No Gas Needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a novice grill master (lol) I was so happy to see just how well the fire starter blocks worked. I remember as a young boy, watching the adults spew lighter fluid across the coals and never thinking that looked safe. Just last week, I told some guys at lunch how happy I am to be using the starter blocks, and never will I go back to the scary spray and stand back process of light fluids. Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Joe brand fire starters are a simple and easy to use product. It can be lit easily with a match or regular lighter and burns for a long time allowing the charcoal to light fully. Highly recommend these for good fire building!

a cube a day keeps the hunger away

Easy to light and convenient to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've seen Gravity Series owners extolling the virtues of many different methods for getting their units fired up... torches, oil-soaked paper towels and other fire starters. I picked up a box of these the first time I found them in the store and I have never once had a failure to light and start the charcoal with these. 48 trouble-free cooks for the price is worth it to me.
