Good but touchy
Liked the concept of the french doors. These need to open a bit more. They easily close on you.
Had a couple of occasions so far when food had a chill after cooking time.
Touch buttons can be annoying.

The shelves don't fit properly.
The oven would be excellent, except the shelves dont fit properly . seems as thoug the space is too wide for the shelves. It only fit the bottom shelf

wrong size sent
Pc sent wrong one. The smaller version. Since I live a couple states over I said forget sending it back and getting a partial refund or whatever. I used it one time and severely burnt my hand. I have it in the basement sitting there. I couldn't believe it couldn't fit a frozen pizza in it. The digital interface was confusing. What a piece of junk. I went out and bought a turn dial setting toaster oven machine. Set temp., set time and ding it's done.

Not what you think! It is not your first pick!
this oven has problem's.
The temperature set never reaches in the time span that is automatically set. The light randomly turns on and of. The sensor button are not aligned to exact touch, i need to be a cm off in touching the "buttons", which means it doesn't work as set, but i have to click the buttons several times.
Not my first recommendation for countertop oven!
