Excellent Warranty Service - and I love the handle
I love this Keurig. It's fast to heat up, and the pitcher's handle makes it so easy to refill. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the replacement under warranty. We did some troubleshooting, and then I just had to supply my receipt and a photo of the S/N label -- I had the new one and hot coffee in 4 or 5 days. Thank you for standing by your product!

Love my Keurigs! Such a wonderful convenience for someone such as myself, who has limited ability to stand for long. This is my 7th Keurig, in many years, and a warranty replacement. Replacement was very fast and easy, and I appreciate such helpful agents and fast shipping. Called on Monday about my issue and had a new one in 3 days. TY

Keurig certainly stands behind their product.
We are longtime Keurig users and when our brewer lost all function we called Keurig. They came to our rescue immediately and after a bit of troubleshooting they offered to replace it. We are back online again and oh so grateful for the prompt and courteous service we received. We love our coffee and we love our Keurig.
