Excellent Viking Replacement

It is very sleek, very quiet, and is a beautiful unit inside and out. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone needing to replace an old Viking!

Handsome Design Statement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a stand alone to a built-in 36” JennAir refrigerator and are happy we did. Our LG built Kenmore Elite in-line compressor went out the third and final time. Our JennAir took our kitchen from typical to upscale. When friends open the door they universally say wow when they view the obsidian interior. We find our produce lasts longer. We’re confident our lifetime cost will justify the additional expense.

Clean looking

I Love This Gorgeous Integrated Fridge/Freezer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this item back in February 2022 during COVID. It wasn’t our first, or even our second choice, but there were so many products on back order, or no longer made, or stuck on container ships that we just bought this one so that we had a fridge. It was very expensive but I couldn’t be happier! It’s tall and shallow, with a dark background interior, with loads of shelves in the door and generous produce drawers. I’m only 4’ 11” tall but I can reach everything because nothing gets pushed to the back. I wanted an integrated fridge because we remodeled our kitchen and it’s the first room you see walking into the house. It was important that it to blend into the space. The freezer has an ice maker with a slide out ice bin, which is fantastic! My husband jokes about the cost and says that he wants to be buried in this fridge to get his money’s worth!! (:-D

Beautiful AND functional!

It's absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. Just be careful when positioning the shelves—the inside coating can get easily nicked.

Great refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our JennAir built in refrigerator. The only concern is with regards to the lights from the freezer where the bulb can get water from the ice maker and break. We’ve had the lights break so often that the lights wasn’t replaceable. We had to replaced the entire refrigerator. But we still love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a good experience with a previous JB36 so went for it again. This one looks and works great so far. The new design with black interior and lighting is snappier than the original interior.
support is great too - an LED bulb blew and got a service call completed in two days - no hassles
glad I paid the extra $$ for the quality product and service

Love this Fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though it has not been that long, I am very happy with the Jenn-Air Built-in Refrigerator. The color, lighting, shelving and drawers present a contemporary look while at the same time providing functionality . Also, the door bins are wider than the bins on the fridge that was replaced which is helpful. The bottom freezer has compartments which allow for organization where needed.

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in January and it was delivered March 16, 2020. I modified the space where it was to be installed and installed it on the 16th. The only trouble I had was figuring out how to get it off of display mode. Once I turned that off everything was good. It is very quiet when it is running. We love it. Great replacement for our 35 year old Sub Zero.

Stunning new look to our kitchen
We bought this refrigerator to replace a 27 year old Sub Zero that died. If we had bought another Sub Zero we would have had just another nice refrigerator. My wife was hesitant at first about the dark grey interior of the Jenn air, but when she saw it installed in our kitchen she was totally awe struck by the appearance. Bottles, jars and vegitables look like works of art on display against the dark interior. The lighting is spectacular and the appearance of the stainless steel exterior next to our cabinets gave the kitchen a completely new and modern look. The temperature control and performance can not be matched. Our food stays fresher longer. This is definitely the most stylish refrigerator on the market.

Nice Fridge - but expensive
We really like this fridge. The one thing that could really use improvement are the instructions and details available before the appliance is on site. I custom built the cabinets and found that the opening information was inadequate.
