Love Our New Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our JennAir for almost 19 years with no issues with it, other than the racks begin to rust and the front panel had broken. No longer able to get parts, so we purchased this KitchenAid a month ago. So far we have been very pleased and it has been excellent. I was a little unsure at first how it would work with the door popping open to finish drying, however; it works great, very quiet unit and looks great. We hope this dishwasher will last years as well.

Great features and extremely quiet model

We did some research on several brands before making the decision and because of previous purchases that disappointed us, we were someone concerned about this model and brand! I am so happy to say we could not be more pleased with this dishwasher which is why we are submitting this survey!!!! This dishwasher is extremely quiet -- if it were not for the display light we would not realize it is running; racks feel secure when moving them in and out (which was important to my husband as this was a big problem and issue with the previous dishwasher); I am absolutely amazed how
many dishes I can load in it and the silverware holder, with the separation lid and the 3rd top rack are wonderful in cleaning the utensils and silverware -- I really like the design and organization of the racks!

Super Quiet. Super Clean. Super Worth It
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the KitchenAid 360 Max Jets Dishwasher with ProDry for a few months now, and it’s exceeded expectations. It’s incredibly quiet (44 dBA) — I can barely hear it running. The 360 Max Jets system cleans everything thoroughly, even without pre-rinsing, and the ProDry system dries dishes—including plastics—very well when used with rinse aid.
The adjustable third rack is super handy for utensils and small items, freeing up space below. Racks glide smoothly, and the stainless-steel interior gives it a high-end feel.
This is one of the quietest dishwashers I’ve ever owned. I can run it while watching TV or having a conversation in the next room and barely notice it’s on. Huge plus for open-concept living spaces.
The drying performance is excellent, especially with the ProDry setting. Dishes come out dry—even plastic Tupperware, which has always been hit or miss with other machines. You do need to make sure you're using rinse aid, though.
The stainless steel interior feels premium, and the racks glide smoothly. It has a sturdy, well-built feel that I’ve come to expect from KitchenAid.
If you're looking for a quiet, powerful, and feature-rich dishwasher with thoughtful design elements like the third rack and advanced drying, this model delivers. It’s been a solid investment in my kitchen.

Can’t beat KitchenAid!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man what a dishwasher. We upgraded from a 20 year old KitchenAid dishwasher. This is miles above that. It’s quiet, cleans insanely well and plenty of room. The third rack is a game changer. Out of all the washers I’ve seen with a 3rd rack this one is better than any other. I’m going to have to replace some other appliances in my house with KitchenAid as well. The stainless steel is beautiful and the handle is great quality. I think this is going to last for years to come.

Quiet and spacious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid dishwasher is just what I have been looking for for all of these years! The outside looks so clean and matches all of other appliances perfectly. The inside of the dishwasher fits so many dishes which is what I love most. I can even fit bigger pans and all of the dishes always come out perfectly clean. The next best feature is the third rack. It’s perfect for small items, larger knives or even utensils. When running, it’s so quiet I can’t even believe it’s running! Overall I am absolutely in love with this and even get excited to do dishes!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace KitchenAid that was 17 years old. It works great. Hope it also lasts 17 years. It is extremely quiet. I like how the door pops open after the dry cycle. The only minor issue is the utensil caddy is hard to use. We kept the one from our old dishwasher and prefer that design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A wonderful dish washer! The style is simplified and elegantly refined! The display is nicely concealed beneath the countertops. I love the addition of the handle on the front also. Installation appeared to be a breeze, and the instructions are very clear. The included publications and complementary drying agent and detergent are nice. I am absolutely amazed at how quiet this machine is. It is difficult to even hear if it is working when not standing directly beside it. The capacity of the shelves are lovely and I don't know how they can cram all that inside that profile. The shelving options meet every need we have. The setting options are impressive and very clear to understand. The dishes were perfectly cleaned and mostly dry with only a few exceptions of glassware that trapped water. Over all I am very pleased and very impressed!

Incredible dishwasher works flawlessly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased this KitchenAid dishwasher and I must say the features and the way it cleans will you knowing that your dishes are not only cleaned but also sanitized. it’s incredible because it dries the plastic containers and plastic Utensils. When the machine is done with the wash cycle, It’s slightly opens the door to allow the steam to escape. This feature allows everything inside the dishwasher to dry perfectly in Including the plastic containers. I didn’t like that after the dishwasher was done you had to then dry all the plastic containers with A towel by hand.

Best Dishwasher to Date
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with the new KitchenAid 360 Max Jets Third Rack Dishwasher. Our old dishwasher would never get the dishes completely clean and it smelled musty and moldy. It was time for an upgrade and I am so thankful that we were upgraded to this gem of a dishwasher.
Let me start by saying how sleek it looks from the outside. The exterior handle makes it easy to open and close. Plus, the buttons on the top are easy to use but out of sight of little fingers that may want to test the options out haha.
The inside is even better. The three rack system allows for more space to wash dishes, plus adds a tier of organization that pleases the heart. The top rack is great for larger utensils or cooking tools. I love that both the middle and bottom racks have hook options for adjusting rows and for securing more fragile items, like wine glasses. The jets actually surround the entire system. There are jets under every rack, and around them as well. It is extremely well thought out and I know I will never have to worry about my dishes being left dirty after a washing. There is enough room to hold our entire family’s day worth of dishes and then some.
The noise level is very quiet in my opinion. You can hear it running if there isn’t any other background noise going on, but otherwise it would be drowned out by everything else. The run cycle for an average wash is about what you would expect. But I’d rather it take its time getting the dishes clean than running quickly and them still being dirty.
Overall, this is the best dishwasher I have ever owned and I look forward to continuing to use it for my family for years to come.
