It has a sleek, understated, and chic appearance that fits perfectly in a modern kitchen as well as a wallpapered Victorian kitchen like ours. The three-layer rack system is extremely well designed and makes loading dishes very easy. The layout feels practical and efficient, allowing more flexibility for different dish sizes and kitchen items. Overall, it combines style, function, and convenience very well.

Best dishwasher I’ve owned

The extra top rack is incredibly spacious and perfect for larger utensils and small lids. I absolutely love that the door automatically pops open at the end of the cycle to help everything dry. Plus, the cycles are way faster, and my dishes come out crystal clear every single time.

Quietest Dishwasher I've Ever Had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been running this dishwasher for a few weeks now and honestly I don't have much to complain about. It gets the dishes clean, dries them well, and it's so quiet half the time I have to look for the light to make sure it's actually on.
I'm pretty bad about rinsing dishes before loading them, and it still handles everything we've thrown at it. Pots, pans, cups, plates—it all comes out clean. The drying feature works a lot better than our old dishwasher too. Not having to wipe water off everything before putting it away is nice.
The lights inside are brighter than I expected and make it easy to see what's in there when loading or unloading.
At the end of the day, it does exactly what I wanted it to do. It cleans the dishes, runs quiet, and doesn't give me any headaches. I'd buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is the best dishwasher I have ever owned!! It’s so quiet that you stand by it and you can barely even hear it!! The 360 degrees wash is so awesome and does a great job cleaning!! The cleaning of your dishes are great too!! The drying setting are great we use pro dry the most less time dry and still does a great job!! The pro max is long time and it does a great jod too but we found out that the pro dry does just about as good!! We also have the light in ours it’s worth the little more money to have it!! I also like when it’s done the door opens by it’s self and you know your dishes are done!!

Great Features, Great Performance, Great Look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with this dishwasher. It cleans exceptionally well, has a stainless steel interior, and includes a heating element that helps with drying. It replaced a 20-year-old dishwasher with an exposed heating element that left dishes bone dry. The new dishwasher doesn’t get dishes quite as dry, but we assume that’s part of the tradeoff for improved energy efficiency.
The racks roll smoothly, the middle rack is height adjustable, and we’ve found ourselves using the shallow top rack more than expected for glasses, utensils, and smaller items. The dishwasher is also remarkably quiet compared to the one it replaced.
We chose the matte black finish, and it blends perfectly with our kitchen. Unlike black stainless steel, it does not show fingerprints or marks nearly as easily.
Overall, this dishwasher has been a great upgrade, and we are very satisfied with the purchase.

Best third rack by far!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched from a very basic builder grade whirlpool to this. The difference is astounding. The capacity is amazing. We have cut down cycles from every day to every other day. It cleans perfect every time. Was stuck deciding between this and an 800 series Bosch. I do not regret this purchase at all. It’s nearly silent. I don’t have to regularly clean a filtration basket. The adjustability of racks has been great. I was initially weary about the drying capabilities as that seemed to be the biggest complaint. It has been perfect. Dry Everytime. Though, if you have wood directly above, turn off the auto door open feature.

Best Dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second KitchenAid dishwasher - first lasted nearly 15 years! This new one is amazingly good at washing dishes, pots and anything you can fit in it. The new third top rack is really useful for cups, short glasses and bowls as well as cutlery, etc., and gives one even more space for cleaning. It drys very well, and you have the option of opening it automatically after the wash using a simple, but ingenious mechanism.
I appreciate the ability to change the amount of rinse agent used.
The machine is very quiet - hardly any noise. The filter is simpler and easier to remove than our older KitchenAid.
The new “stainless steel” exterior stays smudge and fingerprint free without any cleaning required.
The interior allows much more flexibility in filling as you can change rack positions very easily to accommodate larger dishes, for example.

Great Design, Great features, Worth the Premium
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new LED lighting inside is a game changer. Just having that extra light is a nice to have feature. The auto open door when complete is a bit odd, but does let you know its complete and prevents water getting moldy inside. The water filtration is great and doesn't leave any water spots on the dishes at all. The ability to adjust the height of the racks inside is super handy when wanting to add larger plates or pots. It is super quiet and can't even hear it when it is running. So far all the dishes have come up super dry and not damp or wet at all.

Why did we wait!

Why did we wait to purchase a new dishwasher! The door also automatically opens the door when a cycle is completed, eliminating steam when we unload it.

Great features

I love the third rack in this dishwasher. It’s not like the other racks that you have to just put your silverware in each of the little compartments, it gives you other options The greatest dishwasher I’ve had in a long time.

Early Owner Review: So Quiet I Thought It Wasn’t R
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I owed it to anyone thinking about buying this model since I couldn’t find any reviews when I purchased mine. I recently replaced my old dishwasher with the KitchenAid KDPS724SPS, and I’ve been absolutely blown away. The first few times I used it, I honestly thought something was wrong because it was so quiet I couldn’t even tell it was running. I actually put my ear against the door just to make sure it was working!
As for performance, it’s been amazing. My dishes come out spotless and completely dry every single time. No more pulling out clean dishes and dripping water all over my socks. The interior lighting is another great touch that makes it easy to see everything inside and just gives it that premium feel.
I was originally planning to buy a Bosch 800 series, but since I also purchased a KitchenAid 36" commercial-style range, I decided to stick with KitchenAid to maximize my rebate. I was hesitant at first because there weren’t any reviews out there, but I’m really glad I went for it. If you’re on the fence, trust me, this dishwasher is fantastic.

Love the "door open" drying option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PROS: The best thing about this dishwasher is that the door automatically opens a few inches when it is finished, to allow for better air drying of the dishes. I also like the Pro Dry options that help ensure your dishes don't need to be hand dried when the cycle is complete.
The third rack on the top is also a nice feature that is helpful for the washing of extra bowls, special silverware, and small items.
Other features that we appreciate and like are the LED lights on the inside that come on when you open the door, the machine is very quiet when washing, and the juniper color looks great!
CONS: My least favorite part of the dishwasher is the bottom rack. It isn't great for multi-purpose use, as the tines are only adjustable in the front to allow for larger pasta type bowls. So, trying to wash pans and plates at the same time is a bit of a challenge. as pan handles have nowhere to go! It's like putting together a puzzle.
Finally, there have been a few times when I have had to rinse a few dishes from the bottom rack that seem to have either soap or rinsing agent still on them. Not sure why that is happening.
Overall, this dishwasher is nice and we would recommend it.
