Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the dishwasher for 2 weeks and I am loving it. I normally is the express wash and it does a very dood job. The dishwasher is quite and I like the way the door pops open to complete the drying session.

Notice the improvement every time I unload
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just replaced our 14yo Maytag and couldn't be more satisfied. This holds more, cleans thoroughly, and dries thoroughly! No more drying dishes as I unload, Just put them away!

Extremel pleased
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher I've ever owned. I supposed it's possible, but I have yet to put in a dish or a pan that it did not get clean on the normal cycle. The dishes are also always shiny. The fact that the door pops open after the drying cycle means that the dishes are always dry because I typically run it over night. It is also extremely quiet. I have the model with the controls in the front, which I'm glad I got. In that regard the one minor suggestion I have for improvement would be to make the LED lights for for washing and drying, for example, be different colors so that I could tell at glance where it is in the cycle. This is a small inconvenience though. I also really like the design of the racks and I put things in the top rack much more than I thought I would. I've had the dishwasher about three weeks at the time of this review.

So glad I made this purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both of my adult children have the earlier model of this dishwasher and when it was time to replace mine, I hardly looked at any other models. My kids and grandkids work a dishwasher HARD and I figured if it could withstand their families, it could certainly hold up to my husband and myself. The racks are amazingly easy to load, there are so many choices for cycles, and after a month I haven't taken one thing out, after a wash cycle, that wasn't spotless and sanitized. Overall rating so far, GREAT!

Gets dishes really clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may sound silly, but my new machine really works. My dishes come out nice and clean. I replaced an old Samsung dishwasher that had great reviews after a few years of use. My dishes used to come out dirtier than when I put them in. Uck!!
My dishes are now coming out really clean and I don't need to check every dish. The machine is also really quite.

It’s huge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new dishwasher & wanted another Kitchen Aid since that is what my other appliances are. I bought this one but didn’t study it in the store. It is huge inside! It has so much more room than what our old dishwasher had - I don’t understand how this is possible since it sits in the same place.

Wonderful dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s so nice to have a dishwasher that actually cleans the dishes, even when we have only scraped most of the food off. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for one day I opened the “cleaned” dishwasher to find the soap pod sprayed across the lower part of the door and into the bottom and on two of the items. I had to wash those two items and ran the dishwasher again on rinse to get rid of the caked on soap. You will love how quiet it is and how sparkly clean the glassware gets.

Cleans & dries well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three racks. The extra top rack is great for the smaller things. Very quite. The door latches nicely. This unit door opens a crack after the final dry cycle is completed, I must have missed this in the description.

Great so far, but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the dishwasher so far, but the lack of a printed operator's manual has presented problems for my wife. Operation of some features is not intuitive and it's a pain to go into the office and fire up the computer for the online version. We especially like that it's one of the quietest we have seen.

Worth the extra money

Great dishwasher

Is nice and quiet and cleans my dishes well and gets them much drier than previous dishwasher- been the plastics. Love the fingerprint free door finish too. I'm so pleased with this dishwasher and feel it was worth the price I paid for it.

Best Dishwasher I ever owned

360° Max Jets™ Third Rack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this a little over 3 weeks. The wife has pointed out the adjustable racks and removable utensil tray's.
Most of all according to her is it's washing power.. using a ceramics coffee cup she said with our old dishwasher I would need to soak this cup to remove the coffee stain but not with my new dishwasher it CLEANS!
I like watching TV without having to use close caption as I did with the old dishwasher.

I LOVE this dishwasher!!

The third upper rack is perfect for small items and plastic food storage lids. Recently tried the short cycle and it cleans perfectly so now have another option for a quicker cycle. And of course it is very quiet while still getting the job done.

A joy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had bought a Bosch dishwasher almost 13 years ago and had troubles with it since day 1. Maybe because we have stoneware dishes, which are heavier than some dishes, but the bottom rack routinely came off the track. Over time, the dishwasher cleaned less and less well. This Kitchen Aid dishwasher is wonderful in every way. It is quiet, it looks great, it is easy to use. The racks practically float in and out, even when fully loaded with stoneware. We adore the third rack. Dishes are literally sparkling. Our big mugs and tall glasses are cleaned even on the inside. The cloudiness that developed over time from the Bosch is going away. We love the feature where the door pops open after the ProDry so dishes are completely dry when we are ready to empty. We were able to switch off the beep also which was a relief to my husband (it did not bother me).
