really. Dyson sounds the same. Perfect scheduling and ability to use GPS fence. So it will start working only if you leave your house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iRobot vacuum/mop is really a useful cleaning tool to have in your home. The initial setup was very easy right out of the box. After downloading the app, my vacuum got to work mapping my house. It took quite some time, but it eventually got a full map. I sent it off to do it's first sweep, and it did a very good job. There were some crumbs left behind, but it really got a lot. When it goes back to the charging station, it empties itself. I think that is wonderful, but it is VERY loud. It would definitely wake up my kids at night, so I am not able to run this at night. I typically run it during the day when nobody is home.

Advanced floor cleaner.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a new robotic floor cleaner than look no further than this I robot Roomba J7+ w/ mop feature. The set up of this floor cleaner rumba was very easy. You have to make sure that you put it in a centralized location where you get good Wi-Fi reception. I found it more efficient and easier to start a mapping run of my entire house first before I started cleaning. This allows the robot to roam around your house and map it out without using the cleaning motors so that you save battery and it gets done faster. I found that the iRobot for all it does great that the mapping is a little lacking compared to LiDAR mapping robots. It does create a good map and it lets the robot report back picture obstacles for you to make a determination on which is nice. Compared to the laser guided systems I found the rumba to be a little more clumsy and bump into objects more often than other robots. The best benefit I found with this model is that it does not get stuck near as easy as other robotic vacuums. I've ran this vacuum several times already in where my other vacuums have gotten stuck and I had to tend to them I did not have to one time with this one. I love how you can set the zones on your map for the robot to go clean just that specific spot or set no cleaning zones to stay out of certain spots. The vacuum storage clean out system is very nice so you don't have to constantly clean out the robot after each use but it is extremely loud Which scares our cat every time it empties. The mopping feature of this unit is hit or miss as it does mob fairly well if you choose to use two passes but if you only mop one pass it's a bit streaky. My overall opinion of this our robot is that if you want a reliable robot that will not get stuck and is map customizable for areas in your house then get this robot. If you want a more delicate robot that tiptoes around your house then maybe not as the iRobot occasionally bumps around your house to clean and the vacuum storage base is quite loud when emptying. I would recommend this vacuum though to anyone wanting to purchase one as it does quite a lot of things very well.

Great vacuum! Mopping feature needs work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the very first Roomba ever made and it was great and fun to watch! I will say after many years, Roomba has come a long way with the j7+. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, plus kids, so this was a must for my household. I used it for a solid week and it helped out with the food crumbs and pet hair collections on my floors significantly! I like how it goes from floor to carpet seamlessly. One thing I noticed is that it does scatter cat litter around a bit, but it eventually all gets picked up. It also does great on my cats crumbs that they leave here and there. This robot has great suction. I also like that it cleans in an organized pattern, instead of all over the place like it used to be. My favorite feature is the self emptying feature, as well as the avoidance feature. My cats leave hairballs (wet yucky messes that look like poo) and it avoids them well. After they dry and I can just pick them up, then the mop feature works for the stain left behind. So...the mop could use some work. It pretty much a swifter pad and has no scrub feature or steam feature. It's a good idea in theory, but not for really messy floors. I noticed if the mop hit a stain, like red kool aid, the kool aid just sorta gets smeared around on everything else. It would be nice if the pad could get a quick swish of a cleaner like oxy clean, whilst it's in its holder on top of the robot. Maybe this would help a bit? However, if your floor needs a sweep only, the mop feature is a great, fresh ending. Otherwise, this is a great product. Please modify the mop for more set in and dried stains! I appreciate iRobot and Roomba for allowing me this opportunity to sample this product!

iRobot Roomba review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first robot vacuum that I have owned, so I wasn't sure what to expect. As far as cleaning this device is fantastic with several animals and kids within the house. It has alleviated everyday cleanups as it runs through the night. A few things that I dislike about the vacuum is the bag is not reusable. I like to be as "green" as possible, so having vacuum bags that need to be thrown away is a downside. Additionally, it seems to take a long time to map the house, as the vacuum has ran several times, and still has not completed a full mapping. Despite this, I would highly recommend this vacuum to help free up time spent cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Irobot vacuum and I am very happy with the performance of this product. Firstly as this is my first time using a robot vacuum so I do take much longer time (almost 6 hours) to set up the map, but it is still really helpful after all setup is done. With robot vacuum is really life-saving for me, I simply set up the schedule to vacuum. And J7 has an empty vacuum feature after the vacuum returns home and it will empty automatically. J7 also easily exchanges the filter and from your phone, you also can check the filter status. As J7 has a scanner on the front of the vacuum so it seems to identify objects easily, we have carpets and vinyl floor, but j7 runs through without issue. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and I would highly recommend it to everyone who loves to keep their home clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mapping the house took a little bit but once that was done I can setup cleaning times while I'm out of the house or while I get ready for bed, definitely time saving this way! You can either vacuum alone or mop and vacuum at the same time. You can also clean everywhere or designated areas where you need it. The only downside, it's a bit loud so you can't really run overnight.

Integrated/smart mopping pad makes cleaning autonomous
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iRobot Roomba Combo j7+ Robot Vacuum and Mop is an interesting take on the 2-in-1 robot vacuum and mop. Whereas my previous experience with these types of devices required you to attach a mopping pad each time you want to wet-clean floors, the j7+ actually keeps the mopping pad installed/onboard all the time and lowers/retracts itself based upon water level in tank and sensors determining whether the robot is on carpet vs hard floors. As far as cleaning, it has a 4-Stage Cleaning system which combines an edge-sweeping brush, two multi-surface rubber brushes and powerful suction action which does a good job at cleaning carpeted areas. While the app allows you to create rooms, virtual barriers and even integrates with Alexa to direct to specific rooms (or areas) to clean, it does leave a little bit to be desired in terms of showing where the robot has cleaned (and where it is located). The summary map shows a vague green area, but I have used other models which give very detailed mapping status (and shows real-time where the robot is cleaning) which I prefer. Overall the iRobot Roomba Combo j7+ does a good job of cleaning and the smart mechanism for lowering/retracting the cleaning pad makes the regular use even easier. I would recommend!

Great - you just need the next step - then I¨ll buy...
I got the braave and S9+ combo and enjoy it very much. This integrated solution sounds like a great product. But I won't buy it, until this: If you also integrate a solution for automatically refilling the soapwater container in the unit with soapwater from the cleanbase, then life will truly be easier.

Nice but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try the new Roomba Combo j7+ and thankful for the opportunity. I felt there were pros and cons. The room a did a grade job mapping my floors. The vacuum also did an excellent job. However, I wish the charge lasted longer. There were several times the roomba (we named DUSTin) didn't make it back to the charging station. He did avoid items on the floor but not all the time. We always try to have everything picked up anyway so not usually a big deal. I felt the mopping feature was okay. I really thing this is more for an overall every couple days thing. If your floors need a really good cleaning then you'll probably need to do the work yourself. The tank is very small and doesn't last long. I do love the fact that I don't have to empty the roomba! Probably one of my favorite features. I do love waking up to crumb free floors so he can stay. I would just tweak those few things.
