Excellent Design and Efficiency

The machine is simple to operate, super quiet, the regular wash and not too long and the dishes come out sparkling. We’re very pleased with our purchase.

Still The Best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember my grandmother's built-in KitchenAid (By Hobart) Dishwasher from my childhood in the 1950s--an electro-mechanical wonder of its day. Small wonder that my parents bought a KitchenAid for our home in the 1960s. Their front-loading, slide out racks made loading and unloading simple and straight forward compared to portable units that had to be attached to the kitchen sink faucets and were top-loading and unloading--a real inconvenience.
Choosing KitchenAid was a no-brainer and with more features than ever! I love the third rack for small items and the very versatile bottom and center racks that allow for any number of items of various sizes and shapes that fit securely without rattling around in the cycles. Oh! And quiet!!! I checked three times on the first run-through to be sure it was even on! The lighted displays and digital count-down to finish are a super-nice feature that lets me know NOT to open the door prematurely and perhaps risk getting an unexpected shower. And, finally, I love when, at the end of the dry cycle, the door opens to 1. Let me know the cycle has finished, and 2. to let the glassware, silverware and dishes cool down.
Well, KitchenAid, you've done it again and, after well more than half a century, you're still the best!

I’m Impressed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t expecting to like the third rack. The ones I seen in the past didn’t hold much, but this third rack holds my small containers and frees up the second rack. The lack of a low rinse aid light is made up with an easier to fill rinse aid dispenser. My deep cups and glasses get cleaned which has been an issue with other dishwashers. I’ve been impressed and pleased with the performance so far.

Love all the cool features

Fits so much
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was an upgrade from an older one when we bought our townhouse. I wanted it because of the bigger third rack and the spacing and I’m so glad I made that choice, it fits so much more than I had thought possible. I cook a lot for a fam of 3 so not so many plates as multiple cooking items and utensils and this works well for that. The one thing I have found is any water puddles on glassware or mugs or anything will remain even with the pro dry cycle chosen. It’s very quiet too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a similar one we purchased in 2020 and loved it. Three racks, slide out easily and smoothly, wine glass holders, adjustable shelf. We recently moved to another home and were hopeful we could get the same model. Unfortunately, (we thought) when we contacted Kitchenaid, we were told there was newer model that was even better. We got that one and they were correct. Even though the previous one did a great job cleaning, this one is even better! We are very pleased with this model.

Everything about it is great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace/upgrade another KitchenAid, which never really fit in my opening and was (after many years) wearing out. I don't have single quibble with this one, even though I was skeptical of needing a 3rd rack (actually very handy for lids and utensils.) Items turn out sparkling clean no matter where they're placed. And- like my earlier model- the fact that it has a heating element to dry dishes is so much better than units which 'air dry' only. It's super-quiet, the controls are hidden- and easy to use. Finally, when it's done, it pops the door open, just a few inches, so you know the cycle's over.

Good Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 9 1/2 yo leaking top of the line Kitchenaid DW with this, even though there was another very discounted similar model. Purchased for the additional jets, the Pro dry, the top rack, and adjustable middle rack. My old machine had a flat third level rack that I ended up removing. This one has the space for bowls and small things on one side, which is handy. My husband and I are both cooks and we use our dw almost daily.
Easy to tell this is a quality built product. Still learning how to max load it, and trying to figure out why the flatware basket comes with a lid where you have to stick in everything except knives upside down. I've removed one side of the lid.
Dishwasher works well, still figuring out the cycles as they are a bit different from my old machine.

Great Dishwasher!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I installed and it was fairly easy! We are very happy with how this gets the dishes extra clean! This machine is SUPER quiet! You will not even know it is running. I love the stainless steel interior. When it is done with the cycle, the door opens for the drying cycle. It dries well! Super efficient and I could not be happier with this unit!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to install this dishwasher myself, and right from the moment I unpacked it from the shipping box, I was impressed by the build quality. The unit is well-insulated and offers thoughtful features that set it apart from other brands. One detail I particularly appreciate is the built-in drip tray underneath, designed to catch leaks, a feature I haven’t seen before.
The design is also stunning. We selected the Juniper finish, which is a rich, grayish green that feels both modern and timeless. I was especially excited to see that the handle also came in a metallic Juniper green, something I’ve never seen offered before on an appliance. I also like that KitchenAid offers multiple handle options, including a brass finish, which we’ll most likely switch to later to coordinate with the rest of our kitchen.
Inside, the dishwasher includes LED lighting that makes it easy to see everything, along with highly protective stemware racks. It also has three full levels that are actually usable, unlike our previous dishwasher from another brand, where the top rack was essentially useless and had to be removed. This KitchenAid model also offers a dedicated wash cycle for just the top rack, perfect for smaller loads.
Additional features like sanitize cycles, multiple drying options, and even a setting that automatically opens the door at the end of a cycle to aid drying make it stand out. I tested that feature last night for the first time, and it worked perfectly. The cleaning performance overall is excellent, every dish came out spotless.
I’m highly impressed with this dishwasher and can confidently say that KitchenAid has won me over.

Best dishwasher I've ever used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From looks to efficiency, I love this dishwasher. It is so easy to use. It holds everything--even if I've made a full course Sunday Dinner I can fit every pot, lid, and plate in it at once. I love the smaller top rack for tumbler lids etc. It is so convenient to use. The cycle is quiet, my dishes get very clean usually with just one cycle, and will get dry. I usually hand dry mine just to conserve electricity, but if I need to dry them faster and get them up before a gathering, it works well. Plastics do take a little extra time sometimes, but it cleans so well without scrubbing first that it doesn't detract from my overall opinion. I think this is a great dishwasher and probably one of the better ones on the market today. It's perfect for families with a variety of different size items and that need a quiet machine that is energy efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid 360 Max Jets dishwasher has been a significant step up from the previous dishwasher we were using. Even as a family of four with two toddlers, the capacity is more than we regularly need. There have been times we have had to check to see if we remembered to start it, because even in our smaller, open concept home it is so quiet you can hardly hear it. We've tried each of the wash and dry cycles, and although we just some of the higher cycles occasionally, we've found that Express setting with ProDry is enough to handle most every load with items on all three racks. My wife absolutely loves the LED lighting so she can quickly grab something at night without turning the kitchen lights on, and I appreciate the adjustable middle shelf quite a bit as I do most of the loading and it allows me to continue to tinker with things as I'm trying to figure out how to best optimize loading. We both appreciate the Auto Door Open feature both so we know when the cycle is finished and so there's a little extra drying if it sits a while before being unloaded. While it has taken some time to get used to the layout compared to our old machine, there isn't a single thing either of us would change about the capacity, layout, or performance of our KitchenAid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say we are loving this KitchenAid 360 Max Jets, Third Rack Dishwasher with Advanced Pro Dry System and Ultra Bright LED Lighting would be an understatement. This was the perfect last step to our kitchen makeover. We have already noticed that having the controls on the top helps to prevent accidentally starting or changing settings by simply leaning against it or even attracting inquisitive little fingers from pushing buttons. There are several different cycle options along with a Pro Dry and Pro Dry Max. The options light up when you press them. It even has a timer that tells exactly how long the options chosen will be. The inside of this dishwasher is huge. It fits in the same spot as my old dishwasher, yet I'm able to fit a lot more dirty dishes inside this. I didn't think I would use the top 3rd row often, thinking it would only be useful for large utensils. Boy, was I wrong. The 3rd row is deep enough to load mugs and bowls. There are 4 wash arms with over 50 jets reaching every part of everything I load to get everything sparkling clean. It's really quiet while running. I actually don't even notice it. When the washer completes, I can't believe how dry the dishes are. I use to have to open the door and wait a good 20 minutes for my dishes to dry, not anymore! I didn't know what I was missing by not having an interior light. It really lights up the stainless steel interior. To be honest, I use to think all dishwashers were the same. I know now how wrong I was. This KitchenAid dishwasher is definitely the cream of the crop. My family is blessed to now have such an elite dishwasher!!

I was actually impressed with its performance of getting my dishes clean. It came with pod and liquid samples for washing and rinsing. It is not too noisy for me. Works great.
