Great Features

RISE™ 27" Single Wall Oven JJW2427LL
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this oven during the COVID crisis when deliveries were an issue across the industry. Candidly, we bought JennAir primarily because of it having the shortest delivery time versus all other brands. But also, our kitchen has limited horizontal space and JennAir was one of the few brands that had models available to fit that space. It really was blind faith – no oven to be unseen, hard to judge versus other brands, and not sure what to expect. But we proceeded, have been very pleased with the purchase and the oven exceeds our expectations. A very attractive, clean profile that uses touchpad technology with its screen panel in picking the various needs for the oven. They made use very operator friendly where the have easy step instructions where one does not need to take out a manual to learn how to use. They have addressed in their design all of the things that irritated an operator with their previous old oven and have a great solution built in with the JennAir. Large clear oven window, bright internal lighting, better constructed rack system, multiple timing devices, extremely quiet and has ranges you can personally select to custom tailor the oven to your specifications. Brilliant!

Sleek, modern oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven to replace my 30+ Jennair oven. Very nice. Like smooth oven racks (3 instead of 2), bright clock on front, touch screen for temperature, wonderful and bright inside light. I wish I could increase sound volume though. Just praying electronic controls will last a long time!

Love the design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design and how quiet my in wall oven is. What I don't like is that the oven doesn't bake as fast as my previous Jenn Air convection oven. The items need to bake or cook longer then even what the recipe calls for. I know there is a learning curve, but what my son pointed out to me is that I need to look at the over all even baking and cooking. I am having a difficult time with just choosing what setting is needed, to many options.

Terrible Controls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was extremely disappointed. with the controls on this oven. It looks like s a Gen Z video game developer created it. Sure you get cutesy different backgrounds on the display but who cares. To set the oven temperature, there is a virtual slide control that is annoyiny to use. I was expecting the ability through a keypad type entry. The clock is ridiculous where it is a analog with no ability to change to digital. It does have a "Kitchen Timer" but the display is so small, it is ridiculous. These are not difficult features to put in a device with a control board and display. The controls and displays are moronic. We owned a Jenn Air Oven 30 years ago that was a lot better than this current oven.

Looks great and intuitive controls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Amana failed after 45 years. The new Jennair RISE 27' fit in the space of our old 24 inch oven and the interior is waaaay bigger and more usable. It looks great and so far the controls are easy to use and it cooks well.
