Removable mic boom and easy to pack for travel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gamer head phones that can be used for games or for just listening to music and watching videos. The boom mic is removable so I makes it easier to travel with and if I just want to watch a movie with the headphone the mic is not annoyingly hang of the head set. The headset connects easily to my computer via bluetooth with ease. They are very comfortable!

Great value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually really liked this headset. The setup was fast and easy and its actually pretty comfortable to use. The padding is soft enough that its easy to wear for a while and the microphone is good enough that people can hear you clearly. The ability to use it wirelessly is also really nice and the latency seems to be pretty low as well.

Comfortable, long lasting charge and great sound!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the JBL Quantum 360p Headphones! They work great with my PlayStation. I can hear everything and it sounds like you are "in the game". You can mute if you need to, but the mic allows others to hear you. It also is great for taking calls. The sound is crystal clear. The charge lasts nearly a full day at 22 hours. If you run out, just a 5 minute charge gets you an hour. That is amazing! You won't find a more comfortable set of headphones.

This is quite possibly the best headset I've ever had. Fits great, mic works beautifully and most of all, it is easy to charge and connect to my gaming and my laptop.

Amazing sound!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First things first the sound quality is amazing. The clarity of both the mic and the receiver is top notch, and these are so user friendly as well. Playing with friends my voice comes through loud and clear…as a mater of fact I was told I sound the best in our group that plays. The dials to adjust the volume and mic volume are good they are comfortable and when you connect the usb. A nice surprise was the charging. They were able to charge so fats and efficient! I would highly recommend this product if you are a true gamer, you will not be disappointed!

Comfortable fit and easy-to-use

It’s game time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headset feels so comfortable. Had them on for hours and it still felt comfortable. The sound quality was amazing. It's a wireless headset and it was so nice to be able to play without thinking about the wire. But, when the headset runs low it can be plugged iin to charge while I'm still playing. I could hear where the enemy players were with the 3D surround sound and my teammates could hear me crystal clear. And when I wasn't gaming, I would use the Bluetooth to listen to music on my phone. It's my new favorite headset.

Sounds Like Heaven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a gamer, but I do love a good headphone. What I love about these headphones is 1) The inside of the ear cups are marked (L)eft and (R)ight, so no confusion. 2) Large padded ear cups means no listening fatigue. 3) Being able to adjust how you want to listen. Meaning, more game and less talk or more talk and less game. But once you add the dongle, the listening experience explodes. You like more bass, you got it. You like it to sound flat, you got it. All done by making adjustments in the Quantum Engine. And to top it off once I got it dialed in the way I like, the sound made it seem like a live experience.

Non gamer user, but love them for my purposes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a gamer, but use these for music, and video chats with family. These headphones are very nice. Came with charging USB C cord and wireless dongle. Microphone plugs in, so easily removed if not needed. Charged very quickly. Setup was easy and took only about 10 minutes with updates. Very comfortable on head, even when wearing eyeglasses. JBL Quantum Engine software has setup and familiarization tutorial. I like the equalizer function with presets. Battery life is up to 22 hours, haven't had to recharge yet, since I'm using with my PC, I just keep USB C cord plugged in while at desktop. The little microphone dust cover was a tad difficult to put on. Even comes with a dust cover bag to store in. I like the tutorial program over trying to read the Quick Start Guide. Hard to read with old eyes LOL. Sound quality is great, I always like JBL products, have replaced every car speaker with JBLs. I received for free, but worth the cost.

Amazing JBL quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first impression the head set looks awesome and you can see the quality of the design right away. Everything is in good functional placement and the overall look is very nice. Product was packaged great as well. Sound quality is so clean and clear and voice output is also very clear to those listeners on receiving end. Comfort is another plus! The overall feeling of these is top notch very comfortable even with a few hours of use. Overall impression of the Quantum 360 is they are a high end gaming headset that has quality audio, clear speech transmission and is comfortable as well as looks really nice and built well.

Wow, just wow!

The sound quality is excellent, the bass that this headset packs is just what I look for in a headset. I play a lot of games where the sound is crucial! So Much Fun For Gaming!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones deliver in a number of practical, easy ways whether being used for gaming or not.
The ease of connection in headphones these days is critical, and within less than a minute, these were connected to both a phone and Nintendo Switch. Pairing was simple and the ability to switch back and forth relatively effortlessly made the user experience so smooth.
Using the headset for gaming, the sound came in amazingly clear and captured both game dialogue as well as sound effects and score without featuring one over the other. Voices were clear, sound effects were crisp and the background music was rich and deep.
Switching over to music, the experience was much the same. Piano notes came in clear and loud, treble was smooth and loud and the bass had a classic "thump" characteristic which is often more of a "buzz" in lower-end headphones.
Finally, the switch to USB-C is the last feature that seems to be the most simple and obvious, but absolutely necessary. Regardless of device, it seems to be more and more common to utilize one charging cable, and being able to switch from phone to gaming and now headphones with a single cord while traveling is such a relief.
All in all, these are terrific for anyone looking at a mid-range headset, packed with a ton of features and quality that are normally found in more expensive products and designs.

Love my headset!

The reason for the 4 stars is simply because it requires a toggle in order to play with my gaming system other than that this product would’ve gotten a 5 star review.

Great for what its made for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that on PlayStation as intended they are a decent set of gaming headphones. On PC however they do not seem to work as well. Some games would clash with the app it gives you and others it was fine. All in all a 7/10

Earpieces are less comfortable than previous models and the plastic feels cheaper. Overall it’s a great product and makes gaming more enjoyable.

Crisp and comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset is super comfortable and fit like a glove! I appreciated that it came fully charged out of the box. The USB dongle connects instantly and works without issue so far. The mute button is not my favorite. There is no visual indicator that mute button is engaged and the distance between the pressed and unpressed button is not a lot.
Sound is crisp, clear and I appreciated the master volume dial. Additionally, I loved the Bluetooth connectivity option. I was able to disconnect the microphone and use the headset like normal BT headset. I noticed a lack of low-end sound, but I would expect that from a headset tuned for gaming. Overall these are crisp sounding and easy to use.

The Battery will get you through the heaviest game play or work days.
If you are looking to use these primarily for music you will find that they are missing the deep powerful tones that good audio headphones provide.
They are excellent at immersing you in 3D sound that brings you to the playing field allowing you to hear your opponent’s footsteps around you.

JBL Quantum 360P:Solid JBL Sound, Moderate Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Quantum 360P is a new, wireless, gaming headset capable of producing JBL Quantum Surround sound. I found this head set to be a pleasant surprise in sound quality, however the feel and material quality felt a little sub-par.
Sound : The Quantum 360P's offered a lot to hear when you needed sound. From deep base to high tones, you never missed a beat! I spent hours listening to various genres of music; rock, jazz, hip-hop, and rap. They all felt fairly immersive. When in game play you heard loud explosions as well as the game chat at the same time clearly. This is what I expect from a JBL product!
Design : Right out of the box, I felt like the make was a tad cheap. The materials were made out of light plastic that felt it could break easily. However, when dropped or hit on the corner of a wall it held together and never marked up. I like how the headband extension extends and stays easily. for the design, the colors of white and sport blue work very well together. The over-the-ear speakers fold to lay flat for travel or storage. I feel that is a luxury feature. Also, the detachable boom mic is a nice feature for those that would like to use this headset as wireless headphones to jam music!
Personally, this headset for me is being used more for music than gameplay, however I feel JBL intended it to be that way if you wanted it to be. To have the ability to listen to music and then switch to game play seamlessly is awesome! Why have one when you can have both!
Bottom Line : If you are looking for a quality head set for gaming or music, this could be a great choice for you! Solid JBL sound, moderate material build, and multitasking at your fingertips.

Basic Gaming Headset
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't care for having to select a headset based on a specific gaming console as we own quite a few and switch very frequently between games. The headset strap that sits on top of your head isn't the most comfortable along with the earmuffs. I have other JBL gaming headsets that light up, are noise canceling, etc. and these just don't compare. I do like how there is a detachable mic and is wireless, Bluetooth capable to cut down on cords while gaming.
