Love it

In addition to your usual microwave cooking, defrosting and reheating, this beauty is an air fryer, convection oven, and roaster. Lots of preset options for ease of use. It has a door lock option for additional safety. Self cleaning option. Looks great on the counter quiet, sleek, clean and classy. In my opinion, this is such a great upgrade from a traditional microwave, and eliminates other appliances on the countertop. Wonderful product!

Love it is multi function
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all love the neat and sleek packaging so much! The Touch-Activated Controls with LED Display looks high tech and modern. It is bigger than expected but the size is awesome for the entire family. I tested right away for reheating which is relatively quiet and heat up so quickly. I love the air fryer function as it helps me save space for another kitchen appliance and I use this function a lot especially for my kids. We have a chunky air fryer which we can get rid of now. It is very easy to clean. This microwave levels up the whole look of my kitchen! If you plan to upgrade yours, I highly recommend this multi function microwave!

Wonderful functions

Very nice countertop microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It didn't need much time to install. All you have to do is to take it out of the box and plug it in. It performed well for basic cooking and reheating food. It's easy to clean if your food make mess. And of course every microwave make sound when it does it job, but this one does not make too loud noise.

Fancy Kitchen Aid appliance

It’s larger than I initially expected but still fits comfortably on a standard countertop. The appliance has a modern, sleek design that doesn’t show fingerprints. It comes packed with features like an air frying function, special buttons for softening/melting, and steam cleaning.
The large capacity accommodates an entire chicken or enough space to air fry snacks for two to three people. The power is high, but the noise is surprisingly low.
The only minor drawback was adjusting to the upgraded keypad, but once familiarized, it’s easy to use.
KitchenAid continues to uphold its reputation for quality and reliability, making this a great investment for anyone seeking a multi-functional kitchen appliance.

Perfect fit in my kitchen

Fixing Dinner Has Never Been Easier!

I've been debating getting an air fryer for the past few months but I'm so glad I waited to receive this because it does all that and more. Multi functioning great microwave!

It’s great size making it convenient for baking or air frying. It makes hardly any noise at all! But one of my very favorite parts is that it has the option to change the settings on opening the door, very handy to keep the little ones out of the microwave if baking and to prevent burns on curious kids! I love this product!

Happy With Purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave to replace a 3.5 year old GE Profile. So far I am thrilled with all of the feature functionality. I especially wanted the convection feature and the air fryer was a bonus. I also like ALL of the reheating options. It also had a "Built-in' kit which I needed and wanted. The installation was a breeze and I am not that handy. It was a bit more expensive but it HAS to be better than the poor quality GE has been putting out since the pandemic. So far I am very pleased and would buy it again.

Also, when I bought it, I was suppose to receive an air fryer basket & bake pan once I registered my purchase. I was never contacted after I registered, so had to buy it separate from a differant brand/supplier.

The appliance works well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far. so good. This appliance reminds me of our old GE we had for close to 16 years. The convection/bake feature works very well. It does as it should for cutting cooking time. We had bought another GE to replace the old one and it's not even close in comparison. The only negatives I have found is the controls are a bit confusing, a learning curve for sure, with a little concentration I have mastered them now. The other drawback is the pre heating function, it works a bit slower and is quite noisy but hey, it works well. We shall see how long it lasts.

Good microwave, but awkward to set the cook time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It appears to be a good microwave, we've had it for 2 months now.
But sometimes setting the time to cook or the runner is awkward. There are no individual numbers to press (ie 0-9), so times can only be done in a minimum of 15 secs.

Pretty microwave!

In terms of cooking performance, I would say it is pretty average. Doesn’t cook things extra speedy but not horrible power. Does get a little loud when it’s turned off but still “cooling off”

Great Features, Tough to Learn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven has excellent features but it is not intuitive, not easy to learn and not easy to operate. There are no numerical digits on the panel. The operator needs to know what food is being cooked and the weight of the food to select the correct power level and cooking time. Over time, it should get easier to learn and use the machine. The air fryer and the bake/broil features are great to have and keep your counter clear.

A little difficult to use

Good microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great microwave. However I gave 4 stars for a few reasons. 1. I don't like that their is no number key for inputting exact time. Is 1min, 2min, 3min and with +/- keys to add or subtract once starts. Is annoying, but seems most brands are now like this. 2. The glass table makes a loud squeaking sound often. And happens no matter if light or heavier dish. Planning to contact KitchenAid about this. 3. Air Fryer. Just did not work very well. But maybe this is me and I need to work with more to get it right. Just using my oven works best. Overall, I do recommend this mircrowave.

Not loving it yet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The verdict is still out on this microwave oven. I dislike how dark is it when cooking food. Also it has a door lock function which is very annoying. There are a lot of features with bake, grill, convection. I have not used them all yet. Kitchenaid always had good instructions and recipe books but not with this. There are a few pages of instructions and they are not great. We will see if my opinion changes over time.
