Simple to use

I am enjoying the special racks and am figuring out how to use my dishes in them. My dishes are coming out nice and clean and I enjoy how quiet it is while it runs.

Worth It.

Awesome features and so quiet

Everything is perfect!

Yes, get this one!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I wanted something that dries better than Bosch, and the Bosch has weird dishware sizing ideas. This thing cleans great, excellent racks and tines layout, the inside light is fantastic, I'll never own another dishwasher without one! The upper rack layout is much better than other dishwashers I've seen - overall this thing puts the Bosch to shame in every way except maybe the noise level, but when I'm sitting in my office literally 13 feet from the back of the dishwasher, I don't even know when it's running.
Now for the problem - and as an aside - I gave this 5 stars even though this problem exists but I'm assuming you're gonna fix this and it'll truly deserve said 5-star rating.
The problem:
The top controls are too sensitive to errant touch, for example when opening/closing, and when wiping it down, you end up selecting cycles and possibly even starting one - by accident. This is a design flaw, but fortunately there is a very straightforward firmware mod that will fix this problem without any changes to the hardware. And even better, you can advertise this as a "child-proofing" feature - ha - I should go into marketing. NOT!
I think the easiest approach is to use the CANCEL button at the far right, and the ProWash button at the far left - press and hold CANCEL then press and release ProWash to toggle the "panel lockout" flag. Those two buttons are so far apart there's no reasonable wiping technique that would accidentally press both of them that way. When the panel is locked out, all button presses should be ignored except the CANCEL button, and then if the CANCEL button is held down, the ProWash button unlocks the panel. Further, when the panel is locked, no beeping on ANY button except CANCEL - so people don't think the thing is "dead" when the panel is locked. It'll mean it beeps when you wipe on that side, but that's totally OK, perhaps even desirable. The only other thing I can think of is when you do beep on CANCEL while the panel is locked, maybe the beep should be at a lower frequency, AND maybe you put on the display "press ProWash to Unlock". BUT when not locked, do NOT display "Press ProWash to Lock" - that'll just confuse people - although possibly you could consider displaying that message if you press and hold CANCEL for an extended period of time - like 10 seconds, but don't make that "modeful" - when you release CANCEL erase the display immediately.
If you want to put this in the user manual, just call it the "child lockout feature". If people call in and complain about the "errant button press issue during wipe-down/cleaning" (so now you know they don't read user manuals) - then you have the CSR tell them "use the child lockout feature."
Again, GREAT product - I tell all of my friends about having one - especially the ones that have a Bosch!!
BTW, if you do put WIFI into this thing, don't make it require access to the cloud the way Bosch did (stupid stupid stupid) - simply use an ESP32 and have it advertise an SSID and let people connect to it with their devices locally.

Functionality, Durability and Stunning Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] KitchenAid is one of my favorite home appliance brands. We have many different KitchenAid products and they have lasted for years and years. This dishwasher was no exception.
This dishwasher has a modern design with a beautiful finish and an easy open inset handle. The dishwasher is quiet and cleans impeccably. There are no water stains on glasses when completed and dishes are completely dry.
The basket is large enough to accommodate all utensils, both silverware and spatulas/ larger cooking utensils but there is also a third rack that l find helpful for the tops of bottles and sippy cups.

New dishwasher by kitchenaid

It is great for small items and my Cutco knives.also the light when I open it is great. It is quiet and cleans exceptionally well. I use it at least 4 days a week. Often I will rinse if I do run a full load.

Easy to load, cleans well and super quiet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has a great 3 level racks that hold all my dishes! It cleans well and is very quiet. The racking has ball bearings, so they are super smooth. I love the lighted interior!
I also like that is has a pocket handle and neutral style front, so it matches my other appliances.

Happy to have our new Kitchenaid dishwasher

A great buy

I’m loving the 3rd row and the additional space it provides. I didn’t know how much i would appreciate the inside light until I had one. It is the best performing dishwasher I have ever owned and that’s saying a lot considering my last was a very high end dishwasher! It is super quiet and I forget it is even running. Esthetically, it beautiful and has a clean design. You’ve leave zero visible finger prints when you touch it, which is important to me with such a large family. I clean enough…. lol. It is super energy efficient, which is also important when you have a large family and run your dishwasher daily, if not twice a day. Also, it was super easy to install and was ready to use in under an hour! I honestly can not say enough about this dishwasher! Kitchen Aid never fails to amaze me with their high end, quality products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay buckle up- I know what you’re thinking. How excited can one person get over a dishwasher? I felt the same way until this one got installed. Where to begin… let’s start with the design. It is sleek, elevated and looks fantastic in my kitchen. When it comes to performance, this is extremely quiet- noticeably so. Our last dishwasher sounded like someone started a chainsaw and we didn’t even believe this was running it was so quiet! It’s energy efficient, does a great job washing the dishes and it’s got plenty of different modes to choose from. Now LADIES listen up: these are the fun perks of this dishwasher that have been a game changer for me. You ever need to wash a pan and it fits but is slightly too tall because of a handle? Not anymore!! You can squeeze a button on the sides of the top rack and move it up/down to accommodate dishes on either top or bottom. GAME changer! The other amazing game changer: the lights inside!! I know what you’re thinking, who needs lights inside of a dishwasher. I’ve never had them before, and now I will never go back. So much easier to load and make sure everything is where it should be. The top rack has a mug section for both short and tall mugs, with 2 bottle cleaner contraptions to ensure their cleanliness. Last piece that I love, the silverware holders. Now not only are they plentiful, they hold all the silverware that your heart can desire. But they also have a removable top that slides on and off easily so that you can also put other items inside of the compartments. I am in love with this dishwasher!!! Must have for your kitchen

Secondly it cleans very well and the light inside is really neat. Having 3 rows is even better. Now the only thing is the pro dry fan doesn’t seem to work any better than any other washer. Dishes are still wet but that doesn’t bother me

The "704" model that we purchased has had no problems after a months use. My wife really likes the interior LED lighting, although, she was initially viewed it as frivolous and unnecessary. She has also commented to friends/family about the additional interior room due to the redesign of the tub. Our previous Kitchenaid dishwasher provided reliable use for 25 years. My observation of our new Kitchenaid is that it is so quiet that I only know it's operating if I stand next to it. I have observed that everything is always clean, dry, and spotless.on those occasions when I have unloaded the dishwasher. We did purchase a five-year extended warranty, but I am confident that the Kitchenaid quality will provide long and reliable use.

Sleek & Luxurious!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far my lost luxurious appliance! To say this dishwasher way exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Setting up delivery and installation was a seamless process---they even removed my old one as part of the service.
I love the energy efficiency, how spotless my dishes are, and how quiet it runs. The flex rack is an absolute game-changer for pots, pans, and large casserole dishes.
