10/10 Headphones! I definitely recommend JBL.
I’m genuinely impressed with the JBL Tune 720BT. I bought them for myself on December 25th, 2025, and they’ve been fantastic from day one. I fully charged them on December 29th, 2025, and they didn’t die until January 15th, 2026 — and that’s with me using them on and off almost every single day. The battery life is unbelievable.
The bass hits beautifully, the overall sound quality is rich and clear, and for my first pair of higher‑end headphones, these absolutely exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with them.

Amazing headphones, amazing battery.
I have tinnitus and decided to switch from earbuds to these over ear headphones. I’ve only ever owned Apple but I have a JBL speaker and love it so I went with JBL. It’s dramatic to say my life is changed by these but …. They’re amazing. Absolutely amazing. I have worn them for TWO weeks, several hours a day and the battery still has charge. In fact, I downloaded the app to check the charge because every time I put them on I keep expecting to hear a “low battery” alert. 60%. They have 60% charge after two weeks of daily use. In an age where we’re charging everything daily this is utterly shocking. And amazing. Props to JBL.

I am extremely happy with these headphones. I have had them for several weeks now and yesterday was the first time I had to charge them. Granted I don't use them all day long. I do use them daily and am very satisfied.

Problem
I bought the 720BT headphones to listen to the TV via a Bluetooth adapter. I have had no success getting them to pair with the adapter. It paired with my phone but it won’t pair with the adapter. How can I pair it with the adapter?

Great battery life!!!
Got this for my new job that allowed headphones and wanted something that might block some wood machinery noise/offer some hearing protection, as well as have great battery life. They block noise enough to wear with a saw running and cutting, they however don't work well on the high frequency from a plainer and a molding machine. I plan to find some NRR ear cups to swap out for the noise. The battery however exceeds what was advertised (possibly due to me keeping the volume down and phone closeby), I run these for 50 hrs and still have 80% leftover at the end of the week.

Perfect fit

Good bass sound my setting is club music
I bought these a few weeks ago, very pleased, good sound, good bass and comfortable. I didn't but total noise cancelling. I also bought a hard case for them both in Blue 💙 great sale and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase

When the phone jack for my over-priced headphones broke off inside my laptop at a crucial point in composing music, and the agjustable head strap on the cheap headphone with USB cord broke soon after purchase, I decided bluetooth would be the way to go.
I quickly found my JBL TUNE 720BT at a good price point. I should have Should have done this first. Thet are on my head sometimes literally all day. No cords to break, fast battery charge which has a long life seamless trustworthy performance. I'm free of sound issues on any of the platforms i am using.

My favorite affordable headphones
I've had mine for around 6 months as a cheaper replacement for my old pair of headphones and I love them. The battery life is insane and they really only need to be charged for ten minutes if you're in a rush. The sound quality is great and they're durable. 10/10 would recommend especially if you're on a budget!! (they're also comfortable to wear for extended amounts of time)

Fit:
The headphones sit tightly in place, creating an acoustic seal that reduces background noise and prevents your music from leaking out.
Features:
1. The headphones have a good bass.
2. The microphone does a decent job of canceling the background noise.
3. The battery life is top-notch and is as advertised.
4. The voice assistant works very well and is easy to use.
5. Fast charging is very reliable and makes it a big plus for this headset.
Cons:
1. Vocal music is lacking.
2. ANC is decent but not exceptional.
3. Some users might find the fit uncomfortable during extended use as my wife.

Love my new JBL 720bt
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these headphones. They are comfortable and lightweight and lend themselves to long listening sessions with the long battery life. Connecting the bluetooth with my iPhone was simple and hassle free.
I'm no audiophile just an old guy who likes music. So I don't have all the technical jargon, these headphones just sound great. I let my grandson borrow them and I'm having a hard time getting them back now, he loves them and never uses his AirPods anymore.

Great fit and sound quality

I use these to listen to music, podcasts, and teams meeting for work. Although maybe not specifically designed for meetings they work great and everyone says they can hear me perfectly.
