New feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one week, dish cleaning experience is satisfactory. New feature - where door opens about 1 inch at end of cycle is welcome. I hope that this model is more dependable than my previous model (KDTM604KPS), which lasted a bit more than 5 years when the wash motor malfunctioned. Rather than spend the vast amount to replace the motor, it was suggested that a new machine was probably a better choice.

Great dishwasher!

I didn't think that we would like a third rack Dishwasher but the way this one indentions to hold cups on the 3rd rack is a game changer . It definitely cleans the dishes great. The best for drying dishes we've owned. Definitely like the fact not having to clean a filter.

Cool dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our other dishwasher finally died on us after 5 long years of service. This kitchen aid dishwasher has larger capacity, is quieter and much easier to load. The dishes are much cleaner because we are able to spread them out more due to the larger capacity. My wife was hesitant at first about going with the brand, after looking at the technical specifications online, I was impressed. We wake up and the dishes are dry due the dishwasher opening about 4 inches when it is done with the complete cycle.
I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Quiet, efficient, dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very quiet dishwasher that does a great job. The third rack with dedicated spray arms is helpful for larger kitchen tools. The only tricky part is that if you load it over time, each time you open the door to load something, when you close it, you can easily hit the start button. Minor inconvenience. You just have to hit cancel, and all is well. I just got this to replace the other Kitchenaid dishwasher we had. That one lasted over 20 years, so I am happy to have another.

Best purchase of 2026
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has changed my opinion of the state of dishwashers today. We hear in the news about an industry wide lack of performance, but this machine is amazing! Quiet, efficient, and most of all, everything... everything comes out squeaky clean! The third rack on the top is also a pleasant surprise. I expected to be disappointed with this rack that took away the ability to wash sheet pans, but it's nice addition that adds more versatility than it takes away.

Wonderful dishwasher!

This is important as my kitchen and living room are “open concept. Third rack is very shallow, but works well for cooling racks, spatulas, or large serving utensils.

Very quiet !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet operation, a lot of extra space, much more than my 22 year old Kitcheaid dishwasher, takes a bit g etting used to loading differently. The third rack is pretty handy for odd utensils, plastic covers, etc. Overall a great dishwasher, I am hoping it holds up as long as my last one !

Versatile dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dishwasher, but I’m still learning about it. I like all the wash options, but found that the pro dry is too hot because it started to melt a ‘Tupperware’ lid.
It is also nice and quiet compared to my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Researched brands and so glad we selected this one! It replaced an older version KitchenSid. Love the new top rack that really rinses the glasses better than earlier models. They also improved the pod and rinse aid holder/dispenser! Lots of options with movable racks and sections! KitchenAid is also the only brand with a large flatware basket that will hold our flatware without allowing pieces to fall all the way through! Ours has VERY narrow handles. Cleaning and drying is perfect. Could not be happier! Very quiet! And fingerprint proof this time!!

It dries dishes much better than my prior dishwasher and has the capacity to accept different sizes of dishes and other items. Our dishes are very clean and dry at the end of the cycle. Super at cleaning. Lacking in information.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the good news is that this dishwasher does a better job at cleaning dishes, pots and pans, than the Bosch it replaced. I do find the plate placement awkward and less efficient than the Bosch. But my biggest complaint is the lack of a printed manual. And as far as I can see, there is no real online manual either. Very strange! Every appliance has its quirks, but in this case I am forced to figure things out by trial and error.

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I love the third top rack. Perfect for small bowls, cooking utensils and large knives. I use the Express wash which is 2 hours. Regular wash is 4 which I thin is way to long. Very quiet and I like that the door pops open during drying.

Very Quiet Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing we noticed was how quiet this machine was. We weren't even sure it was working! We love the extra top rack, at first we were skeptical if items we put up there would get clean but everything comes out beautifully clean. We also like the way the door pops open after it is complete. So far so good, we just hope it lasts as long as the dishwasher we replaced, it was 29 years old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is good but it takes some time to best determine how to load each of the racks. I like the layout, it's well thought out. It cleans thoroughly, I like the top rack. I does dry completely and the 3 rack configuration allows for glassware to dry without water trapped on top. Maintenance has not been an issue. It is very quiet, no issue running the dish washer while carryinghn on conversation in the adjoining room.

Quiet and very effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is extremely quiet and does an excellent job of getting both plates and glasses clean.It is easy to load and holds a lot of plates, bowls and glasses. The pop open door means that all the dishes are bone dry when you unload.

Great features

This one is so quiet and cleans the dishes and silverware without having to scrub them clean before putting in. The installation was quick and easy. It’s very sleek and the stainless doesn’t show fingerprints. A definite plus for us! No puddles in the tops of bowls or glasses and love the 3rd rack!

Great features!

We have a busy life, and it does the work for me of washing dishes. I love the features and it even opens itself at the end of the cycle to help dry the dishes more. We replaced a dishwasher that was almost 20 years old. I am hoping that this dishwasher will last just as long!
