Best dishwasher ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sensor program is the best! My dirty dishes and pans come out spotless. I stopped rinsing anything before placing them in the dishwasher. Ensure you have a good technician to install. Most don't bother to even read the instructions. It took 3 of them to finally get a professional thanks to Jenn Air. I am very pleased but please get a professional to install and explain all features.

Great features and quiet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for a couple months. I installed it myself without issue. It is incredibly quiet. I love the projected display on the floor, preventing people from opening it while it's running since you can't hear it running. I also am stoked about the built-in water softener. I hadn't realized that was built-in. I was researching adding a water softener externally to just the dishwasher and then ran across the mention of it in the manual. The softener works super well. I would purchase it again!

Very quiet and washes throughly!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I have been pleased. It is very quiet and washes well. Also it has a cool feature where it opens a bit when completed to avoid mold or smell. It’s not the biggest dishwasher but it has 3 rows and the racks has parts for it to be space efficient.

Cleans items very well and items come out dry. Love the feature of virtual time clock which reflects on floor where one can see remaining time for cycle completion

Great dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the dishwasher. My favorite features is the time display on the floor, the top shelf, and the auto open dry feature. The only thing I sometimes struggle with is placement of things like full stem wine glasses. Other than that it's great!

QUIET! Great cleaning!

Super Quite - Great Controls - Racks are challengi
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this JennAir dishwasher vs. the monogram we had in our old house. Controls are very nice - it’s SUPER quiet and has the door open feature when the cycle is done. The only challenge is the lower rack and how it’s layed out - also the middle rack engages into the back of the unit which took about a week to get it to engage properly. Overall a quality product.

LOVE my new kitchen from
Good capacity! and nice features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher for the extra features, adjustable racks for plates vs bowls and the death of the top 3rd rack is great.
My only complaint is the cycles are very long. Even the express takes over an hour -- but a little planning and easy to work around.

Disappointed in this machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine to get as close to the model that I purchased a year or so ago (we have two dishwashers). Compared to the one we were trying to match, the door on this one is not as robust as the earlier model, I've had to replace it once after one cycle because it didn't function properly and the "new" one still has quality issues. If I had known this one was going to have these poor quality issues I would have gone to another brand instead of being a JennAir loyalist.. The price is entirely too high for the quality received.

Great when it actually works

It makes a horrible sound when it isn't working right. I would NOT recommend it. It is not reliable. It looks good and has a nice design, but I need a dishwasher I can count on

Terrible product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a warranty replacement for a dishwasher previously purchased. The dishwasher I previously selected and purchased has been discontinued and this is supposedly the direct replacement. It is significantly different in both features and quality. It is louder than my previous model. The racks and doors are lesser quality than my original purchase and the capacity is less, making it not suitable for my needs. This is an ADA compliant model which I was not made aware of, nor was I aware of the multiple design/function differences which make this dishwasher poorer quality and inefficient for my needs.

Very poor design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst dishwasher I have ever had. Included with home. 3rd rack is not removable and makes the capacity in middle rack very limited. Also, takes 3 hours for a normal load and is loud for a “high” end dishwasher.

BAD DESIGN
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NOT HAPPY WITH THE UNIT, LIKE THE KITCHEN AID MUCH BETTER DUE TO THE TONGS KEEP FALLING DOWN IN WASHING CYCLE WHICH THEN LETS PLATES BANG AGAINST EACH OTHER. ALSO THE 2ND RACK DOES NOT ALLOW FOR LARGER PLATES AND PANS AS IT COLLIDES WITH THE UPPER 3RD RACK. POITIONING OF DRINK GLASSES IN 2ND RACK DOES NOT HOLD THEM FIRMLY IN PLACE. ALSO 2ND RACK DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WINE STEM GLASS AS THEY COLLIDE WITH THE UPPER RACK..SPRAY ARMS VERY FLIMSY...BAD DESIGN
