Great sound and really comfortable!
I bought these headphones before Christmas and have been using them while gaming and listening to music on my PC. The sound is amazing and they are really comfortable even after using them for hours in a row. The noise canceling feature works great.

Well worth the money
Been using them for about a month now and I love them. The immersion they bring is incredible in game, music sounds amazing. They're surprisingly light so easy to wear for extended periods, fully covers ears so not smashing your ears into your head. Noise canceling is very good. Look sharp with or without the RGB lights on. 10/10 would recommend

Hands down BEST PC Headset I've used.
If you are an avid PC gamer or you really enjoy heavy depth in audio quality with a tasty slam of bass, this is for you.
The JNL Quantum ONE headset is really the best PC Gaming Headset I have ever used or owned, and I'm so glad I purchased it. It's rich detailed audio and build quality and accessibility really does make it a strong choice for the hardware and price.
Beautiful RGB lighting, Comfortable pads and headband, Driver and Software application perfection and simplicity. It's amazing. Though I will not say it is perfect in every way, it for sure is faltered in a few ways, it's worth the buy. As a musician and an audio enthusiast i am really impressed and always get asked about my headphones by friends.
The microphone is also pretty awesome and clear and there's never a problem there.(PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give us the ability to use a different USB cable for audio!!)
I would love to use the Enhanced Quantum Audio on my Electric Drums through a
USB-C to USB-B cable to listen to my drums and play. These Headphones do not shine bright much with only an auxiliary cable because of the lack of enhanced audio. I would love so much is JBL could please make this possible! i would really appreciate it so much.

Gamers this is the only headset you will ever need
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a ton of fun things about the JBL Quantum One that is to love.
I received my Quantum one headset and of course I had to try to test them out. Ok granted my first technology I had remotely close to me was my Samsung Note 9. After reading the instructions and checking out everything that came with the headset I tried to connect the headset to my Note 9 with the 3.5 connector. That did not go well and after contacting customer care for help. The headphones still will not connect with my Note 9. The JBL representative did try to help but ended up sending this matter to the level 2 associate. This did take a couple days for them to get back to me. Sadly the level 2 specialists told me to use the 3.5 connector as well and it again did not work.
However I do have a HP lap top that worked very well with the Quantum One headphones. I had fun making this pair of headphones personalized just for me. From changing the lighting colors, duration and sequences to fit my liking. The sound is of course programmable as well. I could choose from presets or customize my own sounds. I like more bass personally, but it was fun tweaking the sound to what I wanted my sound experience to be. I love having the ability of having surround sound or not, this was a big plus.
Next my Xbox One. I was playing Battlefield and the headset worked great. The screams and shots used with the surround sound was so realistic. Having the headset brought the experience to life. Talking to additional players also came through clear and minimal interference with the detachable microphone.
I do have a Samsung smart TV that I cannot use the headset with, because the TV does not have a way to connect the headset to the TV. A wireless headset would have been better but I probably could search for a connector but maybe at a later date.
The PS4 worked just as well as the XBOX One worked with the Quantum One headset. Clear crisp sounds and also life like.
Over all the head phones are comparatively light weight. The memory foam is soft and light on my ears. Yes I will say it my head size is a little larger than average and they fit comfortably. They did not hurt the top of my head like most headphones do. I do like that these are wired because yes this headset gives better reception than some of the wireless pairs I have tried. Which with some wireless pairs the sound can shut off or be muddled or lagging. I did not experience any sound problems. I also loved having a dial on the USB cord to adjust volume. The controls are nice to have on the left side of the headset. It makes switching from play to chat easy as well as sound adjustment.
This is the best gaming headset. JBL really looked in to what gamers was asking for and fulfilled the need. The price is also comparable to other sets on the market. But offer more of what gamers need. Way to go JBL. This headset is well worth the price if not more. This is the headset all gamers should get.

Amazing Sound, Comfort and FEATURES!!!!

Physical 'display' type box is attractive and informative as to the many features the product provides...
Upon unboxing I found a very high quality headset with MANY cords for different applications and uses but VERY clear and precise instructions of what all of the accessories represented as well as clear connection information. Very simple for tweens all the way up to adults to understand..
Upon connecting the unit and powering up there are many variables that can be adjusted including lighting and sound parameters. The headset has top band setup with heavily padded ear cups which are very comfortable and adjustable for many head sizes. Headset was very comfortable even with hours of wearing and gaming.
Once setup the best feature comes to life.. the absolute dynamic highs, lows, and bass of the noise canceling sound experience. I have yet to own a headset that provided such dynamic directional type audio that this headset promotes but it is nothing short of astounding. Game play is 10X sweeter with just the experience that the sound quality brings to the table.
The lighting of the LED's is also a rather cool and radical feature not found on many other headsets.. Certainly intensifies the gaming experience as well.
All in all VERY pleased as I am with every other JBL product I have had the pleasure of using and owning. The price may be higher than a lot of other headsets but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! No corners cut in design and making this a must have pinnacle gaming accessory!! Once you have tried this unit there are no others that come close in comparison.

The Ultimate Gaming Headphones!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Quantum Ones are a great choice of headphones.
The sound quality is amazing and it's great for gaming, there is also a volume wheel
to change the volume quickly. They are very comfortable as they have really
soft cushions around the head area and the ear area. There's even braided cables.
The mic is really good and removes a lot of background noise. You can also adjust it freely
and take it off if you want to. There's also a really cool software that comes with the headphones called
'JBL QuantumENGINE'. You can adjust the lighting of the headphones along with multiple features.
You can change the tempo between each color, and you can change the color on each specific
area. And there's a spatial sound option, where you can enable QuantumSPHERE360, DTS, or turn it off.
And you can also adjust mic level, mic volume, and sidetone in the software. There's also an equalizer
tab which is really cool. I personally like and suggest these headphones.

Our most used games include Rainbow Six Siege, Call of Duty Modern Warfare Warzone, Fortnight, Roblox and Rust.
OUT OF THE BOX: Many cords (to accommodate various setups), but also exceptionally clear setup instructions. Piece of cake for tweens and adults alike.
SOUND QUALITY: Excellent high and low balance, all with perfect clarity. Immediately noticeable and particularly awesome is the sonic spatial directional audio. This heightens the overall gaming experience and ability to compete.
COMFORT and AESTHETICS : VERY comfortable … top band and cups all well-padded. The unit is lightweight, yet sturdy and high-quality with great looking lighting features on both cups. The headset looks slick and wears great for hours at a time!
A hiccup for our Xbox OneS and Apple iMac house … The JBL QuantumENGINE drives important headset functionality, but only works on PC.
As clearly outlined within the ‘compare’ and ‘connectivity overview’ sections of the JBL website - this headset is packed with powerful features and is purposefully designed to interface with hardware and software used by high performance gamers.
For over 25 years, JBL has never let me down … this headset is no different. The Quantum series offers something for everyone, and I look forward to benefiting from all of the QuantumOne features when I upgrade our gaming system to PC.

Mostly fantastic!

The JBL Quantum app is easy to use and comes with an equalizer, which is nice. Calibration of headset is also pretty easy and worth it. Noise-canceling is great.
Cons: It would be ideal for this headset to be wireless, obviously. The microphone is decent/average. I wish that the headset was operable without the app- I don't always have access to a laptop/PC. If there was an Android version of the JBL Quantum app, problem would be solved. Although the sound quality is excellent, it could use more bass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been many days since we received the goods, and it took us a long time to evaluate carefully, so the following comments are definitely of reference value. First of all, the microphone can be plugged in directly, which is very convenient. Secondly, a variety of lamp effect is dazzling, adjustable content is very rich. The head beam design is also very good, do not press the head do not clip the ear, very comfortable, all kinds of big head are in place, long time use without discomfort. Then, the ability of sound insulation and noise reduction is in place, the default is to turn on and noise reduction, the moment you put on the headset, the surrounding becomes quiet, take off the headset, the computer fan buzzing into the ear again, the contrast is very obvious, praise. Finally, whether the head-tracking feature is available or not, I've basically turned it off for now because sometimes you have to reposition to use it, and it doesn't affect your listening. Next, under the virtual sound field supported by JBL's own design, the surround effect is really powerful, and the sound from all directions can be clearly distinguished. Meanwhile, the immersion feeling is very good, neither too much ear sticking will affect the sense of space, nor too much opening will affect the sound positioning. This sound field effect is really different from the optional effects on other headphones, and is completely designed to be unique. Of course, you can switch it to the traditional DTS effect, which gives you a more ear-tight feel, but at the same time it's much more tightly packed, making the tone sharper and more direct, depending on which one you like. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the low frequency sense and texture are very strong, deep dive, and full of flexibility, very pleasing to their ears. It was a satisfying shopping experience. It was awesome.

A MUST for gamers!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These over ear headphones are truly a must have for gamers! They are the JBL Quantum One and arrive with pro level audio for pure audible bliss. I have never owned a gaming headset that were as dialed in as these guys were and it definitely helped on the battlefield.
As soon as I plugged them into my usb, the software (JBL Quantum Engine) prompted to install. Once finished I was able to fully customize the sound/mic and lights but also calibrate using an included small foam tipped mic that plugs into the headset mic port and then goes in your ear. Once in your ear, you put the headphones back on and some test diagnostics are ran. This will repeat in the other ear as well. I appreciate this attention to detail along with the fine tuning the equalizer allows. You can also calibrate the Quantumsphere 360 which throws you into a 360 audible field with head tracking and active noise cancelling. DTS Headphone X: V2.0 helps to build this depth of audible field. Once this is done you will feel dropped in an immersive world and it will add SO MUCH to your games! There is also an echo canceling detachable mic along with a detachable mini dial that sits near. This dial is centered between game and voice chat. Turn the dial any amount toward either voice or game to increase the volume of one while decreasing volume of the other! The headset also has a volume dial and a mute button build on the side for immediate control.
Comfort feels top notch with these lightweight beauties. The ear pads are very soft and the head band seems to rest slightly more forward than I was expecting creating a secure resting on my head.
The sound quality as you would expect is top notch. Opponents footsteps can be heard along with the awesome bass explosive booms from the game. Remember these have active noise cancelling and it definitely helps to tie all the other features together.
Great job with these JBL!! Truly hit the mark!

Crystal clear sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've used these headphones for 2 days and have been using them with the PS4. First person games have become more immersive as you can hear your enemies footsteps right around the corner. Sound is great when you connect these to your PlayStation controller, but the real fun comes when you connect a PC or laptop and play games. The JBL Quantum one headphones have a software application that you can download to customize your sound and your lights. One thing to note though the lights on the headphones will only come on if you connect the USB and USBC to your headphones. If you're a PC gamer I definitely recommend these headphones if you're creating your next gaming setup.

Incredible gaming headset!!

The Quantum ONE is a BEAST
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Left nothing out of this beastly headset. I am incredibly impressed at the fidelity of sound production. As an audio engineer, my first instinct was to plug these into my phone where i've been producing beats lately. AMAZING results with super immersive sound and great noise cancelling.
I then flipped to gaming mode. PUBG, Fornite and some classic Worms for me. The dynamic directional audio was an absolute game changer listening to footsteps in PUBG. It definitely made for some extra intense and scary battles, but I felt a new competitive edge with these on. That audio mixing dial to turn down the loud voice chat during crucial moments is the most clutch.
Lastly the fun factor on these headphones is out of control. With the LED lights on it looks amazing on camera and is the perfect way to match my mood weather i'm feeling creative, chill or ready to battle online! Amazing!

I was a little curious at first about the 360 sound and how trippy it would be to hear bullets and sounds like if i was really in the game. But honestly I can’t get enough, I’m playing more than I have ever played before. The comfort of the cushions are so soft and fit so nicely over my ears. The button layout was super easy to remember and easy to change setting on the fly! The colors are customizable to your liking or choosing and sound quality. The sound with the bass and when you turn your head you can hear every little thing. I love this headset and I won’t ever go back to my old headset!

I have used this headset for gaming on pc for about a week now. I love it! I have been gaming for over 10 years now and this is the first headset that I have found that is most certainly worth the money I have spent for it. Highly recommended! The RBG lighting on the ears are very very customizable, I think I have spent at least an hour looking at everything I could do and I could probably do more. The noise cancellation on the headphones are INSANE! I’ve never had anything compared to this! I heard about this product from 100 Thieves and instantly wanted to order for myself because I know 100 Thieves is a wonderful organization. The only con I have for this is the length of the USB cord is longer than necessary.
