Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound, full sound! I got these a couple of weeks ago. I'm not use to having the little stick hanging out my ear, but other than that these thing ROCK! The bass is what you would expect from your kid's car. I listen to rock, country, little tractor rap...pretty much anything but classical. These make all sound great and loud!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Definitive Upgrade Virtually everything good about the Tune Flex 1 has been retained and the flaws have been greatly improved. Connection points on the buds are easier to keep clean, the earpieces have rubber mesh to keep the actual screens on the speakers cleaner, and the size of the part that sticks out of the ear has been slightly reduced. I also LOVE the multi-device connection. It makes swapping between listening to my phone or my laptop beyond easy, thoughtless even! highly recommend the upgrade if you enjoyed the Tune Flex 1, or if you want quality sound and device fluidity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super earbuds! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great earbuds. The sound quality is really good and I like the noise canceling and ambient features. The setup and connectivity was easy and I find them to have a long lasting charge. They come with multiple size ear tips, for a snug fit. Using the app to switch between volume and listening modes is easy. I will use these earbuds a ton!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you want base these are it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are next level in sound quality. They have enough bass to rattle my brain while still being super clear. I was able to hear individual instruments and sounds regardless of the volume level. I love that they came with 4 different tip options so I have choices of what is most comfortable in my ears. Also a minor detail but I really appreciate that the case is flat on the back as I regularly put the case in my pocket. The flat back is more comfortable in my pocket than other earbud cases I’ve had. The downside is that I find it a little tricky to remove the earbuds from the case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound, Comfy Fit, and Solid Noise Cancellati [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tune Flex 2 is a solid choice for everyday listening. The sound is clear and bass is deep, making music and calls enjoyable. Noise cancellation works well, but you can also switch to ambient mode to hear what’s around you. They’re lightweight and comfortable, great for all-day wear. Water resistance makes them safe for workouts or rainy days. Battery life is strong, with up to 8 hours per charge (32 hours with the case). Call quality is decent but could be better in loud places. Overall, a great, budget-friendly option with JBL’s signature sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These ear buds really do it all [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds really do it all. The first thing I noticed is all the "extras" you get with it. It comes with several cushions for different uses. From XS for more of an open feeling to S/M/L for more sealing. I've never seen this before but there's also a small holder for an extra pair of cushions. It has Adaptive noise canceling and I recommend downloading the app for more adjustments. The sounds is amazing and the battery lasts a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Audio in Such a Small Package! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds for the last couple of weeks. I've been extremely impressed by how much sound and bass such a small pair of buds can generate. First of all, this pair of headphones come with both open ear tips and sealing ear tips, a charging cable, and the charging case. Going back to the ear tips, these allow for moving back and forth between full noise canceling with the sealed tips and using the open ear tips to stay aware of your surrounding noise. While working out, I tend to go with full noise canceling. I love that these earbuds are water resistant and tend to stay in place despite my movement. While at home, I mostly always use the open ear tips so I can hear the kids. Another amazing feature is the 6 mics for call quality. My mom has always hated how I sound on my phone calls, but since channeling my audio through these, she no longer complains. These headphones for the most part are great for me and my daily usage. The only real complaint is that on days that my husband likes to borrow them, the tiny earbuds are difficult for him to remove from the case with his larger fingers. Overall though I highly recommend and will be purchasing more for family!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite In-Ear Buds. Exceeds expectations. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Summary: Great fit, volume limit is crazy high (in a good way), sound range/quality are impressive As someone with smaller ears/ear canals, I typically struggle with finding in-ear buds that sufficiently noise cancel without going all the way inside my ears since anything too deep results in a bad fit... Which means I pretty much exclusively use Over-Ear headphones, but they're not always the most convenient for being on the move, so I'm happy to finally have found a pair of buds that provide the same (if not better) sound quality while being much more travel-friendly. These have really added a layer of convenience to my life without sacrificing quality. These stay in place and have a wider base in order to help block out sound without needing typical suction endings (although there are other tips provided). The tips come with 4 sizes ranging from XS-L, and I love that the XS is actually removable which makes it easier to clean rather than needing to use a needle directly on the headphone. They're extremely comfortable to the point I forget they're in sometimes. My favorite part? I have minor hearing loss in one ear and love to listen to my music LOUD. It's basically like there's no volume limit with these. Seriously. I utilized the Personi-Fi setting in the app for a customized experience, bumped up the bass, and can't even listen to music at full volume without my head vibrating. It's amazing. I really get the all-encompassing experience of music without needing to compromise on comfort and bag space. I'm practically crying tears of joy to finally have earbuds that work for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Ear Buds for daily use and working out! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally my fav set earbuds for working in the garage and fishing with. Have to find the right ear piece to fit just right so they dont fall out in smaller ears. My wife had a hard time keeping thwm in her ears while working out, but I did not have issues at all. Great sound quality and depth of sound. Cancel out the outside noise or use 1 ear bud and make the charge last all day and stay aware. One of my favorite features , charge one bud while you listen to the other. Esp love using them fishing next to the highway, cancels out almost all noise while listen to podcast or music. Used one time qhile using chainsaw, cuts out most of the noise but hard to cancel out a Husky 570xp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Wireless Earbuds – A Must-Have! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using these JBL Tune Flex 2 wireless earbuds for a while now, and I am seriously impressed. The sound quality is crystal clear, with a powerful bass that makes listening to music or podcasts an absolute pleasure. But what really stands out to me is the adaptive noise canceling. It’s so handy for tuning out distractions when I need focus, but the ambient aware mode is a game-changer for when I’m walking my dog or running on the road. I can still hear cars and people approaching, which makes me feel much safer. One feature I didn’t know I needed until I had it is the TalkThru. It’s perfect for when I’m doing household chores or working out at the gym. I tend to misplace one earbud when I take it out and put it in my pocket or on the counter, but with the TalkThru feature, I can have an actual conversation without having to remove the earbuds. This might just be the solution to my lost earbuds problem! It’s hands down my favorite feature. I’ve also received compliments during phone calls about how clear my voice sounds, which is a big plus for me. The ear tips that come with the earbuds help enhance the noise canceling ability, depending on whether you want a more isolated sound or to stay aware of your surroundings—both of which pair perfectly with the TalkThru feature. The case is sleek and practical, it comes with a case to store the ear tips, although I did find it a little challenging to put them on at first. The battery life is incredible, and the case also charges the earbuds, so I never have to worry about them running out. Pairing was super easy, and I love that they’re both dust and water resistant—especially living in the PNW where I run in the rain and work in dusty areas like my chicken coop. Overall, these have been amazing earbuds, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed by their performance, versatility, and the thoughtful features. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid pair of wireless earbuds!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ANOTHER LEVEL OF EARBUDS AND SOUND!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tune Flex 2 is compact very easy to connect via Bluetooth. The earbuds come with different ear tips and are comfortable to my ears. What I love the most is the spatial audio that gives you that immersive sound and the adaptive noise canceling. With the JBL headphones app, you can customize your Equalizer and use the talk through and ambient aware. The gestures each earbud can be customized also such as playback, pause, ambient sound control and call control, etc. They have extremely good sound with balanced mids and highs with the right amount of base that can be controlled if you want more. The calls are very clear. Video mode can be used if watching videos or movies. I like the voice prompts that tell you what settings you're on the earbuds. Sound level optimization is included with find my buds and relaxing sounds. 12 hours of playing time on the earbuds with 36 hours on the case with a total of 48 hours. The JBL Tune Flex 2 is at another level of earbuds and sound. I highly recommend them. The rating score is a 10. No cons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from JBL Tune Flex 2 are amazing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds are amazing! I am using the medium fitting adjustment but they seem to not fit very well. The sound quality is very nice and the bass response is awesome! I love that they last all day without having to be recharged. I would definitely recommend them if you want nice deep bass and crisp highs!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A fresh take on a well-known design [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds offer a comfortable fit with their well-known open ear design but addresses a significant Issue I had with the design. The open ear style of headphones never worked well for my ears and always lacked any sort of low frequencies or bass. The Tune Flex 2 come equipped with their sealing ear tips which eliminate this problem allowing me to fully enjoy the music and the capabilities of these earbuds. The ambient aware feature is great at keeping the outside world audible while still allowing for the sealing ear tips to be used. The active noise cancellation is also a welcome feature to eliminate any unwanted noise and helps keep the music sounding great at lower volumes. There is no need to blast the music anymore to try and mask the outside noise. The design is lightweight and comfortable for long periods of listening. The touch controls are intuitive and responsive. The JBL Headphones app further enhances the user experience by providing comprehensive control and customization options. The overall sound from these earbuds is a little bass heavy but the app provides a fully adjustable equalizer and spacial audio to greatly improve the fullness and detail of any music. I was able to adjust the sound to perfectly fit my preferences. I love the JBL sound and frequently listen to Bass heavy music. The JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds produce some of the most powerful deep bass I have ever heard from earbuds. Other earbuds usually leave me wanting more bass but not these. The battery life has been exceptional. I have never had the earbuds run out of power after several hours of use. The charging case is also compact and durable ensuring convenient charging on the go. Call quality was also great. People on the other end of calls could hear me with no issues. The ability to tailor the design of the earbuds to each listener using the different style of ear tips sets them apart by making them comfortable to a wider audience. In summary, the JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds offer an immersive sound experience with a comprehensive set of features through the JBL Headphones app. They offer a comfortable design, ease of use, and provide exceptional performance throughout the day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality product at a reasonable price! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking for this style of headphone and don’t want to spend a fortune, this is the product for you. It has all the features of its competitors at a fraction of the price and performs at the competitors’ level. I usually shy away from headphones like this due to them never feeling secure in my ears, but with the available options for ear sizes I was able to find the right fit for me. The style is sleek and modern, with lights denoting battery charge and pairing status. I prefer this look to that of the competitors. I tested the noise cancelling strength while grocery shopping in a very busy store in a major city. I was honestly very impressed with the results. I switched multiple times between noise cancelling and “ambient aware” features and the differences were stark. True to the name, I got a lot more “ambient” noises when in the latter mode, hearing other shoppers’ chatter and carts. When initializing the noise cancelling feature that all basically disappeared. I was also easily able to turn on TalkThru when checking out, allowing me to never have to remove an earphone the during the entire time shopping. The presses to the earphones to initiate these changes in modes are also very intuitive. The right earphone controls playback while the left controls the different modes. Taking a call is as easy as tapping either earphone once to initiate the call and again to hang up. They also have built in support for any AI assistants on your mobile devices. I charged the case fully upon receiving these headphones and went grocery shopping, did multiple errands around the house, and used them for 4 full work days before the battery life dropped below 50%. Honestly, very impressive for what these headphones offer. Finally, the app that comes with these is very useful for checking battery life, changing the EQ, and customizing the controls when tapping the earphones. It allows you to be as customized as you want OR as simple as you want. I truly have nothing bad to say about these headphones. If you’re looking for an everyday headphone that utilizes your mobile device’s functions and can be used for work, leisure, and anything in between these are for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sounding buds, smaller than previous models [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a few JBL buds. The software seems to get better each version especially the pairing. I took them out for the first time and my phone automatically popped up a pairing windows to the JBL Headphones App. They connected and asked for a software update which took a couple of mins. Overal the sound is great. Theres plenty of low end base and ther stereo sound stage is wide. They stay in my ear whilst walking around so no problems there. The only thing that seems a little strange is that if you turn off the noise cancelling it reduces the base a little. Its not really a problem as I keep it on. Talking of the noise cancelling, it works, but obviuosly its not as strong as a larger pair of headphones. Its enough to reduce some of the office noise around me so I dont need the volume too loud. Overall I'm pleased.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised with the JBL Tune Flex 2! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was eager to try the JBL Tune Flex 2 earphones because I work from home and frequently join virtual meetings online and my previous earphones were problematic when using with my meeting apps. So I was hoping that these JBL Tune Flex 2's could replace my standard laptop earphones AND work well for my virtual meetings, with good audio quality, noise cancelation and mute controls. The JBL Tune Flex 2's definitely delivered, and exceeded my expectations. My personal experience with them was smooth from the start — I paired them with my laptop in seconds. As soon as I opened the charging case, the lights on the earphones began flashing and broadcasting the bluetooth signal allowing it to be detectable on my laptop. I expected good audio quality with good bass and decent noise cancellation, and in reality, they exceeded that. The sound quality had clean highs, and a deep, discernable bass that was not overbearing. It felt loud in my ears but when I removed them no one outside could hear anything, which was perfect. It felt like an immersive experience. I did a few test calls and meetings, and the feedback from the other end was great - they said my audio came in loud and clear to them and they didn't have any problems hearing me. Touching the ear buds allows it to toggle from noise cancelation mode, to ambient sounds mode. The feedback I've received from other callers on meetings say that they don't hear any background noise so this indicates to me that the feature is working. I'll continue to use it for work as it's convenient and does what I need, and includes mute controls. One standout feature is how lightweight they are, making them perfect for travel, and I also love the sleek black design. The design feels sturdy and well-made, and I appreciated the flashing lights used to convey the different states. For me, these earphones added convenience with easy touch controls giving me more flexibility during meetings and calls. They’ve also helped me focus better by tuning out distractions. My honest verdict? The JBL Tune Flex 2 earphones are a solid contender in the portable ear buds arena. They’d be perfect for any listener who appreciates high quality audio that JBL is known for and wants something better than standard wireless earphones. There are convenient ear fitting attachments included to help make sure you have a snug fit, and includes a nice little holding case. One thing I had to get used to was avoiding accidentally touching the ear piece as it would change the modes on each touch. For others considering these, I’d say give them a try.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these earbuds overall [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thoroughly impressed with the JBL Tune Flex 2’s packaging. Everything was incredibly easy to unpack. I’ve been using these earbuds for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. I particularly loved how intuitive the touch controls on the earpieces were. I didn’t even need to read the instructions, and I hadn’t even opened the app yet, but I quickly got the hang of them. It was incredibly easy to learn by simply tapping on them. Eventually, I ventured over to the app, and I was delighted by how user-friendly and customizable the Tune Flex earbuds are. The app offers a wide range of options, and I have nothing negative to say about it. The case is compact and convenient, but I’m a bit concerned about dropping it, so I might consider using a silicone case to protect it. Taking the earbuds in and out was a bit challenging at times due to my large, chubby fingers. Occasionally, it became a bit of a hassle. The earbuds themselves feel comfortable and durable. They were a perfect fit right out of the box. I tried the different tips, but they fit exactly as they came. In terms of sound quality, I thought they were quite decent. However, I wish they were a bit louder and had better overall sound. But considering the value for money, I have no complaints. Moving on to the case, I must say, it’s exceptionally well-designed. I appreciate all the little details they’ve incorporated into it. One thing I particularly enjoyed was listening to my podcast while taking walks or doing other activities. The vocals and voices sounded incredibly clear and immersive. However, I wish the sound could be more customizable. Overall, I’m pleased with this product from JBL. I’m glad I have these earbuds in my possession.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great noise cancellation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are really good. The cancellation of the outside noise is incredible. The sound quality is great too. The only thing I didn’t like is how they feel in my ears. Although they fit, I don’t find them too comfortable. It could be me, since my brother said they’re comfortable. Other than that, I have no complaints. JBL rarely disappoints me

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound, great connectivity, OK ANC and fit [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always looking to add to my collection of earbuds or headphones. You can say it's an obsession of mine. With the Tune Flex I had expected a decent experience along with the signature JBL sound. They definitely delivered on the sound but lacked in other areas for me. Here is a breakdown of what I liked and what I didn't like. Likes: * The sound quality * Connectivity to my Windows 10/11 laptops * Battery life * Charging speed * Multi-point connection * Find my buds * Color From my experience the sound was best at a lower setting and not maxed out. Bass was punchy like most JBL products. Which can lend itself to a muddier sound, but nothing adjusting the EQ can't fix. I do like the inclusion of an app that allows fine tuning of the sound and creating custom EQ settings. Connectivity was definitely a snap on my Windows laptops. Opened the case and bam! Windows asked if I wanted to connect to the Tune Flex. I have an iPhone so no Fast Pair or MS Swift Pair but that's on Apple. But no issues connecting to my iPhone. And once connected you can use the JBL Headphones app to customize your EQ, ambient control, ear tip settings and a bunch more settings to make your experience the best for you. Battery life has been really good. I don't use them all of the time but one day I constantly used them for calls at work. And never had to charge that day since I would pop them back into the case when I wasn't using. When I did charge, it was really fast. Going from 55% to around 100% in 10min. Multi-point connection was a breeze to use and great in use. I could take work calls from my laptop and then listen to music from my phone. Very handy feature for someone that works from home. I did like the Find my buds feature in the app but wish there was an option for the case. Currently the buds have to be outside of the case to use this feature. Which is great if you sat down a bud or both and forgot where you left them. Not so great if you have them in the case and lost that. Another like for me was the color. Yes, it is just black, but for me that was a change from your white ear buds. Dislikes: * Comfort * Noise Cancelling * Changing tips * Touch controls Now I will start with these are not deal breakers for me. More annoyances that I eventually got use to over time. But first was comfort. It took trying all of the included tips and adjusting several times before they didn't make my ears sore after extended use. Though my ears would still get sore after several hours of use. Noise cancelling was decent for the price point. But ambient aware was pretty disappointing. I felt like I could only differentiate between the two if the ambient sound was really loud. But knowing it was adaptive noise cancelling I didn't expect the best noise cancelling experience. Changing the ear tips was a bit of a pain at first. It felt as if I was going to tear or rip them. I wish there was better instructions on how to change these out. But once I got the hang of it, the process was easy. And last was touch controls. Remembering how to do all of the gestures was a bit daunting. Luckily the app has you covered there. And the touch is a bit sensitive. So while you are putting them on you are bound to change the ANC setting several times or pause/play your music. But once I got better at handling them and putting them in my ear it became less of a problem. One last oddity was the placement of the buds in the case. When I take them out, I expected to insert them with the tips pointing inwards. But I had to rotate them in my fingers and the tips point out. Just felt odd and took getting use to. Overall, I do enjoy them, but they will not be my EDC buds. They will be my dedicated desk/work buds for taking calls and listening to music while I work when needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Design! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek, innovative design. The comfort and support that these earbuds provide is truly remarkable for the price point. I would highly recommend these to anyone that is looking into getting a less expensive option than the other guys out there!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great All-Around Earphones for Everyday Use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tune Flex 2 earphones are a great choice for anyone looking for an affordable pair of wireless earbuds that sound really good. The earphones come with Open Ear Tips (size XS) installed, but JBL provides three sizes of Sealing Ear Tips that can easily be swapped on (make sure you choose the proper tips in the app for best sound). I switched to the Sealing tips and found the Tune Flex 2 to be very comfortable for extended wear. With the sealing tips, they stayed snug in my ears, ideal for anything but the most jarring movement-intensive activities. In terms of sound, the Tune Flex 2 delivers the classic JBL sound profile (which I’ve been in love with since 1985) with deep bass and clear mids and highs. While it's not the most refined sound when compared with some of JBL’s higher-end models, it holds its own for casual listening and workouts. The earphones have a balanced sound, making them a great option for everyday use. I don’t think I would pick these out for traveling (cutting out the airplane drone) or critical listening, but I did find myself going back to them for my daily gym routines – I was able to listen to my music but wasn’t shut out from everyone and everything else. The combination of comfort and sound quality was perfect. I got just over 8 hours of playtime on a single charge, and the fast-charging capabilities add a bit of convenience, letting you get a quick boost in case you’re in a rush. They come with Bluetooth 5.2 and pairing was simple. Call quality was on par with just about every other JBL earphone I have, which is to say pretty good. One thing I really appreciate is the functionality and simplicity of the JBL Headphones app. It’s great - period. It makes tweaking the sound of the earphones simple. JBL engineers have done a fantastic job here. The biggest problem I had was no matter what tips I tried or how much I tried to hold them in, I just couldn’t get them to seal in my ears, which leads to sub-optimal noise cancelation. Maybe I have oddly shaped inner ears, but I don’t have this problem with other JBL earphones. The other negative about that is that I can’t take advantage of JBL’s PersoniFi equalization. I do wish JBL could figure out a way to apply one PersonFi setting across multiple sets of headphones / earphones. The hearing loss in my left ear isn’t any different whether I’m using the Tune Flex 2, Reflect Flow Pro, or Tour One M2. Overall, the JBL Tune Flex 2 is a solid option for those who want reliable sound quality, comfort, and battery life without breaking the bank. They're a great all-rounder for everyday use, workouts, or casual listening sessions, though if you’re looking for premium features or better noise cancellation, you might want to explore higher-tier models.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good sound and excellent noise blocking [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is good. They were a little bass heavy at first but that was easily remedied via EQ. Both Spotify and YouTube were clear. Watching movies was confortable. The shape and multiple ear cups make them accessible for anyone. The charging ability is fast, on par with similar products. Of interest was of noise blocking to ambient aware to pass thru. Very nice feature. The only downside was a bit of lag between button tap and its response. The noise blocking option cycling had about a ½ second between making a choice and announcing what what chosen. Id love to see this improved (hopefully via a OTA update).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great no-frills, affordable buds! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are a perfect middle ground for those that don’t want to spend/don’t need top dollar buds, but also want a quality product with some higher end features that you won’t find in the cheap/disposable brands. I’ve used a handful of different earbuds from various manufacturers. So, the following category reviews are informed as such. Sound quality: this is almost always the case, in my opinion, with JBL products: the sound quality is excellent. Crystal clear highs, and nice smooth low end. Comfort: this gets the highest marks from me. I wore these to the gym, where I’m typically moving around a lot, and they stayed put. Yet, I don’t have to jam them in my ear like many other models. Noise cancellation: this is the wordy category for me. This is my reason for deducting a star in my rating. The NC is acceptable, but not much more. I’ve tried other models/brands that are much quieter. Overall, I would absolutely recommend these buds at the price point they’re at. You won’t get better sound quality and fit! Sound quality:

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprising bass [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ran these ear buds through several listening situations. Easily paired with my iPhone 15. Worked great listening to satellite radio while working out in my yard. Paired with my iPad easily and sound was perfect and balanced. Surprised by how much bass is in the little buds! Had a time trying to pair with my home computer but after some trying it paired. Tried them on some computer games, did great! What I didn’t like was they are really hard to get out of the holder? The size of the case is great but could also be the issue. Another issue was seating them in my ears? Putting them in your ears activated several different functions while trying to seat them? Also took several try’s with different tips to keep the left bud from falling out? Would have gave it a 5* if it was easier to set up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay away. I bought these a couple months back. They have never been able to noise cancel. No matter if I try the app or the ear bud itself it will not noise cancel. Also the last couple days on the jobsite when ever there is contact between metal they get static. Drilling or even when my plier handles make contact. Would not recommend.
