It’s easy to fill and warns when more water level is low and when descaling is required. The only downside with Keurig is that you end up using a lot of plastic compared with traditional brewing methods.

After talking to them about a replacement and maybe a veterans discount, they just replaced it free of charge with a brand new brewer and full warranty. Great company!

I simply described what was going on and was advised that the coffee maker I had was probably defective and a replacement would be sent to me. This is our 2nd Keurig. The first one last for quite a few years and we are looking forward to great coffee for quite a few years to come.
