The Joetisserie has exceeded my expectations!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased the Joe Tisserie with the idea of making an attempt to grill chicken shawarma, on my Kamado Classic; turns out whole turkey breast and whole chicken (I’ve successfully cooked 2 at a time) are pretty phenomenal! I used to chuckle a bit when I’d see a whole chicken being made on a Kamado, as they are pretty cheap at the local grocery store… but man, they are amazing on this grill!

Winner, Winner, Joetissarie Dinner!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t think my Kamado Joe could get any better… then I strapped on the Joetisserie. Let me tell you, this thing is the MVP of BBQ gadgets. The first chicken I spun on it came out so perfect I half expected Gordon Ramsay to show up and clap. Perfectly smoked, evenly cooked, and dripping with flavor, honestly the best whole chicken I’ve ever made on a smoker or grill.
And the bonus? It’s not just a one-bird show, I can fit two whole chickens on here, end-to-end, like synchronized swimmers in a pool of smoky goodness. I’ve also thrown on a prime rib roast, and the Joetisserie handled it like a pro, evenly roasted, great crust and absolutely fantastic.
If you’re on the fence, jump off and spin something. This thing doesn’t just roast, it ro-taste-ifies!

Works as advertised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All components are designed well and made of very high quality materials. I used it for a prime rib roast and it did not disappoint. It was the juiciest and most evenly roasted prime rib ever. Ditto for chicken and the leg of lamb. Excellent tines to hold everything together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you get one branded Kamado Joe accessory this is it. Outstanding construction, great capacity range, and pretty easy cleanup. Makes great chicken wings and thighs for one or a crowd. I use this and the basket more often than any other tool.

Pushing the limits of rotisserie…

An essential accessory!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my JoeTisserie for my Series 3 Big Joe about a year and a half ago on a Black Friday sale and am VERY happy with it! I have used it to make pork tenderloin, whole chickens and chicken wings (using a Napolean rotisserie basket) and all come out great. For chickens & wings, I cook about half way with the lid down, then for the second half, open it up and let the fire pick up in order to crisp up the skin. Works great! Charcoal works well, but I think it's even better if you throw on a wood split and cook over a live fire.

Kamado Joe Rotisserie
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just purchased my first rotisserie for my Kamado Joe and am excited at the results. i have been using rotisseries on my other grill for a few years and love the unique results i get when i cook whole chickens and pork roasts. the slow turn of the rotisserie gives great flavor profiles and moisture that straight on a flame does not.

Pretty good, but with one caveat....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've made tacos al pastor, Brazilian picanha, ribeye roasts, and (tragically) Thanksgiving turkey (which I burned), and overall works like a charm. However, the locking mechanisms for the skewer/prong type attachments, which holds your roast in place sometimes come loose, causing the meat that your roasting to not rotate (as was the case with my turkey). I assume that the mechanisms aren't supposed to require anything stronger than finger tightening, but I always use some pliers to get a little more secure hold of the spit. When you get it wokring properly though, it can produce some amazing cooks.

Quick and easy to use

But after using this for a few years, I've grown to greatly appreciate it. It is quick to set up and very easy to use. If we're wanting Wings, rotisserie chicken, or even turkey it's very easy to make something delicious with this.
