Jenn Air- Microwave and oven combo

Great oven! Performs well!

Modern Design and Powerful Performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek and modern design of the Noir 27 Combination Microwave/Oven sinve fits perfectly in my kitchen, complementing my other Jenn Air appliances. The digital display is easy to read, and the control panel is intuitive.
The cooking performance is outstanding! It heats food evenly and quickly, significantly reducing my meal prep time. I also love the programmed features, which automatically adjusts the time for different dishes, taking the guesswork out of cooking.
The interior is easy to clean, thanks to the smooth surfaces and removable turntable.
One thing I noticed is that it operates quietly compared to my previous microwave, which is a huge plus.
Overall, the NOIR 27" Combination Microwave/Oven has exceeded my expectations. It combines style, efficiency, and functionality, making it a fantastic investment for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen appliances. Happy with our new appliances
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spring we bought a new wall oven and built in microwave combo to replace the one that came with the house 10 years ago. Since the older version came out there have been several changes and updates. The total height is about 8 inches less now so we added a drawer under the unit. One control panel operates both appliances. The oven has 3 racks which slide easily in and out. It also has a meat thermometer that can tell you precisely when your dinner is done. The microwave comes with a browning tray and has a convection option. The only drawback is my wineglasses are too tall to fit the new microwave so not as easy to take the chill off refrigerated wine.

Amazing oven!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My route to ownership of this amazing microwave/oven combination was a fairly circuitous one, However, it was installed a few weeks ago and is wonderful! I was a bit concerned about mixing this in with my existing black stainless steel appliances but the large amount of black has made my concern a non-issue. I especially love the full extension oven rack. I hope this oven serves us well for a long time!

Microwave
Second oven - Oven in microwave can toast/broil, keep things warm and even bake
Larger oven for larger baking and broiling
Use instructions could be clearer for so many functions

It is beautiful, very 21st century, easy to use, though hard to get into microwave to clean. Love not having to bend way down to use oven! Love the temperature probe!

Microwave Convection Oven.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our wall mount double oven was installed over a month ago. We haven't used it much. The reason is: 1. The microwave takes 2 to 3 times longer to warm/cook food than our old one! 2. The lower convection oven needs to be set to higher temperature than what the food package recommends. Heat is too low. Doesn't heat like our old one! Not so happy!

Lots of functionality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve just had this combo microwave/oven installed for 2 weeks now. Since we were replacing an existing appliance with this one, we were limited in options that would fit in the current space in our kitchen. This combo fit perfectly. I’m very happy with its appearance - it’s beautiful! I’m still learning the various capabilities of this appliance. I’ve had some adjustment to cooking with a 900 watt microwave as I previously had a 1100 watt microwave. My biggest concern is with the oven control panel. It’s very difficult to “spin” the timer - specifically for seconds not minutes or hours at this point. It takes more seconds to set the timer for the number of seconds I want for the microwave to cook. This makes me a little concerned about the sensitivity of the control panel and if I’m having troubles now within the 1st 2 weeks, how long will it last?
Also be careful if you purchase from a Big Box store and they do not have an authorized JENN AIR installer. I filled out the warranty for this product on the day it was installed and have not received confirmation of warranty on this product.

Advanced Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sort of happy I bought this though I wish there were better instructions and menu ideas for both the lower oven and microwave. The features are super advanced and, therefore, better instruction on how to use all of the features, especially for someone that doesn't cook or has not owned a product with this type of technological advances. I've stumbled on a few YouTube recipes for similar Jenn Air combo ovens, but again, if one was made specifically for this model...wow, I'd be telling everybody!!

Oven is fine, Microwave needs better lighting

The signal for 'finished' needs to be about 20db louder. Looks nice but I question why 3 months after installation I am getting a hard-sell letter for an extended warranty. Is Jenn-aire so unsure of it's build quality???
