New and improved!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this KitchenAid dishwasher about 2 weeks ago and I am thrilled with the purchase. I bought it to replace a Jenn Air that was only 8 years old. So far, the KitchenAid has performed much better than the old dishwasher which was more expensive! We have a slightly different model KitchenAid in our basement bar area and I have been pleased with it as well however it gets far less use. I will note one big improvement in the KitchenAid, the controls are now recessed so you don't accidentally bump them and start your dishwasher. This is the only complaint about the KitchenAid in the basement! Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and won't hesitate to recommend this dishwasher to friends.

Extremely quiet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher only a week, and what a difference compared to our old one. First thing we noticed was how quiet it is. I actually had to go up to it to make sure it was working. Incredibly quiet! The amount of space inside is great for dishes of every size and everything comes out clean the first time. Solid construction compared to our previous one. Glad we went with this model. Very pleased!

GREAT Quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went with this dishwasher because it was on sale for Memorial Day. KitchenAid is a brand you can trust as we have other KitchenAid products. We've only had this dish washer for about a month or so and it's been running great. It is super quiet and most of the time we don't even hear it's running. All of our dishes have come out clean in every wash. Just want to mention that we do not put dishes in the dishwasher that have food on them... we scrape off what we can before putting them in. We love the stainless steel inside and out and the utensil rack is nice to have for larger utensils. We also like how the rack is adjustable as well. We are very happy with this purchase, and it should last like our other KitchenAid products, but we also purchased an extended warranty because you never know.

Excellent Cleaning/ Drying

Great dishwasher but one minor installation issue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher about three weeks ago and installed it myself. It is incredibly quiet. The normal wash cycle works very well and the dishes, cups, bowls, glasses, and utensils come out clean. It has easy to see status lights on the front panel, including a complete light that stays on to indicate the cycle is now complete. It reinforces that the dishes are clean when viewed later that day.
The only minor installation issue that I encountered was trying to recess the unit to it's full depth in order to align the front door of the dishwasher with the kitchen cabinets. The supplied grounded power cord had a straight plug that required about 2" of clearance behind the dish washer. I purchased a heavy duty 3-wire appliance cord with an angle plug. This allowed the dishwasher to be installed about an inch deeper.

I like the way the silverware basket is made

Well-Made Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model for my home in 2024. I was so pleased with the performance of the dishwasher, that I purchased the same model for my parent's home. The dishwasher has a large capacity. It does an excellent job of cleaning. I use the heated-water wash feature and the sanitizing rinse, because the water heater in my parent's home only heats tap water to 120 degrees. The racks are well made, and the silverware rack holds a full day's amount of silverware and utensils. Tall glasses and saucepans easily fit in the second rack. I like the quality and finish of the dishwasher. I highly recommend this model.

Quiet

It just takes a little time to get to know the new washer because it is different from my old one. When the salesman said it was the quietest machine going was not kidding. You do not even realize it is running which is so nice.

From the very beginning, my assigned technician, Patrick, exceeded my expectations with his outstanding professionalism and attention to detail.
Patrick began by sending me a confirmation text message well in advance of the appointment, which was reassuring and appreciated. Then, a day before the scheduled visit, he proactively narrowed down the original four-hour arrival window (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) to a more specific one-hour timeframe (9:00–10:00 AM). This thoughtful gesture allowed me to better organize my day and showed a clear respect for my time; something I find increasingly rare and valuable in today's service industry.
When Patrick arrived, he greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and got right to work. He quickly and efficiently adjusted the fridge and freezer doors, ensuring they were perfectly level. But he didn’t stop there; he took the extra step of walking me through best practices for maintaining my new refrigerator, offering tips that reflected his deep knowledge and sincere desire to help me get the most out of the product.
Having worked in customer service myself for over 35 years, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with countless professionals in various industries. I can confidently say that Patrick is among the few who truly stand out. His communication, punctuality, technical skill, and personable demeanor all reflect a level of service that is both rare and commendable.
I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience and feel fortunate that Patrick was assigned to my case. KitchenAid should be proud to have someone like him representing their brand. He turned what could have been a routine service call into a genuinely positive and memorable customer experience.
