[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher has been great so far. It is quiet enough you can stand next to it and not remember it is running. Dishes come out clean. The auto pop-op and end cycle is nice. My only issue is it does not appear to offer a non heated dry option.

Sturdy, cleans well

My dishes actually get completely dry!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: I’ve only had this dishwasher for a week but so far I love it! The 3rd rack is great and since it has its own spray arm everything gets really clean! The middle rack is adjustable so you can lift taller items on it or on the bottom rack. I’ve not had any stuck on food or spotting like I did with my 5 year old whirlpool. I mainly use the quick cycle with the extra dry option which only takes 2 hours to complete. It’s also extremely quiet! If it didn’t have a light to let me know it was on, I’d have no clue!
Cons: I don’t love the silverware tray with all the individual holes because my silverware has pretty wide handles. Also it almost seems like the racks are not fully back because the door hits them when it closes.
I only buy American made appliances, and I’ve been disappointed a few times, but not this time! My 20 year old Frigidaire oven is in its last leg. I’m going to look at a KitchenAid to replace it today because I am so happy with this dishwasher!

Good Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher due to the fact our whirlpool dishwasher didn't last but a few years . I'm hoping this one last forever. The cost was a bit high but if it last 20 years like I read in the reviews it might be worth it .It cleans well and so far we are happy with it .

Great Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dishwasher for one month. It works well and is quiet. We put dishes in it over several days and they always come out as clean as the ones put in after a big cooking episode! I didn’t think I would use the 3 levels but always land up putting something on the top shelf. The only thing I would change is the fact that there is no real instruction manual not even online. I have to google my questions to find an answer.

I recently purchased the KitchenAid® 360° Max Jets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the KitchenAid® 360° Max Jets™ Third Rack Dishwasher with ProDry™ System (44 dBA) and, so far, I’m very pleased with its performance. The dishwasher runs extremely quiet and does a great job cleaning dishes, even when the load is full. The third rack is especially useful for utensils and smaller items, and the overall cleaning results have been excellent.
My one frustration is with the documentation provided by Whirlpool/KitchenAid. The appliance itself is high quality, but the instructions for installation and operation are not very clear or comprehensive. For a premium appliance, better documentation would make the setup and learning process much easier for customers.
Overall, the dishwasher performs very well and I’m happy with the purchase, but I hope Whirlpool improves the installation and user guidance that comes with the product.

Spacious with an amazing clean!

It cleans very thoroughly, even dried on food and I love how the door pops open to allow excess moisture to escape. We don't even hear it running at night after we start it. Highly recommend!

Great dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous dishwasher was a KitchenAid that was 25 years old. An interior plastic wash arm on the top of the old unit gave out. Even though my husband was able to sort of fix it we decided that it was time to look at new dishwashers. After opening and closing and
checking racks we decided on the KitchenAid 360. We liked the configuration of the interior especially the top rack which has a deeper section for larger, odd shaped kitchen utensils. Also the racks felt sturdier and slid more smoothly compared to other brands. But the best feature of all is the automatic open (yes the door pops open on its own) at the end of the cleaning cycle. The dishes dry by evaporation. It's the best feature and we were pleasantly surprised at how well it works. By the way, the dishes come out clean.
We did not use the heated dry on our old unit and haven't on this one. Very happy with this unit.

Humdinger of an upgrade
Like my Kithen Aid stand mixer and coffee grinder, this feels like a quality appliance. Hoping to get a decade or two of service out of it, unlike my GE that lasted 3 years, and Frigidaire that lasted 7.
Even if it doesn’t outlast its predecessors, it’s worth every penny. My dishes have never been cleaner. It’s quiet, fits a TON. It’s easily adjustable for those awkward items. Pretty sure its layout was designed by women - busy women who actually use their dishwashers. It’s so big I don’t have to run it every day so it’s gonna save on the water and power bills.
Pretty sure it’s gonna outlast every other relatively modern dishwasher out there. Will keep you posted.
I think I’ll check out their refrigerators. Pretty sure that’s gonna be the best thing to go…

Third rack a big plus

Clean dishes!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a Whirlpool that was 12 years old and this one is definitely keeping up with our family of 5. I like the top rack although I find we still use the silverware bucket (I thought we wouldn’t) because we have so many over the course of the day. I love the stainless tub over my old plastic one. I feel like it’s a clean you can see. My kids eat oatmeal every day and it even cleans the bowls if I forget presoak. My only complaint is the buttons on the top are so sensitive, I hit them all the time and have to remember to cancel.

Perfect performance!

I surprised my wife and got it as an early Valentine’s Day gift. Most people thought I was crazy as giving that as a gift but she knew what she was receiving and loved it from day 1. Always clean dishes! Great product!

After doing lots of research I settled on KitchenAid. Great reviews and obvious quality manufacturing and parts have made my decision for me.
