Whenever I’ve had a problem and you call them they will do everything to help you fix this. If they can’t fix it over the phone they will make sure you get a new one. The associate I spoke to helped me to try and descale the machine the proper way. But for this coffee maker it didn’t work. I would highly recommend their coffee makers and continue to buy them. I give them a 10!

I was pleased that Keurig replaced the original unit 5 months after I bought it.
