Impressive enhancement to a home theater system!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Stage 240H speakers are a cool set of speakers that offer a sophisticated ambiance to any listening experience. Their design & performance is unmatched. The speakers have the Dolby Atmos feature that can be used in conjunction to floor standing speakers creating a powerful surround sound! An ATMOS switch activates this feature creating an amplified sound beyond compare. The Stage 240H set has an adhering pad underneath which is slip proof allowing for a secure placement on top of the floor standing speakers.

This Atmos / Height speaker sounds so amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound coming from this Height speaker is amazing and I'm comparing it to my older system. I feel so much more like I'm in movie theater. Speakers at very simple to install and well packaged for shipping. I would love to see more information on speaker installation to help everyone with their installation.

Great Wall Mounted Speaker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A fantastic addition to your at home setup. This speaker is perfect to mount to a wall, or put in the corner of a room. It produces loud, very clear sound weather it's movies, music, or live sports. It is smaller in size so very easy to set up and/or move if you need to move it. I personally like removing the front mesh cover because I like the look of the speaker, but the mesh cover comes on and off very easily using magnets.
This speaker really helps me achieve that 360 degree sound I was going for when getting my at home JBL speaker setup!

Ever speaker counts in the Stage 2 Series
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This being a pair smaller speakers in the series was a great fit for my mantle. It didn't over power the look of it and the sound, being over the top of the room isn't over powering.
JBL really covers their bases with this system. Every speaker has a job and assist in the smoothness of the sound.
The entire stage 2 series is amazing. It works in med to xx-large spaces. I wouldn't buy it for an apartment under 1200sqft. Your neighbors wouldn't like you very much. The sound is powerful and smooth. I did need some assistance with the installation because I didn't want wires showing and im not comfortable going into walls. If you want the system to look as good as it sounds, you should have someone to help you. Be sure to read the instruction manuel or you will miss out on features like speaker placement which makes an overall difference in the sound. I definitely understand why its a stage series as the sound is stage worthy. I have been buying JBL for years and this system continnues to exemplify the success of the company by stepping up the quality of sound a regular person can have access to in their home. Just FYI, Snoop had his JBL speaker on the bus with the USA men's basketball team during the Olympics and it made me proud to be a JBL supporter myself!

Very impressed with these little guys
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL 240H provides a detailed and dynamic sound profile. With its 4.5-inch woofer and 1-inch tweeter, it gives it clear high frequencies, and well-defined mids. The speakers are great in producing an immersive soundstage with its Dolby Atmos capabilities, making them suitable for various types of music and movies.
What I really like about the JBL 240H is that it minimizes vibrations by providing an anti-slip silicone mat that can be placed either on top of a tower speaker or any bookshelf/wall. The sleek, modern design fits well in a variety of settings, from home theaters to professional studios. The speakers’ compact size makes them versatile, allowing them to fit in smaller spaces without compromising on audio quality.
My only downside with the JBL 240H is that the audio inputs are in a position where you’re very limited on where you can place them if you’re setting them on a bookshelf or any flat surface. This can be mitigated if you refer from using banana plugs though.

What the frick was that?!?! Oh - the movie.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried to have great sounding home theaters and soundbars to enjoy my movie and tv watching at home. And I've been happy with what I've accomplished. Just before my current system, I had a JBL soundbar that included Dolby ATMOS speakers on top of the bar, and it was something I had never heard before.
But now? WOW!! My current system is the JBL Stage 2 system that includes there JBL 240H speakers and I am blown away!! I did not know what I was missing!! First of all, these speakers can be used as surround speakers, or as ATMOS (height) speakers. AND, more importantly, there is a switch on the back to select how you are using these speakers. This allows your system to be the most efficient in producing what sounds the speaker is trying to relay to your ears.
I have these set for ATMOS and they are perched on top of my 280F floor standing front speakers. These were obviously made to be companions from the factory with the cable pass through of the 280F. It help with the cable management greatly and the sounds coming from above me now are kind of scary. If you are not sure of planes or helicopters in the movie, you will mistake them as flying over your house.
I am sold on true ATMOS speakers!!

Finishing touch to surround sound.

Not only do they look great, but they also complement the rest of the JBL speakers seamlessly. Whether you mount them on the wall in front of you or place them on top of your loudspeakers like I did, they create an impressive overhead sound that adds depth to your audio experience.
I really appreciate the sleek design, and I love that you can easily remove the cover if you prefer to see the speakers themselves. The magnetic cover makes it a breeze to snap back on, aligning perfectly every time. As always, JBL delivers high-quality sound—these speakers are no exception. They paired wonderfully with my MA710 receiver.
Another great feature is the switch on the back of the speakers, allowing you to toggle between Atmos and Surround sound modes. Setup was a breeze, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Envelope Yourself with Superb Audio

These are situated atop my tower loudspeakers for Dolby Atmos as they are compatible with Stage 260F. The espresso speakers complement my home with their modern and sleek look. They deliver exceptional sound quality, with crisp highs and deep, resonant lows that bring movies and music to life. The clarity and precision of the audio make every listening experience immersive and enjoyable. Small but powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these small speakers. Not only do they sound great, they look great. I love the options of either mounting it on the wall or setting on top of the freestanding speaker. The speakers are angled so that either setup allows the sound to get to the center of the room. Lastly, the magnetic cover is awesome. Fits perfect and maintains a perfect match to the other JBL speakers in the system.

I don’t live in a theatre..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t live in a theatre, but my neighbors think I do. With the convince of portability, the simplicity of Bluetooth and the amazing sound quality coming from today’s popular smaller speakers, I haven’t had want for much else. But, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a full system and I decided it was time. Time to go big. 7.1 big. I had no idea what I was in for. Sounds now come from not only front, behind and deep within, but also from above. I’ve had to hit pause to investigate if the noises were coming from inside or outside of my house. The JBL MA710 receiver paired with the 200 series speakers will drive nails out of your joists. Crystal clearly. Set up is very straight forward. The packaging is impeccable as always. Once connected you can dial in channels and frequencies, along with Dolby and Atmos options. The charcoal magnetic grille covers complement the handsome wood grain finish of all the speakers and sub. While the MA710 has a beautiful glass front I was a bit let down by the old school mono-color analog looking display. Nit picky, I know, but IT deserves better. Luckily you can time the display to go blank in seconds. I also appreciate the auto off on timed idle option. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the JBL app to work on my iPhone, so I cannot speak to its interface with the system. Bottom line, if you want truer than life home theater sound or incredible stage presence, this is where it’s at.

Essential Part of the Stage 2 System!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 240H speakers are designed to give height and extra dimension to the Stage 2 floor speakers. In this they shine! They like the other Stage 2 speakers, these are sturdy and well-built. They have a sleek design and touches like the magnetic cover make them feel like a luxury item despite the affordable price. On their own, these speakers do not have a ton to offer. They are primarily tweeter driven with a small woofer. As such, they are designed to add highs to a larger system - and they do a great job at this! When added to the Stage 2 floor speakers, you can easily see their importance in the system. They connect directly to the floor speakers and work best in Dolby Atmos mode. They help provide a stunning surround sound and add depth to every listening experience I've thrown at them. They are an essential part of the Stage 2 system!

Excellent sound for compact size.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are incredibly versatile. They can either be used as rear surround or as top/front ATMOS speakers as part of the 7.1 surround sound system. The way my living room is set up, I can't wire them for rear surround as I have a large vaulted ceiling covering my entire living room. So I wired them up as the top firing ATMOS speakers and they do a great job. Being matched to the front tower speakers is a bonus and has them look integrated and belong visually. Sound wise they do a great job at projecting ambient noise and those little special effects in audio that you really notice on a well done action movie. Super easy to set up and configure for your system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good product. The speaker works well. The sound and quality are pretty good. No muffling or abnormal sounds. It’s a pretty good size. The shape is ok as well. Wish there were buttons to adjust it on the back tho.
