Jenn Air microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my new microwave a couple of weeks now and really like it. There are a couple of things that are bothersome and that is that if it’s late you have to turn on a secondary light to see the controls on the microwave. Secondly it is annoying that you have to cycle through all 6 fam settings to turn fan off.

We like the stainless interior for easy cleaning, the variable vent speeds which can be quiet, the glass cover on the exterior bottom for a clean look and the large interior space. My only complaint is that the printed control labels are difficult to read without turning the kitchen lights on. They need to be backlit like the controls displayed when the menu button is selected.

Jen Air microwave/convection oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave/convection oven in April 2021 it was delivered in June unfortunately the internal light did not work. After talking directly with the manufacturer a new one was ordered and delivered in October. Apart from the long wait time to receive a functional Microwave/convection it does work beautifully. There is no obvious handle that in my experience are subject to breakage. The handle is built into the right side of the door panel which is a much better design. The convenience of the convection option is great, when feeding a large family. I highly recommend this microwave/convection oven.

Wonderful additional oven

It is sturdy, well assembled and easy to use. It is notably much quieter than the GE and comes to convection temperature twice as fast. I don't think it has a mixed mode capability but still figuring things out.

So far the new unit is nicer looking and much easier to use than my prior units. Hopefully it wil also have greater success. I believe that jenn Air is trying to reestablish themselves as a better high end unit as what they were know as in the past.
