Good Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 9 1/2 yo leaking top of the line Kitchenaid DW with this, even though there was another very discounted similar model. Purchased for the additional jets, the Pro dry, the top rack, and adjustable middle rack. My old machine had a flat third level rack that I ended up removing. This one has the space for bowls and small things on one side, which is handy. My husband and I are both cooks and we use our dw almost daily.
Easy to tell this is a quality built product. Still learning how to max load it, and trying to figure out why the flatware basket comes with a lid where you have to stick in everything except knives upside down. I've removed one side of the lid.
Dishwasher works well, still figuring out the cycles as they are a bit different from my old machine.

Great Dishwasher!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I installed and it was fairly easy! We are very happy with how this gets the dishes extra clean! This machine is SUPER quiet! You will not even know it is running. I love the stainless steel interior. When it is done with the cycle, the door opens for the drying cycle. It dries well! Super efficient and I could not be happier with this unit!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to install this dishwasher myself, and right from the moment I unpacked it from the shipping box, I was impressed by the build quality. The unit is well-insulated and offers thoughtful features that set it apart from other brands. One detail I particularly appreciate is the built-in drip tray underneath, designed to catch leaks, a feature I haven’t seen before.
The design is also stunning. We selected the Juniper finish, which is a rich, grayish green that feels both modern and timeless. I was especially excited to see that the handle also came in a metallic Juniper green, something I’ve never seen offered before on an appliance. I also like that KitchenAid offers multiple handle options, including a brass finish, which we’ll most likely switch to later to coordinate with the rest of our kitchen.
Inside, the dishwasher includes LED lighting that makes it easy to see everything, along with highly protective stemware racks. It also has three full levels that are actually usable, unlike our previous dishwasher from another brand, where the top rack was essentially useless and had to be removed. This KitchenAid model also offers a dedicated wash cycle for just the top rack, perfect for smaller loads.
Additional features like sanitize cycles, multiple drying options, and even a setting that automatically opens the door at the end of a cycle to aid drying make it stand out. I tested that feature last night for the first time, and it worked perfectly. The cleaning performance overall is excellent, every dish came out spotless.
I’m highly impressed with this dishwasher and can confidently say that KitchenAid has won me over.

Best dishwasher I've ever used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From looks to efficiency, I love this dishwasher. It is so easy to use. It holds everything--even if I've made a full course Sunday Dinner I can fit every pot, lid, and plate in it at once. I love the smaller top rack for tumbler lids etc. It is so convenient to use. The cycle is quiet, my dishes get very clean usually with just one cycle, and will get dry. I usually hand dry mine just to conserve electricity, but if I need to dry them faster and get them up before a gathering, it works well. Plastics do take a little extra time sometimes, but it cleans so well without scrubbing first that it doesn't detract from my overall opinion. I think this is a great dishwasher and probably one of the better ones on the market today. It's perfect for families with a variety of different size items and that need a quiet machine that is energy efficient.

From its quiet running to its bright lighting, and
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid 360 Max Jets dishwasher has been a significant step up from the previous dishwasher we were using. Even as a family of four with two toddlers, the capacity is more than we regularly need. There have been times we have had to check to see if we remembered to start it, because even in our smaller, open concept home it is so quiet you can hardly hear it. We've tried each of the wash and dry cycles, and although we just some of the higher cycles occasionally, we've found that Express setting with ProDry is enough to handle most every load with items on all three racks. My wife absolutely loves the LED lighting so she can quickly grab something at night without turning the kitchen lights on, and I appreciate the adjustable middle shelf quite a bit as I do most of the loading and it allows me to continue to tinker with things as I'm trying to figure out how to best optimize loading. We both appreciate the Auto Door Open feature both so we know when the cycle is finished and so there's a little extra drying if it sits a while before being unloaded. While it has taken some time to get used to the layout compared to our old machine, there isn't a single thing either of us would change about the capacity, layout, or performance of our KitchenAid.

I'm so glad we chose this model, the flexibility of the third rack is remarkable, and everything comes out clean and DRY.

Top of the line
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say we are loving this KitchenAid 360 Max Jets, Third Rack Dishwasher with Advanced Pro Dry System and Ultra Bright LED Lighting would be an understatement. This was the perfect last step to our kitchen makeover. We have already noticed that having the controls on the top helps to prevent accidentally starting or changing settings by simply leaning against it or even attracting inquisitive little fingers from pushing buttons. There are several different cycle options along with a Pro Dry and Pro Dry Max. The options light up when you press them. It even has a timer that tells exactly how long the options chosen will be. The inside of this dishwasher is huge. It fits in the same spot as my old dishwasher, yet I'm able to fit a lot more dirty dishes inside this. I didn't think I would use the top 3rd row often, thinking it would only be useful for large utensils. Boy, was I wrong. The 3rd row is deep enough to load mugs and bowls. There are 4 wash arms with over 50 jets reaching every part of everything I load to get everything sparkling clean. It's really quiet while running. I actually don't even notice it. When the washer completes, I can't believe how dry the dishes are. I use to have to open the door and wait a good 20 minutes for my dishes to dry, not anymore! I didn't know what I was missing by not having an interior light. It really lights up the stainless steel interior. To be honest, I use to think all dishwashers were the same. I know now how wrong I was. This KitchenAid dishwasher is definitely the cream of the crop. My family is blessed to now have such an elite dishwasher!!

A very nice dishwasher.

I was actually impressed with its performance of getting my dishes clean. It came with pod and liquid samples for washing and rinsing. It is not too noisy for me. Works great.

It’s the best ever and so efficient dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s the best and most efficient dishwasher I have ever have! It looks like it’s well made and runs so quietly unlike our previous dishwasher.
It’s has 3 racks where you can arrange your dirty plates, wine glass, mugs, utensils, pots, pans and even metal straws efficiently.
One of the features I really love is it has slot for metal straws! Now my metal straws will be washed well and will not be falling off the rack.
Also it has a blue light that indicates that it’s ON/running dishes.
Lastly the color is soooo pretty that it matches well with our other appliances!

Great product.

Some of the shelving around performance is great and has a sanitizing runs for at the end. I love that it has places that designated for wine glasses that you can hook into Very energy. Efficient drying capability is great cleaning performance this is I feel they were a lot cleaner than my last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I genuinely thought most dishwashers were pretty much the same until I used this one for the first time.
The look: I love the dark matte green color we selected, and overall, the dishwasher looks expensive. 10/10 for design features!
The functionality: It cleans great and dries great - we tried out a couple of different cycles and detergents. I love that you can have it self open the dishwasher door to airdry - amazing feature!! I like the variety of cycles for washing and drying. It also self cleans which is absolutely amazing and it can detect the level of grime on dishes to select the proper cycle.
I also like the three tiers, it is still spacious, even more so than 2 tiered dishwashers and allows me to better separate more sensitive items that need a gentler wash.
Overall, I am very happy with this product. It looks great, performs well, has more functionality than a lot of dishwashers out there, and allows for more dishes to be washed. I also like that the dishwasher arms are far less flimsy than what I had with my previous dishwasher.

Best dishwasher ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy I got this!! This is the nicest dishwasher I’ve ever had. I love the three racks. The top one is specially designed for glasses, bowls, and nice silverware. The middle rack is perfect for all my kid dishes. And somehow all my big pots and pans still fit in the bottom. It’s like magic how they added a third rack but didn’t lose any space. It’s very quiet, to the point that sometimes I forget I started it! My dishes get cleaner that they did with my old one too. The hidden controls comes in handy with kids! I also like the bar on the front for easy opening and for putting a towel on.

KitchenAid 360 Max Jets Dishwasher – Love It !!!

It cleans everything so well, even tough messes, and the third rack is super handy for glasses and mugs. The best part is how quiet it runs—you can barely hear it. Dishes come out completely dry thanks to the ProDry system, which is a big plus. The inside lighting makes loading and unloading so much easier. No need to mess with filter cleaning either, which saves time. Overall, it’s a solid upgrade and I’d definitely recommend it.

Next level, third level, KitchenAid!

We are a KitchenAid household and replaced the prior model with this one, containing the third rack. I THOUGHT our prior dishwasher was quiet, but this one is next level quiet, and thorough. It cleans and dries a step above every dishwasher we've had, dating back 30+ years. The third rack is incredible, leaving room for my wife's coffee mugs and odd utensils. We're enamored with our new dishwasher. Looking forward to replacing the rest of our appliances with the black stainless offering. Oh, added bonus, it has a bright, built in LED light inside!

Quiet dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my new Kitchenaid dishwasher! This model is very quiet and cleans dishes better than any other dishwasher I’ve owned or used. I really like that it has a back left area that really turbo washes any item that is hard to clean. Plenty of room for dishes with the third rack holding the silverware. Dries the dishes well without leaving any water spots.
Bonus that it’s energy efficient.
Also, the blue lights at the top of the door look so neat when it’s dark. I highly recommend this great dishwasher!!

Love my dishwasher

Dishwashing Is Fun Again! 🥰😍
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a DREAM!!! There’s so much to say. First, It upgrades the look of my kitchen. Like, by miles!! The dishwasher is sleek and sophisticated. I love the black look. It’s inspiring me to update my cabinets and counter next. I love the fact that it’s super efficient. It has a heating element at the bottom that’s used for the sanitization feature as well as the ProDry system. The ProDry system ensures all of your dishes are dried perfectly so that you can put your dishes away immediately. I also love the fact that its super has 50 jets that clean my dishes form every angle. This is one of those features that stands out from the very first run of the dishwasher. My dishes are sparkling. Not to mention how many dishes it fits. It fit the dishes of a full meal and the utensils. I love the small things as well. Like the little bubble that lets you see the level of rinse aid you have or the little arm that opens the dishwasher when the cycle is done. Lastly, I didn’t realize how noisy my old dishwasher was until this one was installed. This dishwasher is SILENT!! There was a little sound that indicated that the dishwasher was starting up at the beginning of my wash cycle. But, after that ends, the dishwasher is completely silent. I forgot that I started it until I went to the kitchen for a late night snack. This dishwasher is pristine. I’m extremely grateful to have this. 😍🥰

I'm in love!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this KitchenAid dishwasher! I really like the handle on the outside, it makes it super easy to open and close. The inside has three racks and a bunch of different places to put your different utensils. There's also an area on the middle rack to put wine glasses which I think is really cool. The light on the inside makes it really easy to see everything and the noise level is almost non-existent! I put a load of dishes in and had to check to make sure it was running because it was so quiet! My dishes have never been cleaner! It's super sleek and sturdy and looks great in my kitchen. Definitely give this dishwasher a try!

Nice light
I like the door open feature. I don’t like that only one rack has a pull handle. The older models has a kitchen aid handle for easy open in all 3 racks. Without the handle it’s harder to open the racks and feels cheap. Noisy with a humm. My previous dishwasher was same decibels but a lot quieter. Has a nice light when I open the door.

Dishwasher is awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 1 yr old LG that started leaking with this dishwasher. The interior space of the kitchenaid dishwasher is very very nice. The layout was well thought out and all size dishes fit very well. Basically there are no areas on the racks that become dead or unused space like the LG had. The top most rack is the best, because we can also fit small dishes plus cooking utensils up there. The top rack has the 360 jet system, in general I can say that the dishes regardless of what rack they are on get cleaned very well. That has not been the case with other dishwashers in the past.
I am knocking off one star due to the dishwasher not being the most quiet. It is 44db so coming from a 40dB it was noticeable. The fact it cleans better and has more jets is likely why the higher noise rating. I added sound deadning material to the floor under the dishwasher to make it quieter and it has worked well, probably just as quiet as our old dishwasher now. I also noticed that the components on the dishwasher are very simple. Initially I took this as being cheap, but compared to the densely packaged and over engineered LG, this will be a good thing if it ever needs to be serviced in the future as it will make repairs easy and cheap when it comes out of warranty. That was the downfall of our old dishwasher, repair costs exceeded the cost of the dishwasher.
I did need to contact support for an issue and I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a human from Georgia. That alone sold me, we get local customer support on our appliance's! The support person was super knowledgeable of the kitchenaid products and even answered my question of why the dishwasher comes new with small amounts of moisture on the lines (they test each and every one of them apparently). They straightened my issue right away too!

Nice and quiet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very quiet dishwasher which is nice! I think it cleans very well and there’s a ton of room for dishes. It looks sleek and beautiful as well. My only complaint is I feel it doesn’t dry the dishes very well, they are usually still wet even after selecting the dry option.
