Great product!
Not sure why the 1 stars are saying the sound quality isn't good. Maybe they need to adjust their settings. The sound quality is amazing! I can hear everything perfectly, fine and then some! Awesome headset, and I'm so glad I went with JBL brand. They never let me down! Happy with the price, because you know you're buying quality.

This Headset Requires your consideration!!
Purchased these a couple weeks ago. Love them so far. Very easy to connect to the xbox. Sound quality is excellent. The spatial sound mode is incredible for FPS. Directional sound is dramatically improved over anything else i've used. I actually purchased the steel Nova 7x headset at the same time and decided i'd keep the one i liked best and return the other. Needless to say it was no contest. The build quality of the 910x was far beyond what the steel series had to offer. These aren't the loudest headphones I've tried but the noise canceling makes it so they don't have to be. I've extremely happy with my self -gifted Christmas Present!!!

Lightweight but packs a punch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a headset that was diverse in gaming but that could also be used for video calling. The JBL Quantum 910X really delivered on expectations and then some! It feels high quality and durable in my hands. Not a fan of the plastic but it’s something I can get past because green is my favorite color and the accent is just French kiss.
The gaming experience:
While wearing the headset, I immediately noticed how comfortable and surprisingly lightweight they felt on my head and around my ears. At times I would game for 1-2 hours around 3-4 times a week and not once did they feel uncomfortable or did I feel any fatigue for wearing them which is really welcoming considering how headphones can feel overtime. When I used the Quantum 910X to for RPG, FPS or sports games, the sound effects sounded crystal clear making it an even more enjoyable gaming experience. I truly felt “in the zone”. It really makes a difference having gaming headphones. I did not test the microphone while gaming a lot because I’m more of a solo act, but when I did test them for the sole purpose of gaming, my partner said I sounded good through the microphone.
The other uses experience:
The Quantum 910X also helped boost my efficiency and productivity as I used them for online work meetings and video calling and whoever was on the call could hear me quite clearly. If you are looking for a headset that can perform multiple tasks, I’d highly recommend these. Feels like a call centre when I’m not gaming haha. Apart from video calls, playing music through them is also good, maybe less so than dedicated headphones for that department in my opinion but still gets a little bassy (for me) and has some good passive noise cancellation from the earcups themselves.
Overall: I love them! I’ll probably use them a lot more because it got the microphone so it’s more multifunctional than normal headsets.

This Headset is Amazing

The controls on the headset were confusing for the first time but after a couple days the setup is actually efficient. It goes without saying, sound quality is top notch. I used this headset when I played Horizon Forbidden West on PS5 and I could hear everything. I love how the headset lights up too, the flashing green on the sides looks sick!

Grandson loves them
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not a gamer myself, but I got these for my 12 yr old grandson and he loves these headphones. I watch him play on them for hours, talking to friends and having a blast. I’ve tried them on and let me tell you, they are comfortable. The sound is amazing. When talking to partners while playing, the sound is great. We really like the flip to mute the microphone. I don’t know enough about the rest of the features to give an honest review, but I do know they’re comfortable, clear and easy to use.

These JBL QUANTUM 910X headphones are extremely comfortable and sound great , sound and comfort are my two personal most important qualities and these are extremely comfortable and sound great ! Very easy to connect. I connected these to multiple devices for gaming and listening to music without a single problem. The head tracking, virtual surround sound , immersive sound and microphone all worked well and sounded great. All the components , headphones, USB charging cable, USB dongle and converter are well made. All the buttons on the headphones seemed well planned out and I really enjoyed having a separate volume button on the headphones themselves. The only complaint I had was the quick start guide was a little hard to see. JBL has hit a home run with these headphones. Extremely comfortable and sound is awesome !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the JBL Quantum 910X headset and, wow, what sound! I found that it not only had the great low-end sound when needed but the immersive clarity of the audio was amazing. It’s so sharp that you can have surround sound in a headset. Clean, crisp, and punch when I needed it. The JBL sound! So connecting the headset via Bluetooth was quick and painless. It seemed to snap connect right into place. Connected to the left ear cup was the removeable boom mic, that when lifted, goes into mute mode. When lowered the mic is immediately back on and ready for smack talk with your gaming friends. The box contains USB C and A adaptors, charging cable, a windsock/windscreen for the mic for all the jumping around and moving your head. An audio cable if you’re for whatever reason you lose Bluetooth connectivity. As well as several tutorials and registration guides to help you through setup. I, for one, am very impressed with the sound, feel, and look of this game headset. And by the way the aesthetics of the green illumination on the ear cups looks very cool.

Great headphones

The bass is solid and the noise cancellation works very well. All these features, and the headphones are still lightweight. Battery life is unrivaled since I have been using off and on for a week without charging. The RGB lights are a welcome feature! It can easily be switched off too. The options for connectivity are quite versatile.
Enjoyed the padding on the top band, and made it very comfortable. - The 3.5mm cord was long enough and it seems pretty sturdy - Loved the 3D sound, makes playing incredibly immersive.
Have not used it for gaming yet, but used it extensively with Zoom meetings and watching movies or matches. Excellent quality. Once you get used to them you easily switch between chatting and gaming feature. Love that when the mic flips up there is auto mute. Overall, this is my second pair of JBL gaming headphones and I have no complaints.

A great gaming experience

Well packaged and include everything you need, including a nice bag to keep your headphones and accessories in, see pictures.
The headphones themselves are well padded and very comfortable. The flip up to mute microphone is a nice and convenient option and the battery charge lasts plenty long.
The sound quality is exceptional and the spatial tracking works very well, giving an entirely different perspective to game play if you’ve never used it before.
I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking and hope they last me for years!

Amazing sound for a variety of devices.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you love gaming and music these headphones are amazing. I was so happy getting this green box of surprises. These head phones was packaged nicely with their own gray draw string velvet like bag. A cardboard head phone separator and appropriate cords and connectors. As well as a detailed booklet. Also a one month of Xbox game pass was included.
The headphones are comfortable, adjustable with just the right amount of padding that don’t weigh them down, yet you don’t hear anything but the games and music crystal clear. These have a flip up to mute microphone that has clear sound when I do chat. Loved the lighting as well on the sides. To adjust the sound and controls were separated enough that you could control and adjust with out hitting other adjustment controls.
These paired wirelessly with my cellphone and X box quickly. With my lap top I did use the C to USB cord. I can’t wait to try these with my other gaming systems.

Killer looks and Sound!

I love how quick they connected to my Xbox Series X and after that I was gaming in my living room for hours. Got in on a party chat with my friends and they heard me loud and clear. No static and they had plenty of volume for any game. Played some Halo Infinite and some Forza Horizon. The sound had some good punchy bass and had a great surround sound feeling. Even tried some Apple Music songs and the 50mm drivers really hit some good highs and mids just right. No complaints in the sound area. Back to party chat. I loved the feature of flicking up the mic to mute. Turns red when muted. Super convenient when you need a bathroom break. Lol Also cool that you can independently switch the sound of the game chat/game sound on the headset. Pretty nifty. The material for the cushion is really good quality and never bothered me when I was gaming. Super comfy. Came with all the accessories you would need for Pc, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Mac, and mobile. Cool little feature also is that you can charge them and game at the same time. If I had to give it a negative.. The little dongle is small and can get lost if you misplace it. But overall a solid pair of killer headphones. Now back to gaming!

These are probably the best headphones I ever had!

It has almost all the features that I could ever ask for. Not even to mention that there's so many settings and options that can be adjusted & customized.
For the first few hours when I started using these headphones, I felt a bit overwhelmed by all the buttons on the sides, but now I’m totally used to it and I love every minute using it.
Here’s a few things that I really like.
There’s a really long battery life. I can go for more than a week before needing to recharge.
Also I really like the cool green lighting on outside (fyi, it can be turned off)
How could I not mention the audio quality?! Whether I’m gaming, or just listening to music, these are probably the best sounding pair of headphones I ever used. The noise canceling works great, and it can also be turned off if you want.

Awesome headphones.

Audio sounded great. They are very comfortable the padding is nice. I don't get any discomfort like I do with other over the ear headphones. I wear glasses so I sometimes have issue with comfort, but not these.The bag that came with the headphones is nice too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to not use gaming headsets but man does it make a difference in sound quality and sound awareness. If you play online games it makes a huge difference, for example on Fortnite, when you can tell exactly where a sound is coming from your opponents or whatever, compared to your tv audio. It's a real advantage to have it. Great bass sound, super comfortable. Stylish as heck too, especially for an Xbox system like this was designed to mimic. Cool green colors that glow and move around the ear pieces themselves. Great design and sound all the way around. They do also work for Playstation and computer and such, so they'd also make a great work pair if you wanted. Comes with all the accessories you'd need and more. Even has an adapter for going from the USB to a USB-C if you need to do that on newer devices, which is a nice extra feature.

Comfortable, Powerful, and chock full of features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was well thought out and assembled with quality material. It's a great feeling to get ahold of a quality new product. Details were paid attention to and removing all the cords, adapters, and the headphones themselves, along with their storage pouch was satisfying. Cables are made of a premium feeling material and feel like they will hold up to normal wear and tear. USB and wireless dongles feel tight, with no creaks. The headset itself has wonderfully comfortable earpads and headband material. After hours of use, this headset is nonfatiguing. It sits comfortably on my head and around my ears, causing minimal discomfort. No complaints with extended use. The sound produced is robust and satisfying. It may not be loud enough for those with types of hearing damage, however, but I found it to be adequate. The mic picks up my voice very well and produces a natural sound for others to hear. It flips up and has a satisfying click to indicate mute and a red-led visual queue. It feels well-built and again feels like it will stand up to normal wear. Buttons, volume wheels and the on/off slider switch all feel solid and are nice to use. Detail to such things makes any product feel better. Aural positioning in game is wonderful. with ANC turned on, these things put you in a quiet environment that helps immerse yourself into whatever you are playing. Head tracking works as expected and is nice. Talk-through works reasonably well and allows you to carry on a conversation if needed without stopping what you are doing. Connecting to the supplied USB wireless dongle was easy and quick. The connection was solid and I experienced no dropouts or lag in the audio. This rig comes with multi-zone lights and will put on a light show if desired It's all customizable within the JBL QuantamEngine app. The app provides access to all the settings and customizations you could want, and then some. Descriptions of functions are present and it's easily understood. It's a well-thought-out app and integrates beautifully with the headset. When turned on, the spatial sound makes quite a difference in audio reproduction and is a joy to experience. game and master volume dials on the headset let you get the audio set to your liking. This is a very competent entry into the gaming headset space. Very much recommend it to anyone looking for premium material, immersive sounding, and all the options you could want. The box has a quote on its front, Sound is survival. Agreed. Put this on your head and enjoy hours of noise canceled, 7.1 surround, environment rendering audio bliss.
