I bake all of my cornbread on this. First time you bbq on this you will be Hooked FYI I now have 3 Added a Big Joe then the Baby Joe.

Great Investment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After lusting over kamados for years, I recently purchased a Big Joe 2, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I am a total newby but am picking up on techniques quickly. I have found that the kamado joe community is a very helpful bunch of folks that genuinely enjoy, and appreciate, cooking as an art form. I've only cooked about a dozen times on my kamado , but am thoroughly enjoying the process. Also after researching other brands, I decided that Kamado Joe is the biggest value. I like the divide and conquer grill system, the half moon deflector plates, and also that my grill came with the cart and side boards. I love my big Joe!

Classic Joe Grill my "Go To" Grill

From the moment you open the lid, you can tell it’s built with quality and attention to detail. The ceramic construction holds heat incredibly well, making it just as reliable for low-and-slow smoking as it is for high-temperature searing.
What I love most is its versatility—you can cook anything on it: ribs, brisket, pizzas, burgers, even bread. The Divide & Conquer cooking system is a real game-changer, letting me set up multiple cooking zones at once, so I can smoke on one side and sear on the other.
Cleanup is straightforward thanks to the ash drawer, and the heavy-duty cart makes it easy to move around. It feels like it’s built to last for decades, not just years.

Big joe 2
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently upgraded from Classic Joe to a Big Joe and I couldn't be happier. So much room for multiple chickens, tracks of ribs and pork. But I'm mostly looking forward to a bigger turkey. I have to say that I feel it heats up/ retains heat and uses less charcoal than the Classic Joe. I absolutely love the Big Joe

Best investment in a grill I've ever made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Kamado Joe for Christmas. I've cooked hot dogs, burgers,pork chops, Boston butt, standing rib roast, and a turkey.
Once up to temp, it's almost automatic. Holds the heat well, with little fluctuation. It took a while to convince myself to spend the money, because it is a sizable investment. Glad I finally did. Smoking and Barbeque are so much easier now.
And other than the cover that needed replacement, it's holding up well in the Florida humidity and weather. (And the warranty replaced the grill cover)

Consistently holds temperatures like no other!

Little Grill. BIG difference

At first it took me many YouTube videos to master, but now I’m a professional griller in my family. (or so my fam says) This grill provided so much more flavor than a little grill could ever, and the whole Kamado Joe company is just amazing, with the perfect accessories and grill seasonings. Once to switch to a kamado, you will never want to use another grill.

Big Grill. BIG Flavor

Now I didn’t have to try to play Tetris and make everything fit, there was so much room to cook all the burgers and chicken a barbecue night could dream of. Would recommend this grill to everybody, especially if you have a large family, cause you can feed them all without having to put food on in several rounds. Love this grill.

Talk about Smoked Brisket!

Love our Big Joe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this kamado. We cook four butts or four racks all the time. Our neighbors are thankful for the extra capacity! We originally purchased in 2020 after having owned a few akorn's. Researched a few years before pulling the trigger. I wish I had gotten sooner. Once you get the vent settings you like, the Big Joe can run unattended for the duration of cooks. We use a fireboard to monitor temps for longer cooks b/c Big Joe can run 18+ hours without ever needing to add lump.
